I ordered four curtains to see which would match the room decor. I now have to pay $20 to return each curtain that I do not want, which amounts to almost as much as the curtains cost. Customer Service said this is because they came from different warehouse locations and could not be returned together. Bed Bath & Bemused. It's hard to know what to make of the current iteration of BB & B. The briefcase sized 20% off coupons have largely been retired in favor of a store membership arrangement that I refuse to join as convenient store locations are evaporating almost as methodically as the musical chairs in their executive suite. Small appliances and bedding remain their backbone but their uncompetitive comedy club pricing almost begs you to run towards Amazon or Target. This is much smaller than the bed bath & beyonds that I am used to. The store itself is clean but because of its small size, it felt cluttered and the transition into other departments was very choppy. One minute I am in the world market and the next thing I know I am bumping into lamps and tables in the furniture area. BB&B carries a ton of stuff, it's what I love about them, but this particular store could do with a reduction in merchandise, or an expansion in store space. The sales associates werent terribly friendly either. I was never greeted on the sales floor or asked if I needed assistance. I usually don't care because I prefer to be left alone but I have a habit of smiling and saying hello when I make eye contact with people, which happened on the sales floor with one of the sales people, she had a scowl on her face and kept walking. I understand this is a stressful time and they are prepping for Christmas, but this was super off-putting. That being said, they do gain a point because of the associate that rang my purchase. When I told her I didn't have a coupon she suggested I look on my phone and told me where I could find one. My phone was taking forever to load but she was so patient and really wanted me to save money. It's become another version of The Christmas Tree. It has home products such as kitchen Ware, kitchen electronics, coffee pods, bedding and linen, etc. Now for the New additional things: furniture, throw pillows, snacks galore, lamps, and make-up and skincare products. Everything looks neat, clean and very organized. I'm actually excited to visit here more often. The lines also move much faster. read more

This is a great Bed Bath and Beyond! However, it's a little less clean. The flooring where the products is like the flooring you would see in your garage! Anyway, they have, such a big variety of kitchenware, that it was hard to believe! They had things for helping to crack eggs, a lot of stand mixers, a great variety of silverware sets, and even a huge of linens and things. It's also a fair sized store, for the amount of products they sell which is nice and well! read more

I usually have a pleasant experience when shopping in this Bed Bath & Beyond, until yesterday when I encountered Kathy. She is the nastiest, most condescending woman I have ever encountered working in customer service. As a previous reviewer stated, she should be fired. Kathy became incredibly nasty when there was a price discrepancy that I pointed out to her. She did not like the fact that she was wrong. She reluctantly, angrily adjusted the price of the item, but refused to give us a second item at that price. The next day, I came in to return the item. Kathy was standing next to the cashier completing my return. When the cashier told Kathy that this item had a price override, Kathy stated to her "oh, I'll tell you about that later." This was extremely unprofessional, as she intended to speak negatively about me to other staff. It wasn't my fault that the price was incorrectly listed! They lost this sale due to the horrific customer service provided by Kathy. read more

I haven't been in this Bed Bath and Beyond in a long time and they have changed it drastically. They have a new line called Bee and Willow which is a beautiful country look. This store is now like a Home Goods meets Bed Bath and Beyond/Harmon's. Lovin' it!!! I also love the employees here. From the minute you walk in and all throughout the store, employees are making sure you are finding what you need and even asking if you need a cart. One employee that helped us out tremendously was Imani from the Registry department. She was very calm, patient, and extremely helpful. Her multi-tasking abilities were phenomenal. Even though there is a store closer to my home, this location is now going to be my new Bed Bath and Beyond go to store. Keep up the great customer service!!! read more

I'm not sure if the whole Bed Bath & Beyond chain operates the same way, this is the one I frequent. There is a large variety of products and a lot of items just everywhere. Very difficult to browse through the isles without being rushed by another shopping cart coming. It is just too crammed and claustrophobic in there. And then you add the parked carts of misplaced products waiting to get back to the shelves. Lines are normally long, but the staff works to expedite them quickly. Also, notice how pushy they are being about upselling products. Like, if you buy a pillow they say "we also have pillow cases", if you buy a plate they say: "we also have the matching bowls" and so on. Maybe the staff is now working on commission or just being forced to bump up the sales. I like the products, would like to go to a place like this where I would not be rushed. read more

Apparently not all Bed, Bath and Beyonds are created equal. I was very disappointed after my recent visit. The main purpose of my trip was to pick up a gift off a bridal registry. They didn't even have a dedicated bridal section! It was just a little desk/cove in the front of the store. I didn't even see it until I did a full lap. I had to get the registry list from guest service and then wait for an employee to track down the gift. The employees were very disorganized, and I had to suggest giving the registry paper to the associate after he couldn't find the gift the first time. It took so long to get the gift and once it was retrieved I got stuck in the back of a long line since they didn't have many registers open. Here's the kicker. They don't do gift wrapping! There is a gift wrap section for customers to do it themselves! Really?? I've always enjoyed the nice wrap jobs they've done for me in the past. I feel bad for my friend for receiving such a poorly wrapped gift. Although she did receive a gift so I'm sure it's ok in the long run. This experience made me really appreciate my regular BBB stores. At least they take the coupons. read more

Besides was waiting inline for 10 minutes while she continuously messed the customer before me!!!! She was unhappy too with Kathy's skills! & Worrying about her break! I loved this bed bath and beyond. The customer service at all bbb are great in NJ but this one in particular was great. The store is very well organized, even the clearance section was worth looking at. I guy who worked in the bed section asked if we needed help and took his time to explain everything and showed us different choices so we can make an informed decision. We didn't feel pressured into a product. I told him I have neck pain and although I was there for a pillow he also suggest a neck massagers. He expertly explained the difference between the 3 massagers. I had a great shopping experience there. Thank you to the nice mans name forgot. read more

It shouldn't take longer to check out than to shop. The manager was useless, I saw him hiding while the checkout lines grew and grew. This is why online shopping is causing the demise of the brick and mortar stores. Better customer service would address a lot of problems ! read more

I have to say I like this store. They have what the name implies yet so much more. You can always find coupons for this place for 20% off. We like to buy our Keurig coffee here and use the coupons so we save some bucks!! The coupons are what will get you a good deal here. Other than that, the prices are on a par with other places. read more

This is a great store. I have no complaints here. The customer service is fabulous which is very rare these days. They always smile and say hi and offer help. They even walk you to the item you are looking for. You rarely have to search for help. Some one is usually asking you if you need help. I love going into this store.
