One phone call to ask what i should do about it , and a rysers crew was there in a few not only did they replace everything that didn't take, but they also went over and above what was needed . They mow our lawn once a week and it's an excellent price point especially for how big our front and backyard is. But they also blow all the leaves to the street EVERY WEEK which is AMAZING because we have a ton of trees AND they pick up all of the big sticks that can fall off those trees. I'm giving this company 5 stars because they delivered mulch to my next door neighbors and it made my 2 year old son's day. My son is obsessed with dump trucks and we watched (from a safe distance) sitting on the grass as the mulch was poured onto my neighbor's driveway. The driver gave us notice so we could get in our "seats" and prepare for the show. The driver was so sweet as to let me hold my sons hand and walk around to see the truck. After the bill was settled and he was on the way out, he asked if he could toot his horn for my son of which I said absolutely! He waved and tooted the horn as he slowly drove away. That 10 minute interaction literally made my son's day! So naturally it made my day too! We need more people like this in this world. I didn't order mulch from this company, but I am writing this review because I had a wonderful interaction with the driver when he came to my next door neighbors. He didn't have to give us the time of day - we weren't the customers - but he took his time to make this a very special moment in a 2 year old's life. And it was much appreciated. Very helpful and courteous on the phone regarding delivery of fill dirt. Ryser's will usually do a same day delivery and they were very flexible on delivery days and times. The in-store staff and the driver were very communicative with phone calls and our delivery actually came a bit early. Driver was also very professional and courteous. We only ordered a few yards of fill dirt, but will definitely call Ryser's for our other gardening needs in the future. Sometimes a business makes an impression just in the way they handle calls and simple deliveries. This was one of those times. read more

Since it has been a mild winter I decided to have my paver patio enlarged so I called a couple of landscapers to get their ideas and estimates. Since it is an older patio matching the exisiting pavers was not possible and a couple of landscapers offered a costly solution which involved completely removing the old pavers and installing all new ones. Marty Ryser came up with a creative way to intergrate the old with the new reducing the cost. His crew did a great job leaving my property spotless. We bought Techo Bloc and other stone products for our pool project and the salesperson, Devin, was very knowledgeable and helpful. 1/2 cord "seasoned" firewood delivered. Dirty. Heavy. Won't catch fire except for the few light pieces. Even when I combine with the kiln dried firewood from another vendor it just smoldered. I'm. It sure which season it's from but it sure doesn't burn except for my $175. Will call and see if they want it back. read more
