The staff was friendly. They did have a little trouble making a copy of the page I brought in since it was on colored paper. I settled for a copy with a little bit of a dark background just because I didn't have too much time, but they were willing to keep trying to get a better copy. The lamination was $3.50/page and 50 cents for the black and white copy.

entitled, arrogant, and most of all unhelpful…read more I came in needing 2 pages printed from a thumb drive for tax purposes. When the staff member finally sashayed to the counter, there was not a smile, not a hello, nothing. I asked if they could print these 2 pages for me and the response was "we don't normally do that. We do large print jobs". I don't know if she thought about maybe making an exception that would cost her two minutes, but if she did, she didn't offer it. I left frustrated and felt dehumanized. To quote my arrogant server, I don't normally do this, but I am going to provide an additional review at no cost to Skyline by praising a company 2 miles away that not only printed my pages but refused to take any money. I am not sure, but I suspect Duck Press Media Solutions normally does large print jobs but did not hesitate to help me. I suggest for jobs large and small, that you go to Duck Press. PS I see the business owner boasts "no job too small". Might want to let your staff know this. and to the business owner with a quick response...nice job making excuses for training staff to be as arrogant as you obviously are, and apologizing for the way I felt rather than the way I was treated but you deserve this bad review big time. And don't tell me what I should be buying like you understand my situation in the slightest. You buy a printer. I got my pages printed by Duck Press. Disgraceful. Ever heard of being a good neighbor? Or sorry that's Duck Press not you. "From business cards to books we print anything on paper! No job too small. " Seems pretty clear that you should have printed my request onto paper, right?
