Dorian at Wallflowers was the key ingredient that tied our entire wedding vision together. She is unbelievably talented and truly aims to make her clients' dreams come true. From our first meeting with Dorian she had a warm and calming nature about her that made this type-A bride feel very relaxed and at ease from start to finish. Walking in with my husband, family and vision board, Dorian took the time to walk through every detail of our day with us to ensure she could make our wedding absolutely perfect ... and she delivered just that. Dorian worked with us to create the following items for our wedding day: Bride Bouquet, Bridal Party Bouquets, Flower Girl Crowns/Petals, Boutonnieres, Corsages, Ceremony Arch Swag, Chair Flowers, Welcome Sign & Seating Chart Swag, Staircase Railings, Centerpieces, Sweetheart Table, Memory Table, Juliet Balcony Railings, Cake Flowers and more. We even tasked Dorian with decorating an antique bicycle we had restored for the wedding and she made it look even better than we had imagined. Not only did Dorian decorate the bicycle for us, but she accepted the bicycle from us weeks ahead of time, stored it for us at her shop and offered to transport it to our venue for the wedding day to make our lives easier since we live 2 hours away. This is just a small example of how Dorian goes above and beyond for her clients. During our first meeting we established that we were looking for white florals with greenery along with pillar candles throughout the venue to create a timeless and romantic vibe. Dorian was able to source us our pillar candles and cylinders, as well as create all of our floral items while keeping everything budget-friendly. She never tried to oversell but instead helped us understand the best flowers for the time of year along with which items made sense to repurpose throughout different parts of our day to save us money! Once we were a month away from our wedding we met with Dorian one more time to go over all final details and she showed us mock-ups of how our bouquets and centerpieces would look in person, which really helped us visualize the final product. We were so happy with all of the wedding day plans that we even asked Dorian to do our florals for our rehearsal dinner the night before. Even though this was not added in until the month before, Dorian being local with a can-do attitude was happy to help. She helped add that extra sparkle to make the rehearsal dinner even more beautiful with a bouquet inspired by the florals we chose for the wedding day and bud vases with white flowers and votives on every table. This was the smartest decision we made because I took the bouquet home with me that night and the photographer used those flowers for the details pictures the morning of our wedding day. The day of our wedding, Dorian was on site first thing in the morning to set up and stayed through our ceremony and cocktail hour to ensure the items we had agreed to repurpose were moved efficiently and according to plan. There were also some surprises that she threw in for us knowing that my favorite flower is a white hydrangea, but based on initial discussions we went with different white flowers due to budget. Turns out that she incorporated them into our ceremony swag and Juliet Balcony railings which was the most thoughtful addition to our already stunning décor. I could go on and on about how happy we are with her work throughout the entire wedding weekend, but will let our photos speak for themselves. Had a great first initial conversation with Dori. We are getting married next May so was inquiring about pricing for floral for the wedding. Dori was so kind and seemed to know her stuff. Told us she would get back to us in a few days. Have tried to follow up by both phone and email and cannot seem to connect with her. This is very discouraging as we were really set on using Wallflowers since they are a popular vendor with our venue but given the lack of communication we will be having to look elsewhere. read more

Ordered a sympathy floral arrangement for $150 (plus delivery). The flowers were beautiful however the bouquet was so much smaller and not worth what was paid. I tried calling several times and the business owners would not pick up the phone. I sent an email regarding my disappointment and they didn't respond. I do not recommend sending flowers to those you care about through this company. They do the bare minimum and are apparently unwilling to provide any customer service or value for what they charge. read more

Placed an order and had to spend 1/3 hour getting it done. This was for a substantial funeral order. Attended the wake and there were no flowers from us. I have a written e mail confirmation. You should close. because you have no business skills or back up plan to help people. Tried calling to talk to customer service and was patched through to a third rate off shore place. Dorian is INCREDIBLE. When we first chatted, I was having trouble articulating my vision - I was simply over stimulated with ideas I saw on pinterest and had no focus - but it was like she could read my mind. She knew EXACTLY what I wanted (and more importantly what I didn't want). After the first meeting she had my complete and utter confidence. I never thought I could be so excited about flowers. During our meeting she gave me her complete and undivided attention. She whipped up quick samples and pulled pieces and various stems to really show me what things would look like. I loved that I didn't have to use my imagination, I was able to see everything in advance. She also was incredible with suggesting blooms in season that would be more cost effective or last longer given the expected weather - things I would have never considered without her much appreciated input. AMAZING. Kathy did my wedding flowers (9.19.15 @ the Mill) and she was legit the best. I only met with one other florist when vetting vendors and she was the one I wanted without a doubt. I met with her on multiple occasions over the course of the 1.5 years i planned our wedding. She made our flowers a dream come true!!!! She gave me EVERYTHING I wanted, EXACTLY how I wanted it and WITHIN MY BUDGET!!! This is the most important point! She did not up sell me, over charge me, or milk me for more money. She genuinely wanted to give me what I wanted right in my price range. I literally can't even believe how much value we got for our money. I will recommend her to Everyone I know. Oh and by the way - our cake flowers were AMAZING and she also delivered our personal flowers to our hotel exactly on time like she said she would. I couldn't have asked for better service! My fiancé and I went to Wallflowers to see if they would be a good fit for our wedding later this year. Unfortunately, the customer service at Wallflowers was poor. We came in on 22 Jun 2019 to go over ideas for our wedding. The woman we spoke with was nice and wrote down all the information as to what we were looking for. I thought we would see some examples of the work they do, but nothing was ever shown to us. After the appointment we were told that she would email me ideas within 2-3 days. She had my email and my phone number. I never received a email or phone call from her. I called Wallflowers on 01 Jul 2019 and left a voicemail and provided my phone number and email again. Still nothing. I have checked through my email numerous times just to make sure that I didn't miss anything. Needless to say we ended up with a different, more reliable florist. read more

Wallflowers did our wedding this past October and they were AMAZING! They worked with us on our budget and they gave us the most realistic quote out of all the florists we talked to. We spoke to other pricier florists who had visions of the tablescapes and other crazy expensive things. My husband and I were very happy with the breath of fresh air it was going into Wallflowers and just talking about the flowers. We just wanted to have nice flowers at the wedding. We worked with Dorian and she was great! She made herself available for meeting with us in person several times and showed us the different types of flowers or arrangement's they could do. She emailed me samples of what our arrangements would look like. Some vendors we worked with were pushy, nickel and dime you or demanding some amount of money right away. Love this place. All of the people that work here are so friendly and very easy to work with. They did my flowers for a small wedding at the E&S and did a great job. Dorian was very knowledgeable about what would work and what wouldn't and everything looked beautiful. I did look at another vendor closer to my home first but they cost more and didn't want to give me what I wanted. Wallflowers is the only florist I will use going forward. I received a delivery card from them on Saturday. I had a very recent death in the family and actually appreciated but really didn't want to pick up any additional flowers because I just wanted to get past and not be reminded again of my lost. The card said to call them. I work and tried calling them twice today and no response, no voice mail. I stopped by and very flippantly was told - yeah, it was a wrong delivery and she knew, with little prompting, who I was, I did not know her establishment I mentioned to her that I had called several times and if by phone wasn't convenient for her then why say that is what I should do - her response, shrugged shoulders - whatever. When we met with Dorian for our wedding, we found her extremely kind and worthy of our trust. The only downside is she was difficult to reach; she would often reply to emails about a week or two later and sometimes when we called during business hours, we'd get an answering service and not hear back. Not enough stars to give to Wallflowers and specifically Kathy! This review is long overdue as my mom and I have been using Wallflowers for years and they always do a phenomenal job and at the most reasonable prices ever. We just give an amount and perhaps a color scheme if that and let them do their thing! When it came time for my wedding, there was no question I was using Wallflowers. And the same rang true. I told Kathy my vision and color scheme, no bouquet or flower trials necessary. This past Saturday she made my vision come to life. I cannot forget to mention that she drove 2 hours to north jersey to my venue (7.29.17 @ Crossed Keys Estate). The amount of compliments via text we received on how beautiful the bouquets and tables looked have not stopped coming in. Kathy, thank you for EVERYTHING! Terrible customer service. Placed an order over a week ago for a christmas flower deliver. On day of delivery I get an email "not in our delivery area, sorry", on the DAY OF DELIVERY. When I called the store the woman who answered the phone was rude, and hung up on me three times. She lied and said she refunded me my money when she didn't.
