Now this has to be the longest trailer that is in the area. I mean this thing is huge and every bit of 40ish feet. They have a bunch of folks inside this thing too. They have just recently moved into this new larger trailer. The menu is on the healthier side but I could find something to eat/ I went with a wrap of tuna which came out of a can. Dang it has been ages since I have eaten whitish colored tuna. Now my wrap was slap pack full of goodies too. There was spinach, red onions, purple cabbage, black beans, and a pretty sweet vignette. In all it was quite yummy and it cam out of the truck really fast. I even got some sort of smoothie that came out purple. It had all kinds of fruits and coconut water. It was also pretty delish. I wish I would have found this truck sooner. But, I will be around for a few more weeks. I'll be seeing the crave truck a few more times, that's for sure. read more

We loved everything we got here! We enjoyed a wonderful lunch here. It was quite a busy weekend in St Augustine but Crave food truck was worth fighting the horrible traffic to there. A fun and different dining option with friends. The wraps in particular are spectacular! I don't think you can go wrong with any order here. The very best part is how friendly the service is. This one was tucked away in an area we never would have found if we hadn't been searching for someplace that had a few vegan options for our daughter. You know how there are those people who hear about a place as a "must-try" but actually haven't done it? Well, until my recent visit to Crave, I'll admit that I was guilty of that. So stop procrastinating--just GO TO CRAVE!!! Located in a marine-side sandy lot, south of the St. Augustine Distillery, Crave is one of those "hidden gems" that you hear about through word of mouth and from other reviewers. This is a great healthy option for a quick lunch, considering it's not typical of the kind of food you think of being served from a food truck. Crave offers a variety of smoothies, salads, wraps, and rice bowls, with specials that vary. Vegetarians and non-vegetarians can easily find something that would please his/her palate. Service was very friendly and the gal behind the counter was quite helpful in offering her recommendations for a first-timer like me. Everything is made using fresh ingredients, and can be customized to suit your taste preferences. Food arrived quickly (you listen for your name to be called). I ordered the specialty shrimp bowl, and it was chock-full of colorful fresh vegetables. The dressing that came with it was a perfect complement to the dish. I only wished there were more shrimp, because they were delicious! Seating is all outdoors (shaded), and the waterside view is spectacular! That being said, one thing that was a downer (but didn't impact my overall rating) was that the flies were pesky, and I often found myself swatting them away. There were fans blowing, but they didn't seem to deter these pests. I would imagine that the fans would not be able to compete with Florida's full-on summer heat, but this place would still be worth a visit. Fortunately, you can cool off with one of their tasty smoothies, teas and cold drinks! Give this place a try. Your tastebuds and body will thank you! read more

They served wraps and salads with the absolute freshest veggies. The man who took my order was so helpful, and I totally branched out from my comfort zone... SO glad I did! What a hidden gem! The cutest little lunch date spot right on the water. I had a (decide your own) wrap with a mix of greens, corn, black beans, scallions, tomatoes and avocado, with a dressing of garlic nutritional yeast. It was so filling, and so delicious. SUPERB!!!!!! Finally a place with wholesome, tasty food that cares about the public's health. These types of places are so damn hard to find. I absolutely loved the 'select your own toppings' method for the entrees. Food was super fresh, flavorful, delicious and reasonably priced. I had a bowl with brown rice, cherry tomatoes, shredded cabbage, carrots and dried cranberries all for $8! Every single ingredient was fresh and perfectly prepared. The brown rice was warm and perfectly cooked and the veggies on top were crisp and cold. The Thai peanut dressing was flavorful and excellent. We also had two smoothies that were so tasty. Honestly it's the most satisfying meal I've had in Florida since I arrived because of quality, healthiness and reasonable price. Super fast and super friendly people as well. The seating area right on the water was great. Not bad for a food truck! Bravo guys!! Literally the only suggestion I have for the owners is to rethink the way the food is served to stop the massive container usage/waste. It's great you guys have a recycle bin but couldn't you ask the customers if it's for here or to go? If for here purchase some reusable/indestructible plates and bowls, set up a bin for dirty plates and wash and you'd cut the waste down and cut your cost considerably. We went around 3pm one day and they had already closed down...and as we were leaving someone waved us down(the owner i believe he was) and told us that they had closed because they ran out of food. Thats a good sign! so we made sure to come back the next day to try it. I had the Chicken wrap with garlic dressing(super awesome) and my wife had tuna wrap with balsamic dressing.... Very filling and taste real good! I was definitely not disappointed! So I think this place is geared towards "HEALTHY" people...
