This is a 6 out of 5 star business. We recently had our kitchen remodeled, and we are so happy with the results! We worked with Mike Colak at Express Union Tile, and he was amazing. He was so knowledgeable about kitchen design, bathroom design, and tiles. He helped us choose the perfect tiles, cabinets and countertop for our kitchen. With Express Union Tile, you truly get a one-stop shop. They put together a design for the renovation, came out to do measurements, connected us with a contractor, and sold us the tiles, cabinets, countertop and handles. They go above and beyond. Mike personally made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction even going to the extent of coming to our home multiple times to oversee parts of the project. We were so impressed with his work ethic, calm demeanor and attention to detail. Here are some specific things we loved about our experience with Express Union Tile: High-quality products: The tiles, cabinets, countertop and bathroom vanity that we chose from Express Union Tile are beautiful and durable. Their large showroom makes it easy to find the products you want. Their prices were always more than fair, reasonable and competitive. Fast and efficient service: Mike and his team were able to get everything we needed for our kitchen project faster than we even thought possible. Everything arrived on-time or earlier, which of course, reduced the stress level for the project. Excellent customer service: Mike and his team were always available to answer our questions and address our concerns. They were also very patient with us, even when we changed our minds a few times! Overall satisfaction: We are so happy with the results of our kitchen remodel, and we highly recommend Express Union Tile to anyone looking for a reliable and professional kitchen redesign company. We would definitely use Express Union Tile again for any future tile projects and think you should too. We are so grateful for their hard work and dedication, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. read more

We chose Express Union Tile because of the great reviews we read. And our experience before the purchase was 5-stars. The salesperson was helpful and answered all our questions. They even came to our house twice to measure everything to make sure the design worked and the size of kitchen cabinets to make sure our built in refrigerator and pantry cabinets were the right sizes. HOWEVER, after sale and delivery the nightmare started! Our carpenter showed up to start the project and looked at the design that Express Union Tile gave us, and the design was missing a whole section above the stove! Then came the pantry installation. He noticed that the design they gave us was missing an entire floor to ceiling panel! So mid project I had to call them to show them the flaw in the design..... of course they didn't apologize and instead charged me to have new panels ordered. We had no choice but to pay. THEN, after we finished the pantry installation, the refrigerator came and the guys couldn't get it to be flush with the cabinets. Turns out that the depth of panels they ordered for us was actually less than the size of the panels that was on their design and what we paid for! I called them multiple times and even spoke with the owner, Mike. He didn't accept any responsibility and blamed our carpenter, wall, and pretty much everyone except themselves! We're now having to call the cabinet manufacturer, Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs, etc to recover. read more

Express Union Tile - Flooring, tiles and vanity purchased at Express. Love it! - Kitchen & Bath Near Me - Union, New Jersey

I have had a horrible experience with this store and one of their manufacturers, CNC. I have had no kitchen since the end of March and so far have had 3 different deliveries of cabinets that were all damaged beyond belief. I keep being told that they "are working on it" in terms of fixing the situation but 12 weeks later I still do not have a resolution. I was not offered any money back for my inconvenience and the sales person from CNC came into my home and told me I bought the cheapest cabinets that there is and he isn't sure what I expected in terms of the quality of my delivery. I also was referred here by my contractor and I told him not to refer anyone again. I am appalled at this situation and would NOT recommend anyone purchasing from this store or from that vendor. read more

I have been a customer last 12 years, best selections and price. I would strongly recomend this place to home owners and contractors

We had to rip out our kitchen cabinets, countertops, and flooring on an emergency basis after finding mold. Ugh! This happened right before the holidays and during COVID. On the recommendation of my contractor, we contacted Ali at Express Union Tile Kitchen & Bath. Ali quickly helped us pick out new cabinets, flooring, and granite and promised that everything would be delivered to our home before Christmas, which was less than three weeks away. Ali (and my contractor) went above and beyond to deliver on this promise and the kitchen was completed on December 23! The cabinets, flooring, and granite are beautiful and were also very well-priced. I will be eternally grateful to Ali for his kindness, friendliness and expertise during a very difficult time. Highly recommend. Service: Remodeling read more

My husband and I are the owners of Five Star Finish LLC, a residential and commercial construction company. We have been using Express Union Tile for years. We had the pleasure of working with Ali, Jay, and Mike. They have been nothing but professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are a one stop shop! We use them for all my projects. Excellent customer service and wide selection of quality materials. They have competitive prices and are reliable which I can't say about other distributors I deal with. They work one on one with my customers and we have heard nothing but positive feedback. read more

We had the most amazing experience working with Mike (owner) and his entire staff! We remodeled a portion of our kitchen and remodeled a full bathroom as well as designed 2 brand new bathrooms in our Westfield home. Express Union tile designed a custom vanity for our new master bathroom as we couldn't quite find exactly what we were looking for. The designer captured our vision perfectly and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding. For the full bath that we remodeled, we chose a vanity that was on display in the showroom however we wanted it in another color. Mike was unable to get a sample of the color, so he ordered the vanity in the color we chose and said if we don't like the vanity he would just use in his showroom! Now that's customer service! Express Union Tile has the most incredible selection of tile at every price range, the new showroom is gorgeous, the staff is courteous, patient and has great design ideas...I wouldn't shop anywhere else! Thank you to everyone there for making our remodeling project such a smooth and fun experience! read more

We had an amazing experience with Express Union Tile while we were remodeling our bathrooms. Mike and his team helped us with the design and showed us several tile options that worked for various budget levels. They really made the process easy for us and our contractor. We ended up not only buying the tiles, but also the medicine cabinets, a shower door and the bathroom vanities from them. We are extremely happy with the service we received and the quality of the materials we purchased. read more

Mike and the team at Express Union Tile are awesome!! Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. The customer service was more than I could ever ask for. As a decorator I have been to many suppliers and I can honestly say the selection at the new store has made it my "go to" place to shop. The new location is huge and very well lit which I appreciate. I have brought two clients in so far and they were both very happy with their selections. read more

The whole store is very confusing they way they have things displayed, expect to waste some of your precious time trying to find things around, with a few people around to help you out, and always with zero knowledge about helping customers. I waited one hour to get someone helping me to get a product that was 12 feet above. I had the cashier calling someone over to help me 3 times and nobody showed up, till I had a fit about it being one hour there waiting. On the mean time that I was there I saw 3 other customers walking away really upset, one of them said that he was going to the Home Depot, which I regretted not doing as well. read more

Recently remodeled my kitchen. I had very little knowledge about this type of project that I was taking on but Ali was tremendously helpful throughout the process. Ali went above and beyond with helping my family and I with a model sketch, designs, working within my budget and even giving helpful advice. This establishment is a very well rounded business with amazing positive attitude and they are very helpful. I couldn't ask for a better company to do this process with. Thank you for all your help. read more

My wife found this store out when we needed to get tile for our bathrooms, and I'm glad she did! Ali was nothing but helpful, and they really do have an excellent selection of tile. They have stock stuff (which you can buy on the spot), and things they order, which take a few days to get in. What I think we liked best about Express Tile was the service - all of the guys there are very down to earth and relaxed; EXACTLY what you want when going through stress of picking tile! read more

Just remodeled my kitchen with the help of Express Union Tile. They did an amazing job!!! Ali designed my kitchen and honestly held my hand every step of the way. Would have been completely overwhelmed otherwise. We purchased everything with them given their awesome customer service and affordable pricing... Cabinets, pulls, crown molding, tile, granite even custom inserts for some of the cabinetry. Nothing but compliments from our family and friends. Will def be reaching out to Ali again on our next project. read more

Great experience. Went here after a bad Home Depot experience looking for whatever they had in stock and was pleasantly surprised- There are a lot of tiles in this small store! There is a small selection of in stock tiles, which is what we were looking for. Prices were better than Home Depot or Lowes, and you can't beat personal service from the owner. Wish we went here first. read more

I have been pleasantly surprised with the service here. I came back multiple times with multiple questions and they seemed to know their stuff. They were definitely able to help me with matching things and variations that I was toying with. Ordered subway tiles and robe accents and received them in two days. The tiles were in stock but the rope was not. No big. Quick service. read more

Mike and his team go above and beyond! I was referred to him by my contractors after my horrible kitchen people showed up with crooked countertops. I kicked them out and talked to Mike. He told me where to go to find a replacement quartz slab and pulled every string to get my job done fast so my kitchen timeline could stay on schedule for appliance delivery. The fabricators and installers did a fantastic job. I wish I had known about him when I was cabinet shopping or I would not have had any issues. Professional, kind, and most of all, highly competent. read more

Very knowledgeable and friendly sales staff, prices are very reasonable and overall great experience! Would highly recommend!!

Absolutely great service. Very trustworthy, friendly, and assistive. Help guide me through my house remodel. They have a large variety of tile, granite, and accessories. I love that I could get everything under one roof. From day one they were able to give me blueprint of my kitchen remodel. My bathrooms came out looking amazing. I would definitely ask for Ali. I love his choice and preference. Lol we had our little disagreements but all in all I would definitely recommend them a 100%. read more

I had a great experience with Ali and the staff at Express Union Tile in remodeling my kitchen. The process from design, ordering and working with a local contractor all went smoothly to completely renovate my entire kitchen. Ali helped resolve any problems (one small ding in a cabinet door that was replaced with a couple of photos to describe) and fit of the counter around the farm sink. I highly recommend Express Union Tile! read more

I went to a few tile places before deciding to get all my tiles from Express Union Tile. Mustafa and Mike were both fantastic, offering tips and advice the larger stores didn't. Their attention to detail and sincerity really stands out. The prices are very competitive and their selection is huge. Don't let the store front full you, this place is the real deal. If your looking for great tiles from people who know what their doing this is the place. I will definitely use them again in the future. read more
