Larry Jr was great to work with during the project. He informed of us of all progress and milestones daily. When we ordered a washer and dryer that would not fit he found other parts of the project to work on until we could get what would fit. From start to finish they took three weeks. Our project was definitely a large task in our eyes as they rerouted all the plumbing within a concrete slab. As you can see the finished project is beautiful and we are no longer embarrassed when someone requests to use our bathroom.

Overall, excellent service, professional install, patient with questions, and respectful of my house! Great company. Just had my consultation with Rob and we put my new shower stall and toilet install into motion. He answered all my questions and we also had a friendly chat to the point where I kind of felt bad because I know these sales calls cost time and money. They refuse to speak on the phone or email me even with the contract holder there. This is my only shower. I'm the only one who lives here. If you care about your space and peace of mind, please stay away from this company. I'm serious. I wish they had given me accurate information and not made so many errors. This all may have been avoided if they had spoken to me directly. They cumulatively have spent nearly 24 hours in my house since June (now August), and they still wanted to come back because they made another error. I finally asked the contract holder to say no. I can't emphasize enough the unprofessionalism of Luxury Bath. I'm guessing they will respond to this by saying I made a mistake. However, rest assured, I am being genuine.

We've gone back and forth on whether to write a review, as it certainly isn't a good one and we…read moredon't take these things lightly. However, the work Aromas did on the floors of our home is so atrocious that others should be made aware. We had a pipe break in our home last year and it caused significant damage to the first floor and the basement of our new construction home. On the first floor, one half of the wood floor needed to be replaced (ironically, the poor leveling from the builder allowed for only half of the floor to be impacted). Because we were new home owners, brand new to the area, and expecting our twins in less than two months, we went with the recommendation of a local expert and hired Aromas to do the floor. We continue to pay the price for this poor decision, as the quality continues to deteriorate. The repairs took over a month, and despite a lot of back and forth about mismatched coloring, wood marks, etc., the floors were "completed" with numerous splits and defects. Enough so that the company's owner came out to see the work. While they attempted to fill some of the larger cracks, it was done very sloppily and fixed nothing. What's done is done, but it's shocking to see how one side of the floor differs from the other. Please see the included photos for proof. The difference in quality is obvious and it's unfortunate. In retrospect, I wish they took longer to provide a higher quality product. But more than anything, I wish we never hired them. The floors split more and more every day, and are now becoming hazardous to our small children who are now crawling and running around with bare feet. Be warned.
