Do not order from this place!!! Someone sent me flowers for a family member that passed away and this shop dropped them off when I wast home. They left me a message and when I called them back they woman blamed me for not being home and said it's my fault that they will be dead when I get back. When I asked for the owners information she said that my reasoning was not good enough and hung up the phone. My fiancé then called her and she refused to give the owners information and then asked if he was calling in regards to me and before he answered she claimed she heard me in the background and told us not to call back. I ordered my mom's Valentine's flowers through 1-800-flowers and this was the florist that got the job. I ordered V-Day delivery and it arrived around 2:30pm ET. The arrangement was very nice and used the flowers that were advertised on the website. I also really like that they mixed fresh buds that will open up along with a few that were already open so that the arrangement will last longer but also didn't look sparse when it arrived. Now I know it is not luck! I would write two reviews and give a 10 star rating. This is my second review, first one was 11/12/2020. Another last minute decision on my part, 2/14/2022, that's right, Valentines Day. Around 3.30 in the afternoon, i was heading into work and realized what day it was. Called B.F.M. expecting to be shot down for a same day delivery. I did not get the ladies name but it had to be the proprietor based on the outcome of our conversation. I could hear it in her voice, the stress of the day, me calling just about closing time for a same day delivery, and no clue what I wanted to order. Her professionalism took over, I told her my budget and she handled the rest. Delivery was made at 6:10P.M. that night, as requested, the later the better, to an address that wasn't quite in their delivery raduis, and as I walked in the house I saw the arrangement in the vase. Another beautiful, full, colorful, healthy arrangement. This is a business owner of the old days, more concern of the customer than the amount of the sale. Guys, get this number on your speed dial, when youre looking at a night or two on the couch, call B.F.M., you'll come out smelling like roses! My fiancé sent me flowers today for Valentines Day through 1-800-flowers which was fulfilled by Brick Flower Market. I was surprised by the arrangement thinking there is no way he sent me a $40 arrangement which it definitely looked like. I sent him a pic of it and he said it didn't look anything like the arrangement he picked out. He told me the name of it and I looked on 800 flowers site to find it. The only thing similar was that it was red and white. He ordered the large version for $80.00. I called 1 800 flowers and they told me there should be 6 roses in that arrangement and in mine there was 4. Also there was not supposed to be daisy and it was missing the Lillie's. The vase was totally different and cheap looking. I know that they have to sometimes substitute flowers but they should be the same value, color and similar. This was a total rip off and I consider it to be thievery. Brick Flower Market you should be ashamed of yourself. 1 800 flowers gave him a 100% refund so they won't get paid. I asked that the arrangement be picked up by the florist as I don't want it but was told to keep it. Maybe I can find someone to give it to. Awful service! My husband has ordered me several bouquets through 1-800-flowers that were arranged and delivered by this florist. The flower edges are always drying up, looking like they're really on their way out. Then, he ordered me flowers again recently. Apparently they didn't have all the right supplies for the specific arrangement my husband chose (i.e. red vase), but they took the order anyway and improvised, and added red food coloring to the water! Total nightmare when you attempt to move a very full vase of red water! When my husband called to complain, they said they would , "make it right." Guess what that was?! Delivering an empty red vase! Disgraceful, disrespectful. They shouldn't take orders they can't fulfill correctly, and then do something so despicable as to deliver an empty vase. Received flowers for Valentine's Day with obvious errors on the card. Instead of the apostrophes called out when they were ordered, there were random numbers and symbols all over the card. It's crazy that nobody could take a second to make sure the card was correct (as shown on the order confirmation) for such an obvious mistake. I ordered a flower spray from Brick Flower Market for my Godmother's wake. I sized up on the spray from small to medium. While I recognize that the pictures are not exact, the spray my aunt received looked like the small size. In addition, I had asked for a "Beloved Godmother" banner which was not there. And, the flowers were from my husband, my brother & I and they decided to take my last name off the credit card I paid with and it wound up looking like the flowers were just from me and my husband and my brother noticed it immediately. read more

Ordered flowers and a mylar balloon through 1-800-FLOWERS were sent from Brick Flower Market the day before mothers day flowers arrived my wife followed directions cutting stems, changing water, adding floral preservative which was not provided. flowers died after 4 days, mylar balloon is floating on floor after 3 days my experience with both 1800 FLOWERS and Brick Flower Market has left me with a bad taste for ordering anything from either company i hope anyone thinking of doing business with either shops around and finds a better place to do business i hope this review helps read more

Brick flower market did my daughters wedding on thursday august 13th 2015,I couldnt be more pleased with everything.All the flowers were so fresh and beautiful.I explained to Amy what my daughter wanted and her vision but we left it to her ,i only went to the store once and the rest was done by phone. Over priced and very unhappy with the results!!!! RIP OFF!!!!! Certainly did not get what I paid for; please shop around before you give Ralph a deposit!!! He talks very sweet and kind but does not deliver. I was shown things on the website and gave him pictures of exactly what I wanted and on the day of my wedding I so disatified. I paid for two people at 75.00 an hour for labor he came alone and still charged me for a second person. He told me he would use a certain type of vase for my center pieces and insert a red rose inside, instead he stuffed the vases with clear celophane paper...it looked so tacky!!! These people suck they totally ruined my wifes first mothers day, they came to deliver and there was no one home and left a call back tag. I literally called 30 minutes after I missed them and the person who answered the phone was rude and told me that they wouldn't return to deliver them today even though they were less then a mile from my home, then I was told that it was going to be redelivered on Monday the day after mothers day. So essentially I was going to get 3 day old flowers that I paid $80 for. I contacted 1-800 flowers who I placed the order with and they called these guys to tell them to deliver it immediately and when the girl from customer service got back on the line all she could do was apologize as the girl at BFM was rude to her too. I called to speak with the owner and was hung up on, posted on their facebook page and they deleted my complaint. These guys are in the service industry and are supposed to make peoples days better, all they did was ruin mine. 1800-flowers gave me my money back but still left me with no flowers. Please, please people dont go here, they have many poor reviews on multiple sites with very similar experiences to mine.
