On Nov 6th, they had their annual holiday night out. The first 100 guests were treated to a free ice cream topped churro and dirty sodas from food trucks outside the back of the store. The only issue I have with the stores in general is the very small aisle room which leaves customers trying to shimmy around each other or dodging each other while also trying not to bump into anything fragile in the process. I was and am generally always happy with the prices as well, they're reasonable and much less than other stores. My Halloween hunt continues and this time of year always brings me joy and excitement.

The 800 number was only able to tell me I had to wait another 48hrs to reschedule. We went in store to find out if we could get a bed frame asap. We worked closely with Lisa, Nick and David. Lisa walked us through all of our options as far as current order or a new bed frame. They made efforts to resolve our online order and see what the barrier was. Though we ended up buying a new bed frame that was delivered next day! The bed frame is beautifully and fits nicely in our room. I so appreciate the staff that helped us arrange this with all of the requests i had. They were able to comp us for delivery fee due to inconvenience and cancel our original order. The customer service went above and beyond!
