I drove 2 HOURS in Memorial Day weekend traffic to pick this bed up, only to be told by the manager that he would NOT sell me the bed because he wouldn't have another one to replace it with on the floor until Wednesday. Meta was super helpful throughout our entire process and was more than accommodating when we wanted to make an exchange --this is usually when most sales reps are no longer helpful. Not Meta!!! We were unsure of how the furniture would look and a little skeptical. This bit of assurance was enough to close the sale. The woman at the register nodded approvingly at this advice. When the furniture was delivered, the delivery people looked at us like we were nuts and told us " we are just here to deliver. You already bought the furniture". We reached out to the store and asked for a manager. We were repeatedly told how busy they were in the store. I left a message with the cashier explaining our issue and asked her to pass the message on to management. I also explained our issue to the corporate customer service representative. It's been over a month and we haven't heard from anyone. If you're buying furniture from this company, do not let them tell you can "see" the furniture in the room, it is a blatant lie, poor salesmanship, and just a ploy to close a sale. I will not be looking or buying anything in the future from this establishment.

The furniture was delivered roughly 6 weeks later, and we were so happy with the quality and service that we ordered the rest of the pieces to complete the bedroom set. The additional pieces we ordered were a night stand and the king bed with storage drawers. Once again the furniture arrived around 6 weeks later. After the first few nights of rest, my wife and I realized that our bed suddenly felt as if it led to a ditch that we would roll into in the middle of our bed, during the night. We weren't getting much sleep so we brought this to Reda's attention. He personally came to our home to see the furniture and make sure that it was assembled properly. He thought it was, but he still reached out to the manufacturer to see if anyone has had such an issue before, to which the manufacturer said they hadn't. Reda wanted to make the situation right, which he did. He had 2 of his men come out and assemble extra support on the bed to the extent of $200 worth of supplies of which was no cost to us! This has rectified the issue and for that, we couldn't be happier with the service we received.
