We received a quote, and a few days later they started work on the floor. The floor turned out great, looked nice, clean lines, and just needed to be grouted. In the meantime they started the shower tile. We noticed after the first day, halfway through the project that it was not coming out as expected. The lines of the cuts were were not straight and it looked poor. We contacted John who assured us it would all work out When his employee returned the next day and tried to fix the issues he revealed he wasn't confident working with the type of tile we were using. He was ready to just cut us a check for the portion of the shower we had paid up front. They did not have someone who could come in and do the shower. Not sure why they would take a job that was out of their scope. Frustrating. I will say, we appreciated the employee's honesty when he realized he was in over his head. And they did make it right by returning the portion of the money we paid toward the shower already and agreed to cover the cost of the replacement tile. Due to these reasons, I'm disappointed but at least we didn't lose any money, just time.

Clearly stocked with the usual merchandise, it's a smaller location and everything is packed in. There were only a few registers up front with no room to get by, and the clearance section was overflowing into the aisle. That said, it was a typical layout so it was easy to find what I was looking for. Now let's talk about customer service. I was going in to exchange my SodaStream canisters, and at every other store I do this at the customer service desk. So I did my shopping (getting soda flavors), and went up to the customer service desk to stand in line. The gentleman working shouted over the person he was helping to ask if I had a return. I said I was exchanging canisters. He rolled his eyes and said there's just one line, get the new canisters and stand in line. I do not expect to be treated with rudeness at this store, let along by the customer service rep! The checkout, despite forcing everyone into one line that snaked through the narrow aisle, was relatively quick and the woman who checked me out was very friendly. Fortunately for me, this was just a convenient store when we were driving back from friend's and not the one I typically go to.
