We had Closet Trends install a Murphy Bed in our home in Nov 2015. The latch holding the folding…read moretable was weak and the table would crash down and hit the floor every time we opened the bed. This eventually ripped out the hinge holding the table in place. I called the company for a repair. In Dec 2025 a team came out twice and replaced the hinge as well as installed new and far more robust locks to keep the table from separating from the bed frame. THERE WAS NO CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE AND I WAS INFORMED THIS WAS WARRANTY WORK. TEN YEARS AFTER THE INITIAL INSTALL!!!! Great customer service.

I got several messages about the project, but Matt Neel was the only one who followed through on every step of the bid, and he wasn't weird about it. He didn't pressure me to accept the bid before I was ready, like one of the other businesses did. And on top of everything else, the bid he gave me was the most reasonable in terms of price! As far as his work goes, it's excellent! My table looks beautiful. The repairs aren't noticeable at all. He also strengthened the table legs so that they would be less likely to break in the future. I'm so pleased. The one possible caveat I would issue is that working with Matt required a bit of patience. He is busy and takes on new projects as he has time. There was also a health issue that set back the date at which he could return my table. This wasn't a problem for me; I understand that things come up sometimes, and given how reasonable his rates are, it seemed only fair to me to be flexible when he said he needed more time. If you also can be flexible about time, I think Matt is the best guy to hire for your project.

When we decided to remodel our current home, which was a much larger project, we knew we wanted to get an estimate from Johnnie at BP. We ultimately went with them and are glad we did. Jillian coordinated purchases for our project, and Jesse was our project manager. Walls, ceilings, electric, plumbing, and doors moved. Tile was replaced, new cabinets and lighting installed. The work was again completed on time and within approved budget. We really are pleased with how our house looks and how functional it is, and we've recommended BP Remodeling to friends. One is in the midst of their project now. We hope we are done with remodeling homes, but we would not hesitate to use BP again based on our experience.
