I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Topline Appliance in Wall. Both Kristin and Tobias were amazing! My ~15 year old washer was almost dead. I like to be able to add clothes to an existing cycle, to add extra water if I want, and to soak clothes for as long as I like. I was lamenting that most of the new washers give you limited control for these options, largely due to government regulations, so I just kept repairing my old Whirlpool until it no longer made sense to do so. As soon as I walked into Topline, Kristin greeted me and understood right away what I was looking for. She recommended a new-ish model of GE washer that seemed to satisfy most of my requirements. I had some questions to make sure this washer could actually do what I wanted it to, and if Kristin and Tobias didn't know the answers, they contacted a GE representative to find out. After I had ordered my machines, I was nervous about being able to actually get them because that was just as the shutdowns due to the Coronavirus had been implemented. Topline did the best they could to give me answers and kept me continuously advised as to delivery status via text. My new washer and matching dryer were delivered and installed flawlessly. In case anyone else is looking for a washer with these requirements, I purchased the GE GTW845CSNWS (a top loader) with a "water station" that allows you to fill the washer like a big sink and soak for up to 24 hours. You also have the ability to add as much water as you want via a "deep fill" option available on most of the cycles. It's a fairly high tech machine, but I've been able to figure out how to make it do what I what, and am very happy with it so far. I also purchased the matching dryer (GE GTD84ECSNWS) that has a steam function, and it's been great. But even if you're looking for something different, I wouldn't hesitate to go to Topline. They will match the lowest price of any major competitor. Their top notch salespeople and excellent customer service make Topline a no-brainer for me the next time I need an appliance! read more

I bought Whirlpool appliances and not even a week after having them delivered, the refrigerator wasn't cooling and the motor was extremely loud. I originally wanted to buy GE appliances but they didn't have an undermount microwave and I wanted to have all the appliances matching. Whirlpool was my opinion. I've never owned any Whirlpool products. I've always been a "GE girl!" Because the refrigerator wasn't keeping the food cold and the noise was so loud I asked Top Line for a loaner refrigerator until my service date. They got right on it and delivered a brand new loaner for me. When they unpacked it, I was so surprised and so happy that it was a brand new GE! I felt like I was"home again!" They were very careful unwrapping it and bringing it to the location specified. Unfortunately it wouldn't fit through the doorway so they were very helpful and we found a another place for it. Again, they were very careful and more than helpful to change the location. I'm so happy to have my GE. I should have followed my instinct and gone with a GE set. So far, Top Line customer service has been excellent. Would highly recommend them for delivery. The guys were great. I just wish I had gone with GE in the first place. What should I do? I ordered a Jennair dual fuel range, GE microwave, and Kitchenaide Refrigerator. We knew what range we wanted and the sales staff helped us pick a very cost effective microwave to match. The range and microwave arrived and were installed on time the day before Thanksgiving. The install team was excellent in that Jennair had changed the downdraft design from our previous model and the install team had to figure out a work around so the gas pipe would not have to be moved. It is now July and we are very satisfied with our experience. The refrigerator we wanted still was not in production from a September order date until May so we saw Adam in sales and he was excellent in helping us find a Bosch refrigerator with features that we did not originally think we wanted but now are glad we have the extra ice maker features. The Bosch was delivered two weeks later and the install team noticed a small dent in the door which they reported and a new door was received in three weeks. Our salesman Malcom was great in helping us get appointments with the service department to install the new door. Now in July we are still very pleased with our purchases and service. read more

From choosing the washing machine (off the website) to placing the order, the process was easy - but the inclusion of a phone call and follow up email from a sales rep at the store made it more personal and effective. Most of the texts/emails from Jenny with information about delivery were clear and helpful. Despite some of the unnecessarily concerning information in one of the pre-delivery texts about the number of stairs and possible extra charges (Which might have led to lower score), the two guys who delivered and installed the machine were excellent. Professional, personable and willing to work with some of the "not unexpected" variations in an old house's twists and turns. Would definitely return to this business if I needed another large appliance. read more

We opened our refrigerator to find warm food and learned that we desperately needed a new one! we worked with Mike who was able to quickly order a new one and get it out to us by the end of the week. The delivery drivers had quite a challenge ahead of them with out home's layout and lack of space to maneuver but they were amazing. Excellent customer service and prompt delivery and installation! This is our third experience ordering appliances from Top Line. Seamless process from looking at online specs/photos, to placing the order over the phone, to delivery the very next day. I received updates from the delivery agent which was a HUGE help. We purchased an entire kitchen package from Top Line 6 yrs ago. Had issues with oven not heating properly right before Christmas. Called for service and Jeff came out. Diagnosed it right away and we are up and running within a week. Also mentioned to Jeff our fridge leaking. Called couple years ago, and they told us to replace filter. We needed a suite of 4 appliances very quickly and, given the craziness in the world, wasn't sure what we could get and when. Upon my request, they sent Mr Vita for a pre-inspection to make sure everything was up to code and ready to go before both Bertazzino stove and dishwasher were scheduled to arrive. The Price was discounted and we were able to get delivery same day due to the close proximity of our house to the Roselle location. Problem solved without having to hunt around for a replacement. We had to customize our cabinetry to accomodate our new microwave. John didn't only customize the cabinets so the microwave could fit, but he took care of a couple of other problems that arose in the process. The biggest problem is he noticed that a grounding wire had come loose where the microwave was connected and we could have had a fire without it being fixed! At our home the team set-up our washer and dryer with care; offered suggestions for convenient configuration and were patient as we made a decision.
