We were extremely hesitant and concerned when it came to buying a mattress until we met Hany. He answered all of our questions honestly and educated us on the different types of mattresses and frames. He gave us time to consider different options and encouraged us to shop around, noting that we would not find better prices anywhere else. We visited Value City Furniture and Ashley Furniture. We also visited another Mattress Firm Store. None of the prices or customer service came close to that of Hany at Middletown. Hany ultimately gave us the best price, and trust me, we did a lot of comparison shopping. Hany is a true professional who loves what he does. He is polite, caring and not pushy when it comes to making a sale. There was a slight issue with the delivery of our frame (the problem was because of the delivery company not Mattress Firm) and Hany took full control and made it right without any added stress for us. I gave my Tempur-pedic bed over 30 day try out with nothing but lower back pain. I called their hotline to tell them it's not happening and was told I will receive a call within the next few minutes. I did, but then after was told again I will receive another call from a different agent regarding pick up and availability to pick up.. I gave them a full week for a return call to no avail and decided to call myself and was given the same excuse and apology to be going through the same process all over again. Which now brings me to Sleepy's at Shrewsbury! First off -the greeting -I received from Nancy W. was amazing! She completely went out of her way to show me each and every bed that she had available. Not only that- another member of her team started her shift..Debbie Ott and joined on in helping me find the perfect bed for my needs. They both answered all my questions- got on the phone with headquarters about my refund and just totally went all out for me. I've never had such a warm and wonderful feeling at a store. At first- I decided to never step foot again at another Sleepy's after my refund but after this visit- they changed my mind. Also- if I may add... After a few minutes on each bed Debbie Ott recommended a bed that not only fit my budget but wouldn't kill my back- well after two days my Back no longer aches and Im completely satisfied with my purchase and all the help from these two fine ladies.

I recently bought a queen size set for my son and while in the store spoke the sale rep and showed her pictures of my King Size I currently use. She looked a pictures of uneven wear and broken down sides. She looked at warranty, gave me website to submit photos too. I have done that twice and McLain has been rejected. When I questioned why I was told depth of depression (over 11/2" ) not enough yet even though it is causing discomfort. That can sleep on it or another year and remitt since there are 4 more years in my warranty. so really sleepy longer even though there's a 10 year manufacturer warranty.
