Once again, I came in and ordered shrimp. The season was great. I ordered 2 pound of shrimp that was mushy and overcooked that stuck to the shell. Make sure you check your shrimp before you leave. Sometimes they overcook the seafood and the lobster as well. and now when you try to call back to complaint, they don't answer the phone. read more

I called them to confirm the hours for Easter Sunday at 5:30pm. They said they closed at 10pm with last call at 9:15, me and my friend walk in at 6:30pm and see less than half the restaurant full. The server says hold on, walks to the kitchen, comes back to us and tells us they arent seating anyone anymore and that they are only open for to go orders. Would have been nice to have been told that over the phone before making the drive over, seems like the staff simply didnt want to take anymore people almost a whole three hours before last call, shame. read more

My time here was today I was excited. The women's bathroom had tissue overflowing in the stall , it was no paper towels in the bathroom. The service was ok the waitress didn't check in on us in a timely fashion . Now the food it was too greasy and oily for me once the food sat in the silver tray you can see the grease separating . The shrimp or lobster tails was not cleaned properly and was over cooked The concept is great but I won't visit again read more

The food is great 4/5 stars for me! Flavor was awesome and very savory. I ordered the all you can eat with the extra sauce on the side with the shrimp, cluster of crab legs (which cost extra $12) and crawfish. I recommend the crab legs. It MELTS in your mouth and the shrimp is fresh as hell. The crawfish is okay it is frozen and not in season atm but that's okay. For the service 2.5/5 stars It took awhile for a water refill..I also found a hair in my food..they brought out a new batch but I was a bit paranoid after that. Disappointing experience at Crab N Spice. The food was plain and lacked flavor. Cajun seasoning was weak, the rice was undercooked, the bread was bad, and the fries were gross. I tried the lemon pepper, Cajun, and regular fries and none were good. The music was way too loud and the place has more cameras than a Target, which made the vibe feel off. Service was just okay. I had crab legs that tasted extra fishy and expired and i told the waitress, she told her boss and he said he could give us one more set crab legs if we wanted some and i said i didnt want any crab legs because they tasted bad and even the texture was smushed, didnt look like grab meat when you open the legs. Probably one of the worst shrimp boil I've been to. We ordered from the Ayce menu.. the shrimps were all mushy. By the time we took the shell off, most of the meat fell off. The flavor was good but too bad the quality was not. The staff were not very friendly for the exception of the only guy there. It was hard to get a hold of them. There are so many places in Fountain Valley, garden grove and Westminster that are way better than this place. What a disappointment! read more

I went there for Valentine's Day. They took forever. When I called to reserve a spot. They told me I had to do it through Yelp so I did it through here and when I arrive, the host told me that my yep was not accurate and I had a weight longer. I informed her that my Yelp reservation stated that it was 30 minute weight and she said no that it was about an hour hour and a half. Wow where do I start. I brought my 14yr old her for her birthday. We ordered food and appetizers at 1pm. Or server never came back she looked at us multiple times. I watched her clean tables and do everything else. I flag another lady down at 2:54pm asking how much longer. She said let me get the machine. She showed me an order that wasn't ours.I asked to speak to the manger. Another lady came out I pointed at the lady that was our server once I saw her come out the back. And the lady said I'm sorry about that ima take your order again. I got up and left. There was no tissue in the restrooms or paper towels. They didn't wipe down tables they removed the old papers and put new ones over tables in wipes down. Their drink machines were out of order and falling apart. Good luck with that read more

From the beginning she was very sassy, I remained calm and continued to be kind. But she remained to continue to have an attitude, which is when I matched her energy and started being rude back. First off the service was horrible waiter could not explain the menu or concept of all you can eat. The fact that if you go with a friend or anyone and pay separately you are forced to eat out of one bag which is horrible and should also be stated that n menu or the site . When I placed my order I also tried to add a lobster tail on the side in which the waiter said I have to wait until the second round of food which I never had. All round it's not all you can eat its specific items not crabs and you have to share with whoever your with which is unsanitary unless you wish to do so. read more
