They could not assemble the mattress and the bed because the parts did not match. Had several calls with Ashley and delivery service. Scheduled a 2nd delivery appointment. Delivery guys came in and determined that they still could not fully assemble the bed and mattress because again they don't have the right parts. "White Glove delivery"? They offer interior design services and made to order (or assembled to order) furniture, as well as many decorative items. There were candles and candle holders, some Christmas decor, lamps, painted figurines, glass jars, some ceramics, clocks, novelty napkins, furniture, pillows and signs with the names of NJ shore towns on them, and nautical-themed decorations. (This is, after all, the Jersey shore!) I saw shiny aluminum dishes (or maybe they were ashtrays) shaped like life-sized flip-flop sandals, and carved wooden "bathing beauties" painted with vintage bathing suits. There were cast iron hooks shaped like lighthouses and shells. There was a lot of "faux food"--I guess you're supposed to put a fake cake or pie on your un-used dining room table, though I'd always rather consider a REAL cake or pie. There was quite a range of fabric samples to be chosen for upholstery on the furniture offerings. Interesting stuff, both for those shopping to furnish a home, as well as for smaller shore-themed gifts and decorations.

The delivery however went very well, except they came an hour early. Another red flag. ok we handled that, 40 dollars to put together and its a piece of crap. Its put together badly, legs wobbly, one of the doors door does not close all the way ,the drawers are loose , and the legs are uneven .i have videos and pictures to show everything. Now were stuck with it because we need it now . This furniture will not last even a year or 2. I will make sure this review is on every social media site . Beverley was so sweet! She told me they had a bed in, floor model, twin over full bunk bed with the ladder in the front. She said they'd take it apart for me and even work with me on the price. I drove 2 HOURS in Memorial Day weekend traffic to pick this bed up, only to be told by the manager that he would NOT sell me the bed because he wouldn't have another one to replace it with on the floor until Wednesday. Now I'm out 2 hours of my time and I still have no bed. WORST customer service ever! And he had the NERVE to try to sell me more after that!!!

It is the largest store we've ever been in and everything is so nice and with good prices. Leashed dogs are allowed too and Brie had fun looking at full-length mirrors for her bedroom. We purchased really nice kitchen stools during a former visit before we knew the store was dog friendly! A really great store to browse around, pick out something fun, and find something new!
