I made a second trip to Standard last week, and Ian was not there, so the warehouse manager told me he would give my name and phone to Ian on Monday. Today (Tuesday) I went to the store and was told that he would be out of the warehouse shortly. I waited more than 20 minutes no Ian. It has been obvious that he misled me initially about the castors and now has avoided me by phone and in person four times. The store appears to be in trouble with about 20% of its inventory missing, only about half of the products have pricing and the store is basically a mess and not clean. For those who want to look before they leap, at least compare pricing as I will at Economy Restaurant in Tucson or other competitors. Standard Restaurant Supply has less than standard customer service when they won't return calls or honor a stated 'deal'.

I called to rent some coolers when we were in the worst spot, (covid 19)Scott and the team helped us tremendously by delivering some extra coolers to hold our food as we were going to open a corner store for grocery items.
