Not like Lowe's where you need to search the warehouse for each item and it's hard to find help. I often make use of their custom wood cutting service on 4 x 8 sheets of plywood. Great selection of spray paints. Usually go there to fill up my grill's propane tank in the summer. Always find them to be couteous and helpful.

While I appreciate the company's commitment to filling voids in my property (we've used them many times before without issue), it seems that one of their employees has also taken it upon himself to fill the air with a void of his own making - in the form of inappropriate and racist comments. He suggested that I hire "Mexicans" to finish his work, and I must say, I was taken aback. In a world where we're striving for unity and understanding, it's disheartening to hear such divisive remarks from a representative of this local company. I'm not sure if this is a new business strategy or an unfortunate oversight, but it is disgusting and needs attention. I believe in second changes, and I hope the owner will address this issue with the appropriate seriousness it deserves. In the meantime, I'll be sure to spread the work about this company's ability to deliver both stone and stone-headed, unsolicited opinions in one fell swoop!

I had the box and I always give my phone number for returns. The woman I just dealt with (Saturday November 18th closing manager) was so completely rude, standoffish, unhelpful, dismissive, impolite, angry, passive, mean, confusing etc., The pump I purchased is a 158 gph pt no 63315. To exchange it for the same pump in working order, not blowing rods out of the body of the machine, I was told I had to pay the difference. Not the point. Her passive aggressive nature was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. I made sure to thank her over and over less than 3 feet away from her and it was only her and I. NO response at all. I apologized no response at all. Her tone was loud and her demeanor was wildly angry . I have been to this location in the past. This experience was so poor I hope harbor freight tools checks in on the representatives that are the faces of their corporation. Btw the woman at the Islin NJ location( younger curly hair pretty) needs a promotion, a gold star and raise. She is truly a breath of fresh air to walk in to every single time I shop that location. I have always had a difficult time starting this saw and had that problem since day one- not uncommon for Stihl chainsaws. I left a $50 deposit and after 3 weeks I was told the saw was not worth fixing. I picked up the saw the following day and asked if maybe PART of the $50 could be used toward another saw, Bob Potter the owner was extremely arrogant and told me flat out NO, the $50 was to check the saw. I asked since I was a long time customer of over 40 years and I have bought two blowers, two mowers, 2 chainsaws and garden supplies every year that he give me a break on another saw, his reply was the price marked - MSRP is the price, he then turned his back and walked away. In addition, my children went to school with his kids and visited each other's homes. I attempted to explain while he was walking away that I would be selling my home in the very near future and I just need to remove some downed trees. One would think a little goodwill on his part since I proved customer loyalty. I walked out and will never be back. I only wish that I knew his arrogance before I spent thousands of dollars in prior sales. I wouldn't give this business the time of day. There are too many businesses that treat their loyal customers with respect. STAY AWAY from this greedy ungrateful business...Potter & GREEDY Sons. Took the saw to another shop and within 5 days they rebuilt the carburetor, the saw now runs great, total cost for their repair $128.30- As I said, STAY AWAY FROM POTTER & SONS, they are a bunch of greedy arrogant know nothing.
