Best flower shop in area I've been using them for years. always take care of my orders in a short notice. even on the busy days of Mother's Day and Valentine's Day they take care of my order when I call in at 10:11 in the morning and have it ready within an hour and that's since the first time I've ever ordered.. every order I've gotten flowers has always either made a heart melt, or a smile from ear to ear with tears of joy. Let me start by saying one of my favorite details from our wedding was the flowers. And that is all thanks to Ivy and the team at The Flower Bar. We initially looked into them because they regularly work with our venue, The Hamilton Manor. The first time I called to inquire about flowers for our wedding, I was a bit overwhelmed. I don't know much about flowers and didn't know where to start. Ivy was so kind. She helped me navigate the details and ensured me that she would make everything beautiful and within my budget. She did not disappoint. We decided to move forward with The Flower Bar and did an initial deposit which we paid over the phone. The team then sent us an invoice over email and followed up with a mapped out proposal. A few months later we went to their store front and met with Ivy in person. When we arrived, she already had samples of the centerpieces created in the store for us. She then took the time to add and edit so that we could visualize everything. She did the same thing with the bouquets. By the time we left, I knew what we had decided on would look amazing. The day of the wedding, Ivy and The Flower Bar team set everything up at the venue and checked in with me to ensure that I liked it all. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous!! I got so many compliments. I ended up liking my bouquet so much that I got it preserved. I cannot say enough about how kind, detail oriented, and professional The Flower Bar Team is. Krustal was great! I loved the suggestions she made for flower replacement of the one kind that was nit in season and her very personable approach. However, the execution of the arrangement was disappointing. Instead of lilac/purple mums we discussed, a oink rose was stuck in and gelt really out of place. The yellow tulips didn't make sense in the color scheme either. Also, my name was misspelled on the card. Overalls, it was a let down. The shop was nice enough to call back and apologize but at this point not much could've been fixed. Would recommend that you discuss every detail when ordering the arrangement. read more

I needed a special, personalized vase of flowers for a very dear and special friend of my son's who passed much too early in life and they more than made it happen! No doubt the family of the deceased will love this special arrangement - so very personalized for their loved one. Sandy and Michelle so very easy to work with and so kind...I must admit I might have made them a little "crazy" :) with all my special requests/changes to honor a very much loved deceased friend. The floral arrangement actually made even better than I could imagined! It was gorgeous! More than 2 thumbs up for their work! And this was all done over the phone as I live in PA and the services held in Brick. And they even granted my wish to "text" me a picture of the arrangement as I was unable to travel to NJ for the services so I may see their work. I think her name was Christine and she was so patient and took me through a bunch of great ideas. They delivered the flower two hours later, and my niece was thrilled. It was beautiful. I asked the florist to throw in a couple of treats for my nieces daughters, and they packaged them nicely with their names on each bag. It was perfect. She let me know what I could do within my budget, what we could add and costs should I want to "upgrade" a bit, and always kept my invoice honest so I know where we were on costs. The florals were PERFECT for our wedding day. She nailed it. It was so unique and so ME. She got what I was going for and executed it perfectly.
