Due to life and work conditions I wasn't able to check on the apartment until about a week later. There was almost no difference before and after! I paid $360 for them to clean, and showed the cleaner what exactly needed done. I was told no problem, and they were there for near 8 hours. When I tried to contact them, zero communication with management was allowed as they were "too busy", I sent pictures and talked several times with a scheduling rep who told me they were "investigating". He even tried to plead the company as veteran owned, as if that affects the quality of service and customer support (which even more of a joke as I am myself a veteran). The scheduling rep was continually changing what their so called policy is for refunds, even though the only thing on the website is "200% guaranteed" promising a refund. Walls, floors, windows, kitchen, bedrooms were all not cleaned. They said spent two hours on the bathroom and they looked as if maybe an hour total was done of work. Eventually I had to rush and spend more money to clean it myself before the end of my lease. I was told I could maybe receive a partial refund, and then radio silence. Completely joke of a company. Don't give them your business, they'll stiff you.

When I went to check on the unit, the cabinets and bathroom vanity had construction dust on them, the living room fan wasn't cleaned, I had to spend quite some time getting them cleaned and finally rent ready. I talked to the customer service, they claimed that they had cleaned the windows. Fine, the windows were cleaned really well, but 4 hours for cleaning 5 windows...? In the end they were nice enough to refund $75, but I was still quite disappointed at their service and the amount I was billed.
