Bought new Michelin tires last year. One of them has a slow leak. Brought it in for them to check, they could not find a leak. They did find a nail in another tire, and fixed it, for which I am grateful. While waiting for tire shop, went shopping. Found Tuscan melons, rotiss chicken, spareribs, and some fine looking tri tip, and a dozen beautiful croissants. Time will tell about slow leak. Tuscan melon, had a slice for breakfast with a croissant..... excellent! read more

Tuesday afternoon, I waddle on into grab 4 cases of water and light shopping. I am at my final weeks of Pregnancy so I am a Penguin! As I am done, walking out I forgot to ask for help. Heaven sent, an Angel "JACK" and he walked me and my toddler to my car and unloaded my 4 cases of water and shopping. Truly grateful for this, I offered couple bucks for coffee/food and he didn't accept. Thank you so much Jack, Tis the season! read more

It's Costco. You know what you are getting at Costco. Generally, large packages of quality stuff that you need at great prices. We do a lot of grocery shopping here, plus clothing when needed, as well as personal care items (e.g. shampoo). This is often the first place we go, and anything we can't get here we will then go to a grocery store. And if you need other stuff, from appliances to tires to vacations, you can get that here too. read more

My last experience still is with me: You are only as good as the last moment and Cary in his red vest did not give the time to this member. He was trying to figure out why the lines were all backed. He said "we do not carry that item". When asked when it's coming in "it's deleted". If you are going to we're a red vest I expect you can handel more than one thing at a time. But today: 7am: A line for seniors around the building for opening at 8 am Better signage (we could not find white signage that one employee said go to back of building and look for the white signs) or better yet employees in stead of three standing and chit chatting; be directing were the line starts read more

Love Costco pizza, however, the ball was dropped today! We had plans at 5:00 today. I called and let them know I needed a pepperoni and a cheese pizza and I was told to just walk in and get them. Got there and paid for my two pizzas. We were given the pepperoni right then and told the cheese would be a couple of minutes. Finally, 20 minutes later, we got it. I had them swap the pepperoni out for a fresher one! And, we're 15 minutes late! Please get organized! read more

Costco Optical's Destiny deserves a HUGE shout out. She us the epitome customer service, she was super helpful, she listened to what I was looking for and went above and beyond to find the perfect 2 pairs of glasses. She was fun and honest as these glasses are going to be on my face for the next year! Thank you so much Destiny. Oh and although not Geicko (value) I SAVED A TON OF MONEY. Great job THANK YOU doesn't seem to say enough!! read more

This is my go to Costco and is also the closest for me in Gilbert. It's right next to the mall so the store is usually busy, even on weekdays and there is also always a line for gas. However you can get in and out of there quickly compared to others I've been to. The store is always clean and has a good selection of things. They are always adding things from week to week and for things I consume a lot it's always worth it to buy bulk. read more

Costco is like a dialed machine or everything works right pretty much all the time. The best thing is eating their samples because it leads you to find new items that they have and that you love. I always spend more than I plan but I am always satisfied and happy. If not they will always take care of you. read more

I'm sure everyone knows how amazing Costco's food court is, from pricing of half the menu (the other half isn't so wow in value, but there's just enough at wow values to keep them up there. This review particularly addresses the amazing choreography of the Super Bowl pizza staff. We ordered one (not 10 or 20 to warrant "special" treatment) special pizza a couple days ago for 4:30 pickup, not realizing that was when the game started. For some reason I thought 4:30 was an hour into the game. Ok, wrong tine zone, they keep announcing 3:30 PST (oops, not MST.) Anyway, our pizza was right on time, maybe even a few minutes early. And the pizza itself was fabulous...nice doughy crust, lots of cheese and our special order toppings (some of the same toppings as used in their combo pizza.) it was so yummy, I wouldn't bother cooking up my own, fresh or frozen processed. P.S. I am not a big pizza fan but half the time, I am tempted when I see how perfect those slices look from this side of the partition. BTW, seeing the empty pallets of pizza boxes, I'd surmise they sold hundreds, maybe even 1000 ? pies today. Kudos to the Market Street pizza team ! read more

We went to Costco to buy a lot of things. This Costco location looked clean and not too busy when we went but I'm sure it would be very busy during the weekends. This was our go-to location and would come here anytime we needed to restock on food or household items. The staff here were nice and friendly. The food court was quick and we were on our way out. We will definitely be back in the future to this location. read more

Costco Optical I have been purchasing glasses for a few years hoping that Costco optical will get better. It never has up till 2020. I get progressive glasses and with-in 4 month the coating starts to peel off i have to purchase new glasses out of pocket. Its ridiculous, don't have these problems with Walmart's glasses at all or any other optical store. I'm done with Costco, I clean them only with lens cleaner, use a Costco cleaning cloth. So they are a waste of money. Just be careful when buying glasses prescription, mine are porgressive lens. Their coating is very superficial not put on well at all. read more

I took my car into the Tire Center to have my tires changed. My car has never been ANYWHERE other than the dealer, but tires at Costco were about $ 150.00 cheaper so I took the chance. WHAT A MISTAKE. I had an appointment time and told that It would be about an hour, no biggie. I waited 3 hours. I finally got the call my car was ready, when I got to the desk they apologized for the long wait and said that the machine that pulls the tires off the rim was broken and that is why it took so long, he gave me my key and sent me on my way. I drove 8 minutes home and when I got there, I thought I should take a look at my new tires. I was pretty shocked The tire shop scratched EVERY one of my black rims. I immediately got back in my car and drove right back. I talked to the manager (after I waited for him to finish his lunch break), Prior to the manager coming out another worker that was at the desk had me bring my car around he took a dirty rag, put something on this dirty rag and started "cleaning" my rims, he rubbed dirt in all of the scuffs. The manager finally made it out, took photos and then put in a claim. I got a call from the claims department a week or so later, she told me that she was going to go back to the shop and get the evidence and be back in touch with me. So Costco did their own investigation, looked at that pictures that the manager took, did bother to ask me what had happened or ask for my photos and today I got the call that they are not willing to pay for repairs to my rims. I will never buy tires from Costco again. I am taking my car into the dealership to have my rims repaired at my own expense, so much for saving money going to Costco. Never again Costco Never again. read more

I never come out of Costco empty handed! Now that does come with a price which is usually always north of $100 however, Costcos return policy and selection of items is unmatched (only next to Nordstrom) Their rotisserie chicken is always flavorful, plentiful and less than $8 for a huge chicken. I love getting my king crab legs and lobster tails from them whenever I'm in the mood for seafood. You can't beat their price. I think my all time favorite item in Costco is their Charisma towels and sheets! If you haven't gotten some you are missing out on luxury on the cheap. My brother came to my house and asked me where I got my towels from.... Lol. I'm telling you get you a few sets you'll thank me later. I have a few staples that I love to get from there which of course turns into many items cause there's always something random that I had no business buying but I do.... Like a crystal floor lamp that I didn't know I needed until I saw it. read more

In general, we love Costco. But lately the quality of their beef has been inconsistent at best. We have tried both choice and prime and not been very pleased with the quality - chewy, lots of grizzle. I decided to reach out to let them know. It was not encouraging. The the chat rep could barely speak english. Example: "Christopher P. When an issue you take the item back in store on if wanting a refund needing the item brought back in store, other then this I would advise quality issue of this item." Huh? I asked if they were having any issues with their beef supplier. He indicated no. So, I think we are going to use our local butchers from now on. Sorry Costco, your beef in not good enough quality anymore. read more

Went to purchase one of the cameras shown on the left of the photos. At the register the camera rang up OVER $300.00. $339.99 to be exact. I explained the price listed was different, I walked back to the section and took a photo showing the one and only price tag that states the brand of cameras and price. I was told Costco made a mistake and forgot to place an ADDITIONAL price tag with $339.99 for the cameras I selected. After admitting the mistake and confirming that I fact was the price was listed for the cameras, I was told he can only discount them $50. Which is still no where near the listed price. I am a regular Costco shopper and have never been treated the way I was treated by Costco managers today. I was told I need to be checking "item numbers" and "skew numbers" when shopping. We pay to shop there, not pay to do their job and make sure item price tags match the displays while shopping. It was a huge price difference and even after admitting their vault with much attitude refused to sell one at the listed price. Ppl Might was to consider Sam's club rather than Costco. I do not recommend shopping at Costco if we have to take the time to investigate every price tags item number. Costco is a large franchise and it's really disappointing that after making a mistake wouldn't honor their ADVERTISED price. read more

Ehm it's a Costco. Expect all the normal things: madness to find a decent parking spot, endless crowds, long waiting lines to checkout, organized chaos with the products and so on. I went mid-week late in the afternoon (4'ish) and the place was packed. The Christmas items are already up and take up most of the store's center area- and the aisles through this area are small and always jammed up. I was visiting the store to hunt for a decent patio umbrella. Unfortunately, that is considered a seasonal item (in AZ) and the long sleeve winter jackets or 12 foot Christmas trees now stood in place where the summer items once were. Bummer. There are, of course, some good deals to be found. I saw large cases of bottled drinking water for $3 and there was an actual line to grab the max 2 cases. For water. The sample stations were in full swing and remain super popular- even in this time of Covid. Speaking of which, I did see that nearly everyone was wearing a mask which helps with the crowds I suppose. Asked a clerk for help finding something and they were friendly although not super helpful- got me lost in another part of the building looking for something I never found. Heh. Store was clean, food center up front looked busy and smelled good as I walked by heading to the exit. Oh, those shopping carts are massive and can be tricky maneuvering some of the tighter spaces in the store- and people are like Mad Max pushing theirs around. read more

We rely on Costco for staples but for perishables such as fruits and meats. Buyer beware on such things as bananas and tomatoes, especially they to too cheap. My bananas and tomatoes end up in thrash. As for their meat, the common grades are prime, choice and select. But most people don't realize there are sub-variants to all three classes. Choice +plus and choice- and so on. I buy my beef and pork (NOT GRADED) from a stand alone butcher where can be assured of getting +plus grades. read more

Hiring staff is a joke. They say they are hiring for a part time position in warehouse, but being available 9am to 6pm (9 hours) is not enough? And on top of that laughing at an interviewee's current pay and telling them to ask for a raise? Completely unprofessional and rude. read more

The fuel prices are always higher than every other Costco in the valley. I also have never had an issue with a check engine light until fueling at this location. I want to thank you for keeping rude people who don't care enough about others to wear a mask out. For those saying a mask doesn't block everything so why wear one, it's because it blocks most. So each of us inhaling gets less than we would have and studies show catching covid-19 is definitely related to how many virus particles are inhaled. It is spread by people who may not know they have it. Thank you for protecting the old and vulnerable! read more

Terrible customer service. The woman that works at the self checkout is straight rude. Then exiting the people checking receipts cannot count or know how to read a receipt. This poor woman with her daughter was getting accused of having things in her cart that weren't on the receipt... line backed up all the way back to self checkout and low and behold after they made this poor woman unload everything from her cart SHOCKER everything was accounted for. If you are going to accuse someone of stealing in front of their child make sure you know how to read and count. Worth driving to another Costco to get treated at least kindly. read more

My wife and daughter bypassed the line to leave because it was moving slow as usual. My 17 year old daughter had a purchase receipt ripped from her hand aggressively and was threatened by a Costco employee that her membership would be revoked. Removing the receipt in this manner is assault. The lady was so nasty my daughter felt intimidated and unsafe. Needless to say I called to complain. The manager working had no clue what had occurred days after my wife reported the incident. My wife was told that they would escalate this and handle it. Obviously this never occurred because when I called the Manager had no clue. As you can imagine the manager told me the same thing. We will handle this and make it right. Nothing was done. They claim to be a stand up company. Pride themselves on striving to be the best. Yet don't see how wrong it is to touch a minor while ripping a receipt from her hand. This couldn't be further from the truth. I will never step foot in Costco again I'm not going to support a company with such poor ethics. read more

Most Costco's are about the same, but this one in particular has some of the rudest customer service from the people working the self checkout lanes. I've given this location multiple chances, but I'm going to now drive an extra few miles to a different location moving forward. read more

The thing with this particular Costco is that, well, it's absolutely slammed most times. They do everything they can to to accommodate shoppers but it's the shoppers that's the issue. This means I'm part of the problem. I'll try to go in without a cart every time but you. Know how that goes, you go in for one thing and you walk out with $222 worth of goods. Otherwise, shop here at night before they close. Any other time come with a ton of patience and understanding. You'll find that if you like something it will not be around long and you'll be left to shop at Costco online...unless it's chicken and Starbucks. read more

My mom went to get her tires rotated and after it was done I dropped her off to get her car. She calls me to chat since they didn't know where they parked it. My poor mom had to walk up and down rows of cars to find it, she doesnt have an alarm system to set off like others. They said unfortunately they have to park where there's available spaces but couldn't tell her where they parked it. She asks, "so i have to walk up-and-down rows of cars to try to find it?" And the guy responded with a "yes" they didn't offer to help or anything either... that's kinda sad. Pretty disappointed in Costco in that department. This location is always busy and it was particularly busy last Friday 12/31/21 (as expected for New Year's Eve). I had to leave a review after my experience that day though. It was rainy, busy and full of shoppers who were in a rush! The crew that was gathering carts was working very hard in the rain to keep up with the demand of the carts needed for ongoing customers. When I went to return my cart to the cart stall, there was a worker there gathering carts in the rain with only a thin plastic poncho to keep her dry. It may seem like no big deal, as that is the job she was hired to do, but what struck me most was what followed. As I walked away, she said, " Thank you and Happy New Year." with a big smile. That isn't something I experience very often these days, at any store. I thanked her and was so impressed that I went to my car and grabbed some cash to tip her. When I went back to give her the cash and tell her how impressed I was with her kind attitude and customer service, she said, "Oh thank you so much but I can't accept that." I insisted repeatedly and she said, "No really, I am just doing my job and I really appreciate it, but we don't accept tips, so thank you anyway." I don't know much about how things work at Costco now a days, but my husband worked there years ago he started off as a seasonal employee in carts. I imagine that this employee might be seasonal as well, based on her duties. Seasonal or not, I felt that she needed recognition for not only doing her job, but doing with a smile and kindly denying any compensation for serving with a smile! I remember her name because I looked at her name tag while trying to give her cash and she spelled it in a unique way. Her name is Dyana and she was a New Years gem that day. Thank you Dyana for being that breath of customer service fresh air (in the middle of rain). I needed it that day.
