Following a horrendous initial experience with service, I ultimately had the pleasure of Jorge being dispatched for my issue. In contrast to the initial service rep saying there is nothing that can be done to adjust my 2 Stressless ergonomic chairs, Jorge LISTENED to my description of the difficulties I was experiencing. He assured me that he would not leave until I was satisfied, after which he proceeded to make the EXACT adjustments that I needed. I was braced for the worst and instead experienced the best.
