Ultimately, my family and I ere unable to move and we put the house back on the market before work began. I am, however led to write this review because out of the many contractors we spoke to when we were trying to find someone to take on some major renovation to turn an old-school manor into a multigenerational home, Kenny was thoughtful, communicative, and most of all, flexible! We didn't know what was possible with the house, but Kenny worked diligently to present many options and make us feel secure. Hiring someone for a large scale, expensive project is always a bit nerve-wracking, but we felt better knowing our home was going to be in Kenny's craftsmanship-oriented hands. I wish we could speak to the entire experience! But alas, maybe next time as we would definitely go with Kenny and Buckminster again.

I had two very bad prior experiences and was very frustrated with contractors. For the job that we had him do - remodeling bathroom, finishing and painting the hallways, and fixing hard wood floor, I had 6 quotes, and decided to use him based on his knowledge at the estimate, price, and very good online rating on service magic ( I didn't get him through service magic, though). He was recommended by the person who sold us the shower enclosure. We had to wait 3 weeks before he could come to work for us, but the wait was completely worth it! He and his crew were very polite, hard working, and cleaned after themselves each day. He also found an additional problem that we had with our toilet which we were not aware of and fixed it for us, saved us hundreds of dollars and hassle down the road. The end product of their work is amazing. The bathroom is beautiful and the hallway became the best painted area of the house. It is night and day compared to our prior contractors from Philadelphia. We want him to come back for any other remodeling work that we have around the house. We highly recommend him to our friends and colleagues. I am so glad that we've found him because he provides exceptional value for his service. If you are looking for a contractor to fix or add to your house, look no further, call him up and you will be as happy as we are with his work! I just wish that we had found him 6 months ago when we bought our house and had not wasted time, money, and angst on the other contractors.

He never pushed his own designs, cabinets, or products--he simply took notes on our needs. While we consulted other companies, none listened as well as Sal. When the proposal arrived, the design perfectly aligned with our vision. Construction started right on schedule, and the slight extension was entirely due to add-ons we requested along the way. All work was priced extremely competitively, and the end result far exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be happier and will absolutely work with them again on future projects.

They assessed what I wanted to do and recommended the best way to securely construct these items on our rooftop deck. They were extremely knowledgeable - were the only contractors that recommended j boxes to prevent any leaking from rainwater. I told them my vision and based on that information they gave recommendations and options for what could be built - what is feasible, what makes sense with weather conditions, etc. I also had to meet a deadline with the construction and they were able to accommodate the schedule. The final products were installing a cedar wall and steel beams for hanging lights. For construction, they were very respectful in my home - accommodated schedules, and even worked in the rain one day to complete the work! Beyond expectations. Everything came out beautiful without cutting corners on the job. (The wall survived winds from hurricane Ida!) Would definitely use this company for any project in the future! Their quotes were VERY reasonable and their knowledge/explanation of the construction process was reassuring. Very happy to discover them via Yelp, and know I have a trusted contractor for any future project.

His crew helped demolition two corner walls which required an large amount of electrical work, updates to kitchen sink plumbing, and re-finishing ceiling and wall surfaces. Adam was on-site every morning for the first few days of the project, walking us through exactly what the team would work on that day and letting us know the progress made the day prior and if there were any issues encountered. He was very quick to email or text if something came up that would increase costs and provided written estimates/work order changes before incurring anything extra. We had new cabinets and counters installed by a third party, but Adam's team came back after that was set up to help install all appliances and hook up the remaining electrical and plumbing. He was always reachable if we had any questions and quick to respond. His team showed up on time, was respectful while in the house and left the area clean and usable each night. We had a great experience with Adam and team and are very pleased with the final look of the kitchen.
