The food was whatever nothing to really brag about Customer service was horrible and they charges a gratuity and the service we had wasn't worth paying for you have to get up and get your own drinks in this small restaurant.. the waiter we had was so BS charging us for stuff that we didn't have and when we asked to speak to a manager about her performance, the manager basically was on her side, which I get because that's your employee, but the customer is always right Not saying all the waiters was slow on things but a lot were the lady we had was to busy and slow on service.. but we had to pay a $80 gratuity lol smh read more

Food is good, and so are the staff. They're friendly and attentive. The fried green beans are good. Sometimes the shrimp is hard to peel, but this place is solid. The seafood comes in a plastic bag and you empty it onto a metal tray. They provide a waste bucket, bib, gloves, shell cracker read more

The service was great! Thank you Drew! The food was tasty! . Was able to choose different spice levels for family members. Can't wait to come back! read more

Ordered the Captain's choice, original, medium spice. The sauce was very tasty, seafood was perfectly cooked, andthe portion was good for two. Staff was attentive and friendly. The place was clean and had a good vibe. Despite the place being packed, parking was not an issue. There were ample parking spaces around. Very good value for what you pay for. read more

Tried this place out for the first time and here's how my wife and I graded this restaurant: Atmosphere: This location has a lot of parking available (1 hour before closing) and was very clean. There were several TV's playing different games. The restaurant was not packed and easy to find a table (we were ordering to-go). Customer Service: As soon as we opened the door, we were greeted and welcomed in with smiles. The server that met us was Ofelia. She was very sweet and nice. She offered us a beverage as we looked over the menu. Food we ordered: - clam chowder (12/10 absolutely amazing) - captain's chowder bread bowl (10/10 just a little on the rich side) - calamari basket (7/10 the calamari was a little tough or overcooked) - Shrimp pasta (9/10 was also on the rich side and left a good amount of grease in the box once done) Prices: great prices for larger portions. Overall: I would say this experience was a 10/10 on the first try, just needing some minor food adjustments. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back! read more

Well, well, well just want to say Brandon was great. His service was on time. His personality is cool and the ambience was fantastic. The music is great too. Great food and service all around. read more

Really great food and the servers were all very sweet! Restaurant wasn't too busy and they do AYCE seafood boil which was great. We got the customer's favorite, which is all of the seasoning mixed together. The only reason why this is getting 4 stars is because although we got the snow crab cluster, it seemed like the meat was salty? Not sure if the salt water made it into the crab, but even without any sauce it tasted like the crab meat was dipped in water. Otherwise, my mom and I went absolutely CRAZY on the mussels and shrimp. Hope they can fix that issue on the crab, will definitely bring this up to 5 stars if they do! read more

The quality of food wasn't to my expectation I had to pay extra for crab legs. The sauce was not what I expected. I just won't be going back. read more

This was the worse food I ever had and trust me I've have had worse the crab was super salty like how is that even possible and then the shrimp was definitely not divine so you had to do it yourself after fight with the shell because it was over cooked the quail eggs tasted so bad I was like oh no they not supposed to taste like that the potato were cold and it was an over all mess then still got was told that I had to pay half the bill I ate 2 shrimps and 1 1/2 salty crab l I don't recommend coming here I knew their was a reason I walked out of here the last time time I was here save your money go somewhere anywhere else read more

If I could give this place a negative zero I would. First off the waiters here are rude and not helpful. The taste of the food wasn't great. You have to make sure you know what you're paying for when coming here with the large group of friends. It's better to order by a pound then all you can eat unless your a big eater. Fries trash! The sauce wasn't good. The seafood taste like it was fresh out the sea. read more

The food was good, I got the all in flavor, captain combo for $45. It comes with a half a pound of shrimp, 1 snow crab cluster, 1lobster tail, 1 corn, sausages and potatoes. Not bad at all. It was my first time here and I'm definitely coming back. Just don't get cute to come eat because you are going to get messy lol. Enjoy read more

Food was good If you are really in dire need of a seafood boil but not the best selection of market seafood. Lobster was very gamey and shrimp was a bit mushy . Sauce is pretty good and a generous amount. As far as the service . Absolutely not great one bit . Our server was no where to be found after the food was brought . Nobody came to check on me and my husband and we ordered a decent amount of food . It seems like the staff is present waking around doing other miscellaneous things than check on tables which is strange . This place should really have a time limit for eating and openings of tables . It was quite a few tables we noticed that had guests just kind of hanging out for the music and television after their meal and finished tab which was confusing as if the restaurant isn't small already almost overstaying their welcome . read more

No thank you, no thank you, no thank you.. I wanted it to be good but it's not.. Crab was small and over cooked, sausage taste watery, potato had something growing out of it.. oh hell no.. the best think was the headless shrimp and the fries.. And while we are sitting here waiting on the check, it smells like sewerage, no sir it's not your trash, something is wrong with the water system. But I will say the server G was great very polite and attentive.. but crab spice needs do better...Will not return read more

Absolutely delicious shrimp. I got the All In sauce with the Assassin spicy level, along with Qual Eggs and Sausage. The sauce was the perfect blend of flavor and heat. The service was so great! read more

This place was soooo good! The servers are nice you're greeted almost immediately, they explain everything to you from the one serving bags to the all you can eat. 1st time here at Carson location. Seafood are fresh, ambience is great, clean smelling area and the service is phenomenal. Michelle is awesome! Whoot whoot! Will for sure come back. Definitely come hungry and do their AYCE. A must! read more

The food was great. It did come out rlly hot nd burned my tongue a few times but worth it. The ambiance is a bit loud. I mean its cool gives tht bar vibe. I just wish there was a bigger drink menu maybe some cocktails aside from the beat boxes. However the service could use some work. Our server was okay. She didnt come around too often but we were fine. What did bother me is some girl named alissa or aisha or something. Short skinny. Brown hair and roundish glasses. It was 8:50 nd i got up from my seat and went to wash my hands and use the restroom. I understand you want to go home however if there are PAYING customers you cant stop someone and say "THE RESTROOM IS CLOSED". Like what? Im pregnant and need the bathroom quite often and that was extremely rude. We hadnt even paid our tab yet and my hands were obviously filthy. I needed to use the bathroom and was told i couldnt. She then left and said bye to her coworkers. Mind you it wasnt even 9 yet. The restaurant closes at 9. Why couldnt i use the bathroom? Also before we left we had to ask them if we could pay our bill all the employees were so busy and rushing to get home my husband almost slipped on the wet floor bc Ethan was mopping the floor while we were still eating . Again i understand you want to go home but dont tell us "its okay take ur time" then basically rush us out. Also. Denying the restroom to a pregnant woman is crazy. Whats insane is i was originally going to leave a great review however the service ruined it so thank you aisha or alissa or whatever ur name is. read more
