They take great care with wrapping and the orders always arrive in great condition. For all this quality, the prices are incredibly low. I recently gave three kits as gifts. Each kit included the bulb, two kinds of soil and a great pot to hold the bulb. All this for $50 to $55. The customer service is also great.
