Brian greeted us and warmly showed us around the many roll carpets and remnants to choose from. The price, scheduling and complete process was a pleasure. Jose who installed the carpet was great as well. We had a major issue with a transition strip for our last project, we were told you can't install a metal transition strip on a slab, even though one had been there before for 20 years. This led us on a wild goose chase to find a different material which we really weren't happy with. In no time Jose installed a metal transition strip between our carpet and LVP floor and gave us exactly what we wanted, with no hassles. We are already shopping for our next carpet project here. I called them a week and a half before memorial day weekend- both this year and last year- and they were able to install my carpets on the Wednesday before the holiday weekend each time. Their installers are quick, competent and neat. My new carpets are plush and look great. Last year I had Carpets to Go install carpet in one of the bedrooms of my Mantoloking condo and mentioned that I wanted to install the same exact carpet this year in my other bedroom. They said they would take note of this and make sure to save enough carpet for me this year. We were so impressed with how professional and helpful they are. We had checked out their local competitors and even considered buying from a warehouse store to get a good deal. But none compared to Carpets To Go. Glen and Elaine Scher are wonderful people, willing to go more than the extra mile to make us happy. They patiently assisted us in finding the perfect flooring in the perfect color by providing us with samples. They made the measuring easy and non-intrusive. We decided on a specific product and color, but learned that it was discontinued. But, Glen went above expectations by reaching out to the manufacturer got us all the flooring we needed. We sincerely appreciated his efforts. Their installers were amazing to watch. Eric and his crew moved all our furniture and appliances with care. They neatly and efficiently demo'd and removed our old flooring and tiles. Most importantly, they did an awesome job with the flooring. I found this company by searching online. I wanted to find a local carpet and rug place so that I could see the products in person. My wife and I ordered a couple from web sites and kept getting disappointed as the pictures online didn't match what they looked like in real life. We kept returning the stuff we were buying online, so we figured we should go in person to a place. We ended up going to their showroom and they had a ton of small samples to look through. They did have a lot of inventory at the store, but mostly of solid colors. We were looking for a pattern, so we had to stick with the small samples (which were good enough to at least get an idea of what the carpets would look like). The owner helped us out and wasn't pushy at all. He was around if we needed his help and once we narrowed down what we liked he started giving us some opinions and advice. He really helped us out and showed us what to look for in the carpets, as far as quality and how the color can change depending on the angle you're looking at the carpet. We purchased an area rug from him that had to be cut to the exact size we wanted. They did a great job cutting it down to the exact size we needed. His price was reasonable; not the least expensive we saw but also not the most expensive. It took a little under 2 weeks for him to get the manufacturer to ship the carpet to him and then for him to cut it to the size we needed an also finish off the edges. I'd definitely go back to this company for the next carpet or area rug we need, and recommend this place. read more

When I walked in to Carpets To Go I was impressed by how cheerfully I was greeted. I just left another carpet store down the road where I was ignored and spoken down to. Glenn the owner introduced himself, spent a tremendous amount of time with me looking at and discussing my options. I brought my husband back to the store later in the day and Glenn was happy to explain everything to my husband. The price was cheaper by $2,000 than the store down the road and I was treated much better at Carpets To Go. Two days before my installation I received a call from Glenn at Carpets To Go saying he had to discuss the new pricing with me after the official measurements had been taken. My heart sank. My husband and I had budgeted perfectly for the carpet and I was afraid that I would be short the money needed to go ahead with the job. We bought new bedroom furniture and decided to go all out and replace our builder's grade carpet at the same time. While searching for recommendations on our local community facebook page, I noticed Carpets To Go kept coming up. With a very general idea in mind, I headed over. Glenn was extremely helpful in getting me to really focus in on what I wanted. He led me to a wall of carpet and we went through the choices, all the while asking me what I liked and disliked about each sample. A selection was made from the myriad of choices, padding was picked out and a delivery date arranged. Glenn came to the house to measure. The installers were on time, fast and clean! They vacuumed after the installation, and removed all the old carpet and even returned the extra to the store so I could get a couple of mats and a runner bound. We feel we got an extremely fair price, with an extremely positive buying experience. Glenn and his staff are friendly, communicated well, and definitely know their stuff.
