Where the others failed, the crew from the Freehold store picked up the slack and made sure we were taken care of throughout our process and ensured we will be customers for a long time. We furnished a beach house almost entirely from Arhaus. What we bought elsewhere was still inspired by their style. We mainly worked with Jeffrey, and to a lesser extent the manager David. They were both so helpful and easy to work with. No pressure, just professional assistance. They were pleasant in providing their advice but not condescending when our ideas clashed. They locked us in the best prices as sales came up and bundled our orders to keep delivery costs and inconveniences to a minimum. I should also say they kept in contact via email and phone even after hours if we had questions. Deliveries and post sales service were both amazing. The delivery crews took their shoes off each time they crossed the threshold of the house, even after I told them that was not necessary. One of our items was damaged. We did not notice it right away. Weeks later I sent a few picture to the store and 2 days later the concierge people called me with apologies to set up a replacement. No hassle, no questions, just customer service the way it should be. Just one family's experience but I enjoyed spending money here. I felt the quality of the furniture and the quality of the customer service were on a level relative to the cost.

Arhaus says we are not covered for squeaks. They sent a technician that oiled some areas and tightened some screws. I told him it was still squeaking and he said he would put it in his report. We saved $2,500 compared to the other company (costco) and not only did Carpets & More have a bigger selection of wood flooring the salesman Michael was patient and helpful. The guy that came out to do the measurements was precise and the delivery was timely. Now, the installation which they do themselves gets even better. We had about 750 sq.ft. To be ripped out, about half of it was heavy duty porcelain tile. The guys came, put plastic over our kitchen cabinets and counters and went to work. By the time they installed our engineered hardwood there was hardly a clue any demolition work was done. Everything was cleaned, on time and installed PERFECTLY. And the floors are magazine looking quality. Absolutely top notch experience. Do not waste your time going anywhere else for wood or carpet flooring.

The second time I went there, a rug of interest had two tags. the second tag was a discounted price from the original. I accepted the lower second tag price and did not realize until later that they had charged me for the original price. When confronted on the phone of this discovery, the owner denied that there were two price tags. I have a picture of the rug where the two tags were ripped off the rug leaving the plastic tag holders in the carpet. As a result of these two experiences, I would not recommend this gallery.
