Larry Jr was great to work with during the project. He informed of us of all progress and milestones daily. When we ordered a washer and dryer that would not fit he found other parts of the project to work on until we could get what would fit. From start to finish they took three weeks. Our project was definitely a large task in our eyes as they rerouted all the plumbing within a concrete slab. As you can see the finished project is beautiful and we are no longer embarrassed when someone requests to use our bathroom.

Overall, excellent service, professional install, patient with questions, and respectful of my house! Great company. Just had my consultation with Rob and we put my new shower stall and toilet install into motion. He was polite and courteous and really took his time to make sure I felt comfortable and understood everything, especially the financing aspect. He answered all my questions and we also had a friendly chat to the point where I kind of felt bad because I know these sales calls cost time and money. I had my flooring done years ago and they did a nice job. So I hired them last year to do a full…read moreremodel of my kitchen. Again, the flooring turned out great. But the backsplash tile work is horrendous. Especially in the corner where my sink is. They must not have measured properly so every time I open my cabinet door next to my microwave it rubs against the microwave. I'm sure it will only be a matter of time before the paint rubs off. I already have paint chipping off on certain cabinets. During installation of the tile work, the worker walked through my newer screen door and put a hole in the screen. I was told that they would replace the screen. But once the work was done, it was quickly forgotten. I would've called to complain, but when they had already down the demolition they told me they gave me the wrong estimate and wanted to charge me more. I argued with them and ultimately was only charged the original quote but it made me feel as if I were to point out anything I wasn't happy with, they would try to charge me extra so I just stayed quiet.
