I find the place to be a little disheveled in that if you walk around, beyond the plant and shrub area, you'll find a smorgasbord of trees, pavers, and landscaping items somewhat randomly laid around the property. We've gotten great deals on some of these items... while they may not be featured for sale, they'll work out a price with you. For example, after roaming around I came across a huge oddly shaped paverstone I needed, which was discontinued from mass production, and a (really) old tree which the owner said he could dig out and deliver. I requested, if possible, to split the 9 yards as I have a circular driveway and would be easier for my worker. As I attempted to leave my home for a scheduled doctor appointment, to my surprise, I found both entrances totally blocked with mulch! I immediately called the office and explained the situation. The owner, Jerry, clearly stated there was nothing he could do about it. I voiced my concern about not being able to exit my home in the event of an emergency. I suggested perhaps the driver whom was only 10 minutes away could come back and make a path. I was so taken with his "I don't care" attitude especially being an owner. What is more disappointing was his lack of respect. His nasty tone thinking he is superior to everyone else. I wonder if he is this disrespectful to his workers. They treat your lawn like it's their own, clean up is fantastic, if they say they're coming Wednesday they come on Wednesday. Like clockwork. I've never had anybody this good before. I would do a Google review however I don't have Google not do I want it. aside from the work they do, they're nice people, respectful, trustworthy, reasonably priced, and so forth. Spring cleanup and the fall cleanup are meticulous.
