He suggested that I hire "Mexicans" to finish his work, and I must say, I was taken aback. In a world where we're striving for unity and understanding, it's disheartening to hear such divisive remarks from a representative of this local company. I'm not sure if this is a new business strategy or an unfortunate oversight, but it is disgusting and needs attention. I believe in second changes, and I hope the owner will address this issue with the appropriate seriousness it deserves. In the meantime, I'll be sure to spread the work about this company's ability to deliver both stone and stone-headed, unsolicited opinions in one fell swoop!

When I called I was told that the pyzique is not being manufactured so the company replaced it with a different style. I have since learned this is NOT TRUE as per discussion with Cambridge company and several other dealers in the area. I feel as though this was a bait and switch and I am not happy about it. How do you not inform a customer that a requested item is being replaced with another? Too late to return since this timing was coordinated with my contractor and there is no time to get the other. Will likely not use this dealer for materials again.

Horrible experience. The husband and wife put blame and responsibility on the other. Neither take…read moreaccountability. They each say to call the other person and don't know what the other is talking about. The husband also starts screaming as soon as he gets frustrated, needs anger management. They were not available when a problem occurred during installation and I had to chase them down. The workers came in to get the tools and leave and told me to call the owner with no other explanation. The workers and owners also lied about the problem once I managed to get a hold of them. The stone broke in the van during transport, but they said it wasn't cut right and they would bring it back the next day. I only found out because I went to the van to look at the stone. This means they were going to glue it back together and bring it back without telling me. They aren't honest and don't care about the customer's experience at all. They also had no regard for the fact that I wouldn't have a functional kitchen while they "recut" the piece (aka glue it back together). I would not recommend this company to anyone. Nor would I ever think about doing business with them again.

When the partial delivery was made it to my house , it wasn't the color I ordered and still did not receive the bullnose.I tried to get in touch with Mike multiple times about the issue but he never returned my phone call . I had to wait for the 2 nd delivery and it took months and still no return call from Mike , so I called my credit card and put a stop payment. Within 6 hours Mike finally called me back. I had the delivery within 5 days. When I called Mike to let him know that the majority of the bullnose was chipped he said it will not be a problem, just let him know how many are damaged and he will replace them. that was over a year ago .
