I finally have to go into the store to get some assistance on getting a replacement to the replacement and the store was very, very helpful. So I send the email. I finally get a response from service and I send the chain of emails back to service and I tell them a drawer that wasn't damaged is now damaged. The trim is just falling off of the drawer. At this point I want a credit to get something nicer. Someone calls and speaks to my husband and tries to say you're over stuffing the drawers you shouldn't have even received replacement drawers. A technician is supposed to come out. Now I'm going to fight with them over the crap that was made because you suddenly don't want to send drawers after you sent me the wrong ones, you want a technician to come out and do what? Ridiculous. I feel bad for the sales people because they are very nice, but some of their products are made horribly and their customer service is the absolute worst.
