Jeff the owner, is a solid experienced skilled contractor offering up numerous suggestions on what I wanted, reasonable pricing, flexible, honest and trustworthy, excellent communicator, very knowledgeable on new construction materials. Everything he did, he checked in explaining what he was going to do and why certain things would need to be done that I didn't think of. He was very clear on when he would be here and always arrived on time with a very pleasant attitude and great work ethic (a perfectionist). My wife Norina (my boss) was an active participant in the decision making and he was very respectful of her suggestions. Douglas was extremely communicative and easy to reach, helped scout materials to make sure the new floor matched our existing floor, and was generous with his expertise when we were selecting tile for the kitchen and making design decisions. He also provided detailed estimates and priced his services very reasonably. As others have noted, he and his team are punctual, neat and efficient.
