While I appreciate the company's commitment to filling voids in my property (we've used them many times before without issue), it seems that one of their employees has also taken it upon himself to fill the air with a void of his own making - in the form of inappropriate and racist comments. He suggested that I hire "Mexicans" to finish his work, and I must say, I was taken aback. In a world where we're striving for unity and understanding, it's disheartening to hear such divisive remarks from a representative of this local company. I'm not sure if this is a new business strategy or an unfortunate oversight, but it is disgusting and needs attention. I believe in second changes, and I hope the owner will address this issue with the appropriate seriousness it deserves. In the meantime, I'll be sure to spread the work about this company's ability to deliver both stone and stone-headed, unsolicited opinions in one fell swoop!

When I called I was told that the pyzique is not being manufactured so the company replaced it with a different style. I have since learned this is NOT TRUE as per discussion with Cambridge company and several other dealers in the area. I feel as though this was a bait and switch and I am not happy about it. How do you not inform a customer that a requested item is being replaced with another? Too late to return since this timing was coordinated with my contractor and there is no time to get the other. Will likely not use this dealer for materials again.

Caroline helped me with the design and even pointed out aspects of the design I may have missed. Caroline also worked with me if I had a question or changed my mind. They deliver was on time and was quick. The man was even courteous enough to ask if I wanted him to remove his shoes to not track mud! It goes to show every detail to the design and delivery. To exchange it for the same pump in working order, not blowing rods out of the body of the machine, I was told I had to pay the difference. Not the point. Her passive aggressive nature was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. I made sure to thank her over and over less than 3 feet away from her and it was only her and I. NO response at all. I apologized no response at all. Her tone was loud and her demeanor was wildly angry . I have been to this location in the past. This experience was so poor I hope harbor freight tools checks in on the representatives that are the faces of their corporation. When the partial delivery was made it to my house , it wasn't the color I ordered and still did not receive the bullnose.I tried to get in touch with Mike multiple times about the issue but he never returned my phone call . I had to wait for the 2 nd delivery and it took months and still no return call from Mike , so I called my credit card and put a stop payment. Within 6 hours Mike finally called me back. I had the delivery within 5 days. When I called Mike to let him know that the majority of the bullnose was chipped he said it will not be a problem, just let him know how many are damaged and he will replace them. that was over a year ago . Still to this day he will not return my calls . I have given him multiple chances. Next stop small claims court. Thank you Mike for making this a painful experience.
