We chose Express Union Tile because of the great reviews we read. And our experience before the purchase was 5-stars. The salesperson was helpful and answered all our questions. They even came to our house twice to measure everything to make sure the design worked and the size of kitchen cabinets to make sure our built in refrigerator and pantry cabinets were the right sizes. HOWEVER, after sale and delivery the nightmare started! Our carpenter showed up to start the project and looked at the design that Express Union Tile gave us, and the design was missing a whole section above the stove! Then came the pantry installation. He noticed that the design they gave us was missing an entire floor to ceiling panel! So mid project I had to call them to show them the flaw in the design..... of course they didn't apologize and instead charged me to have new panels ordered. We had no choice but to pay. THEN, after we finished the pantry installation, the refrigerator came and the guys couldn't get it to be flush with the cabinets. Turns out that the depth of panels they ordered for us was actually less than the size of the panels that was on their design and what we paid for! I called them multiple times and even spoke with the owner, Mike. He didn't accept any responsibility and blamed our carpenter, wall, and pretty much everyone except themselves! We're now having to call the cabinet manufacturer, Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs, etc to recover. read more

I have had a horrible experience with this store and one of their manufacturers, CNC. I have had no kitchen since the end of March and so far have had 3 different deliveries of cabinets that were all damaged beyond belief. I keep being told that they "are working on it" in terms of fixing the situation but 12 weeks later I still do not have a resolution. I was not offered any money back for my inconvenience and the sales person from CNC came into my home and told me I bought the cheapest cabinets that there is and he isn't sure what I expected in terms of the quality of my delivery. I also was referred here by my contractor and I told him not to refer anyone again. I am appalled at this situation and would NOT recommend anyone purchasing from this store or from that vendor. read more

We had to rip out our kitchen cabinets, countertops, and flooring on an emergency basis after finding mold. Ugh! This happened right before the holidays and during COVID. On the recommendation of my contractor, we contacted Ali at Express Union Tile Kitchen & Bath. Ali quickly helped us pick out new cabinets, flooring, and granite and promised that everything would be delivered to our home before Christmas, which was less than three weeks away. We had the most amazing experience working with Mike (owner) and his entire staff! We remodeled a portion of our kitchen and remodeled a full bathroom as well as designed 2 brand new bathrooms in our Westfield home. Express Union tile designed a custom vanity for our new master bathroom as we couldn't quite find exactly what we were looking for. The designer captured our vision perfectly and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding. For the full bath that we remodeled, we chose a vanity that was on display in the showroom however we wanted it in another color. Mike was unable to get a sample of the color, so he ordered the vanity in the color we chose and said if we don't like the vanity he would just use in his showroom! Now that's customer service! The whole store is very confusing they way they have things displayed, expect to waste some of your precious time trying to find things around, with a few people around to help you out, and always with zero knowledge about helping customers. I waited one hour to get someone helping me to get a product that was 12 feet above. I had the cashier calling someone over to help me 3 times and nobody showed up, till I had a fit about it being one hour there waiting.
