After I received the call from the guy in the picture- I gave him permission to go into my home since my contractor was there working. I asked him to call me when he was leaving and he did not. In the meantime, we shopped around and decided we weren't going to use them and stick with a different local business, but about a week later, as we were going through our inventory, we noticed one of our sinks was missing. So now, we panicked thinking of how it could've gone missing. We called the contractor and reviewed our cameras and saw this! Was this a tactic to have to go to the business or call back? How unscrupulous is this!?! My husband went there are said to the sales rep- your guy went to my house and left with something that didn't belong to him. The salesman was just as surprised as us as he was wondering why he would take our sink. It wasn't until my husband showed the surveillance video/pictures that everyone's memory was jogged as to what happened with our sink. We had a vessel sink and they only took the sink without the drain piece so why take something that doesn't belong to you? This is crooked! The owner never even called to personally apologize. Is that common practice idk- but either way- you don't take something that doesn't belong to you without the homeowner knowing. Stay away and don't give them a deposit. Read other reviews.

Quote was issued promptly and everything was done in a timely fashion with superb quality. Office staff and the installers - - all topnotch! Craftsman in the shop must be excellent (we did not interact directly with them). From the meeting to completion of installation: A meer five weeks. She didn't even call to let me know tile was there and didn't deliver it till 4 days later after receiving them there !!! When I asked about the pebbles, she said there was a delay in delivery and it would arrive 8 days later! We asked for an explanation, there was none. We asked to have a tracking number, and we found out through fedex that they received the order 3 days later and that it was shipped as standard despite the delay. When questioned kitchen and bath pro, the answer was I, the customer, never requested an expedited delivery and that on time delivery was never a guarantee!!! How can they say that! I have a contractor working on a bathroom, and mentioned that I would need the items to be delivered on time for work to be started. Who's going to pay my contractor for the delay/loss! This is insane. It was my first and last encounter with them.
