I had a budget and a specific time frame I needed my Vinyl flooring installed, and he was able to accommodate both of those needs for me. I was stuck between two flooring options, and he took the time to share his experience with both and explain the pros/cons of each which ultimately helped me make my decision. Our floors were installed within 6 hours for about 1300 square feet and they are stunningly perfect. CJ made himself available to answer all of my questions and made me feel at ease. Installer treated with disrespect from the shop translating to panic and aggression toward the consumer. Total lame show all around. After a week long wait, I called back only to hear from the same person that he didn't remember that he would call back and that we can go to any other place and buy the stuff. This salesman probably forgot to follow up on my conversation and chose to take a aggresive stand to hide their own inefficiencies. Either way, not the best professional experience and I would be very hesitant to recommend this place to anyone anymore.
