Our Law Office found this shredding company after many calls to others to get our service replaced with a different company and they never returned our calls. A.D.D was our first response of all the shredding companies we emailed and called. Sharon O'hara did an amazing job in helping our office. We needed 2 services binds for 2 different companies in the office and she made this process super easy for us. Our first pick up went smoothly and the driver was nice and polite and didn't make much noise moving the docs to the locked trash can which is a plus. our office is a very quiet office. We had to do an emergency pick up this pass month because our bin was super full and we got same day service pick up! we were not expecting that. we thought I would of been the next day or in a couple of days. I live in Pima County just outside Tucson city limits. I contacted Monique Cordier at Assured Document Destruction when I searching for shredding service. My initial contact wad to obtain cost and schedule information. She was very professional and patient in answering my questions. She also provided excellent follow up via email. I felt extremely well accommodated particularly given that I am at the eastern edge of their Tucson service area. She went the extra mile in allow g me to request a morning or afternoon pickup to allow me to make other obligations. The day of service call from Bob, the Assured Doc Destruction Driver/Technician was on and helpful. Bob's on-site demeanor and service was professional, helpful, and considerate. He made a special effort to bring his bin up my driveway to pick up last minute papers. Very satisfying service as it was on time and fast, while not being overbearing with trying to force getting to next job site. I will try to organize shredding party with neighbors next time. We had a wonderful experience. At the very beginning we were very ambiguous about when we needed shredding. They followed up appropriately from the time we began to the time we were ready for them to do our shredding. Assured documents destruction is a safe, efficient and cost effective way to handle all of our financial and confidential documents. We recently had their truck come to our home to clean up several years of old files, records, financial documents, etc that were accumulating in boxes and taking up space in our garage. Setting up an appointment was really easy and the follow up was great. The on site service was exceptional. I am giving away the large shredding machine that has also been taking up space in our garage. It is much easier and cost efficient to simply call Assured Document Destruction. I had a positive experience with ADD. I backed in and parked my car directly in front of the building. I was met by staff. They rolled out a large bin for my docs. and I loaded them into it. The cost was $10 / banker's box. This is competitive and a good value. I compared costs with Pak Mail and UPS Store who charge by weight vs. volume. Volume (banker's box) is the way to go, as paper docs. are fairly heavy. Based on this and other factors, I selected ADD. I had approx. 7 boxes of docs. in file folders. I recommend ADD for this service. read more

We had been using a "very well known" shredding service however, they missed out last appointment and when they did come out it was quite costly.
