My son is a sophomore at U of A and I found Cleaning Spree via Yelp. Wow, did I make the best choice hiring Miley and her crew! Everyone showed up on time (which is important during finals timeframe) Cleaning Spree was so kind and professional and did such an AMAZING job our son called us to thank us profusely for hiring Cleaning Spree! Any parent who just wants a clean apartment, dorm, fraternity house, or rental house in Tucson, AZ, I highly recommend Miley and her company Cleaning Spree. I've never met her - but I know, based on my son's call of thanks - we'll be using Cleaning Spree for the next couple of years - and so should you. Thank you so much Miley, we appreciate you and your cleaning crew! (Now my son can just concentrate on finals) read more

I would like to add a positive update to the previous post! The owner of cleaning spree has fantastic customer service. She did follow through with replacing the oven handle. She did in fact, lose her phone and was unable to communicate that fact. She even went as far as bringing the handle a good 35-40 minutes to me, which was greatly appreciated! After understanding all the sequence of details, I would highly recommend cleaning spree for good work, amazing customer service and follow through. read more

Wow wow wow! I cannot say enough good things. They were able to work with my schedule & my place looks amazing! I can't believe how great everything turned out, especially for the price! I didn't get any before pictures so I didn't take after pictures, but this cute little sticker on the toilet paper made my day. Will never use anyone else! read more

I needed a last-minute move out cleaning and they did an amazing job without over charging. They were able to work around my schedule, and the movers and still get everything needed. The place is spotless and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a reoccurring cleaning, or a move out or move-in cleaning. It's a shame that other people are rating them one star, look past those and look at the people praising them because they're truly worth it. Thank you again. read more

I requested a quote, because like the people that comment on this site and gave a bad review. I'm not stupid and in my younger days I worked as a Medical Assistant until I retired. I also had a cleaning service on the side, but I did not want to do that full time. Was nice for the extra money. Anyway the quote that I got for a Standard cleaning, Was ridiculously high She is charging $300 for standard clean and $375 for a deep Clean. When I moved to Arizona I researched the base pay for independent cleaners because now that I'm retired I might want to open up my own cleaning service, unfortunately health issues prevented me from doing so, but in my research to know how much to charge the base pay it's 30 dollars up to $50 an hour which $50 an hour is pushing it. So I do agree with the people that did a bad review they are scamming people and I don't go for that. Especially in this area you have a lot of retirees a lot of older people that have a fixed income or depend on their Social Security or pension and then you have someone like Cleaning Spree coming in and trying to scam you for more money that is not correct. Someone needs to audit this company. Another company that scams people is iClean Housekeeping, the BBB need to stop these people so they can stop Scamming . read more

I got my first deep clean today and believe me when I say my house needed it. With 2 kids and a dog and three cats and another cleaning company who did a Meh job-- our house was a wreck. I have hired other companies in the past that ran away with hair on fire after checking out the chaos but these guys did not. They were here from about 9am until 2:45 and gave the house a good thorough cleaning. They did all I asked and more. This is a family business and they do quality work and are super dependable. I highly suggest if you want your house to be less dirty and chaotic-- give them a call! read more

The people that wanted to work stated they were not allowed to come to my home to give an estimate of time it would take to clean my house. I would be a fool to allow someone to work for me without knowing the cost. If it was possible to give NO stars, I would gladly do that. read more
