We've used HomeHappy for years and are very pleased with their service. Coleen is always quick to reach out/communicate and Amber does a great job of cleaning for us!! Thank you!! read more

What a great service...a nice woman arrived exactly on time and moved systematically through my 3000 sq. ft. home, fully contained with her own cleaning supplies and equipment. She was so quiet, but cheerful, as well. She went from room to room leaving everything clean and orderly and was finished in less time that I budgeted for. I am impressed! read more

We've used HomeHappy for both focal deep cleans in the past and more recently have started a biweekly cleaning service through them. Colleen has always been great with communication and customer service. Nicole is also very helpful and everyone is easy to work with via text. We chose them partly because of the more health-conscious and environmental conscious products they use. But really, the professionalism has also been fantastic. Samantha is the person who does our biweekly cleaning and we couldn't be happier. She's very thorough and good, but also very professional and kind. Consider requesting her. Very happy with HomeHappy. read more

Love them! The owner Colleen has been accommodating any time we've had to reschedule. Always get reminders. Good communication. Hayley is the best - she is always kind, accommodating, and does a great job! I have had to leave the house a couple of times while she is cleaning and I can always trust her!! Our house is cluttered in some places and we have a toddler and she's so good at working around all of that and we're so appreciative! read more

I've been using Home Happy for about a year and a half. Coleen is attentive to feedback on the cleaners assigned so I have people who work well with me. I also like it that when we travel we can cancel our days and she finds other work for the regular cleaners but keeps our schedule intact when we return. In exchange, I have accommodated occasional schedule changes they have needed. Communication is good and I like the texts about arrival times. Alexis is wonderful - diligent, professional and pleasant. read more

OK, now that we're several months into using HomeHappy for twice-a-month cleaning, I feel confident recommending them. All positive, nothing neutral or bad, a good business all around so far. read more

I've been thrilled with my visits by Lynette and Shawndon. They are a great team - incredibly thorough, fast and very pleasant. I'm delighted to have a housekeeping service again and have nothing but good things to say. I get an email reminder from Colleen the Owner and she's veryaccommodating. I definitely recommend this company! Chanel is a gem. She takes care of everything while I'm working. Hope to have her again. read more

We are so glad we decide to try HomeHappy. We have used others and it was ok, HomeHappy is worth the 5 stars we gave them.

I like to support a local business for my cleaning needs and Home Happy is great with communication and I don't have to go through a corporate office. Mariah is a great cleaner, reliable and easy to work with. read more

They must not come to the Sahauriata/green valley area because I called and asked for a call back and a week has gone by and not a word. I would have expected a call back stating they don't service this area but nothing. read more

Such pleasant and efficient way to set up this service and excellent work by Linette! Thank you for accommodating my special requests and I look forward to the next visit. My husband commented that our bathtub did not look this good when it was installed! I highly recommend HomeHappy Cleaning Service. read more

This post is from my wife, as Yelp deleted it from her account: We've been using Homehappy for about 9 months now, and we have been completely satisfied. They are thorough, on time, and they listen to our specific requests when they come. Lizette in particular did a great job for us. It's always clean when they're done, but floors and counters were super clean and shiny, and she was so quick I had extra time in the day to do some things around the house. read more

Lynnette arrived scheduled and did a fabulous job cleaning. She is very thorough. Colleen came over as well and reviewed the work done. Would highly recommend this company read more

Coleen and her team could not have done a better job in my home. As I was looking through potential companies, this one stood out not only because they use safe cleaning agents (I have small children and animals) but primarily because it already had stellar reviews. I was surprised to see as I read that only a few reviews were "recommended" by Yelp, but upon reading the hidden reviews I discovered that even those were positive. Coleen was able to schedule me on fairly short notice, shortly after Christmas which I was so grateful for. Her team arrived promptly, while I left with the kids and dogs (the makers of filth) they set to work. I would like to take a moment to describe my home. Although we keep it neat and pretty clutter free, the dust is a never ending battle. We have an all dirt yard, with 2 large dogs and 3 cats that are in and out all day. I have kids that love to play in the mud and come inside. I also foster dogs, and recently had a mother and 7 puppies running in and out of the dog door. This lead to immeasurable amounts of dust and dirt that I felt I could never keep up with. I was hopeful, but not set on the idea that Home Happy cleaning could drastically reduce the amount of dust in my home. What I didn't expect however, was to not find any dust at all when I came home. The team was so thorough, and I could not be more grateful. I received a call about 30 minutes before they were finished, giving me plenty of time to finish the bath I was giving the dogs and head home. My home was sparkling, and I cannot wait to make Coleen and her team a permanent part of our household budget. Home Happy cleaning was very reasonably priced, and even stayed extra while keeping to the original quote. I cannot say enough good things about Home Happy. If you are like me and read all of the reviews of all potential companies before deciding, let me save you some time. Home Happy is the best! read more

Been using HomeHappy Cleaning for about a year now. I've had several cleaners thru them. Lizette is the best. She is always positive and timely and best of all does a fast and thorough job. I always look forward to her coming because I know my home will be sparkling afterwards. read more

First of all I was very happy I could schedule a deep clean on short notice. That was the positive. The reason for the second star. The negative, it was clean but NOT deep cleaned and they completely forgot to do the floors downstairs. Then when they called to check up and I brought up these issues, it became an argument! Seriously, customer service people. I was looking for a monthly cleaner but this will not be it. read more

Coleen and her crew are excellent. We got a great cleaning job at a reasonable price and they were sensitive to our Covid conscious needs.

We now live in Tucson and have yet to find a cleaner like Coleen and her team (we have been through 4 ). I have been able to refer her to friends that I still stay in contact with in Auburn, and they definitely love me for it. So even though my house doesn't look great, theirs can. read more

My husband and I recently moved to Tucson and have been looking for a reliable cleaning service. We are so thankful we found HomeHappy. Samantha arrived as scheduled and quickly got to work. She was incredibly thorough and did a great job cleaning our home from ceiling fans to floors. She was even able to get out a stain on our oven that we have had since we moved in. My husband and I are so impressed by how clean our home looks and feel. Prices were fair and Coleen was able to accommodate our schedule on very short notice. read more

I am writing an honest and glowing review of Shawndon and Coleen at HomeHappy Cleaning Service. I work hard, but am generally a messy person. I recently tried another cleaner that was not HomeHappy Cleaning and it was not so good. She changed the appointment time three times, including on the day of the cleaning. It was very disruptive. She also came a bit late. A nice woman, but not what I wanted. When it was done, my entire apartment had a strange smell, perhaps from dirty cleaning materials. I am not sure. She also did not bring all of the cleaning materials and did not vacuum the carpet, which was important to me. Now, on to, HomeHappy Cleaning. I went on Yelp and looked for cleaners with positive feedback and good reviews. I have found that good reviews are the best indicator of a good service. HomeHappy cleaning had the most positive reviews (they had all five stars) and a lot of them. So, I decided to give them a try. I am very glad I did. After I called HomeHappy Cleaning and left my number, Coleen (the owner-operator) texted me back immediately to let me know that she was driving and would call me back in a few minutes. She actually returned my call in two minutes, which was very nice. She must have pulled over to call me. I told her what I wanted and she gave me a very fair rate, for the deep cleaning I needed. She then followed up with an email describing the exact services I would be receiving. She also agreed to have the cleaning the next day so that I did not have to wait for my place to be cleaned. She was very positive and professional. Shawdon texted me about 20 minutes before the start time and let me know that he was on his way, which was nice. He arrived at my apartment precisely on time. He had all of the cleaning materials. He did a walk through in my apartment and went over what I needed. Like Coleen, he was very positive and such a professional. He then began the work immediately. He cleaned everything deeply and perfectly. I was so delighted. Really. It was the best, most thorough cleaning I have ever had. I mean spotless, and my place was sort of a disaster prior to his cleaning it. He was also polite and unobtrusive, as I was working on the computer during most of the cleaning. Coleen then checked on me the next day to see if I was totally satisfied. Of course, I was more than satisfied. I have used home cleaning services for quite a while over my lifetime. HomeHappy Cleaning is by far the best I have ever had from several perspectives. Actually, I will only use them in the future. A clean apartment is critical for my sense of well-being and productivity. I have found the best cleaning service in Tucson, and am very grateful and relieved for it. I recommend HomeHappy Cleaning with no reservations whatsoever. Absolutely. They are wonderful and consummate professionals. If you use them, I am certain you will be delighted and relieved, too. read more

These guys never show up for appointed time. Never call to reschedule or apologize for not showing up. not well run company

I requested a deep clean several weeks before needing them. Before I get into what went wrong, the cleaning itself was spot on from the baseboards to the ceiling fans so I have no complaints about the actual cleaning itself My issue is with how the day was handled. I have 4 golden retrievers who were at the groomers/day care from about 8-3. I purposely scheduled this way so they would not be cooped up and the cleaners would be able to move freely. I received a text or email the day prior stating they had a call off and could I be flexible and let them start at 11am. The issue was the dogs so I was firm with the 9am start time. I left for another appointment around 910 and no one had showed up. I called and spoke to Colleen and she said she would get someone over there right away. I went to my dental appt and received a text from my daughter stating whoever was there was rude and complaining about how far we live. OK so #1 don't be rude, customer service is your purpose. #2 really I live too far...shouldn't that have been discussed when the service was requested several weeks ago??? So I get home and Colleen is the only one there to deep clean my 2300sq foot house. Someone else was coming at 1pm. This did not make me happy at all because I had a fairly tight schedule to begin with. She again said to me how far we lived. Again, this should have been known from the first contact as I gave you my address. The next issue was the shower head, which was a very expensive one at over $100 it was a moen rainfall one, that Colleen broke. I did not have time to run to any other place other than ace so the one I bought was $30. She discounted the total cost this $30 but really it was a very expensive on you broke. At least $75 should've been taken off of the total, plus being late and causing issues with me picking up my dogs. I read all of the reviews and just don't know what happened with my service. I know I will never use them again because of this. The did not get to my house until about 1045am, appt at 9am and were there til about 330-400pm, which isn't that long but like I said I was on a tight schedule. Made the whole day terrible. Worst customer service ever. I would think twice about using this service. read more

I am thrilled with the services performed by the HomeHappy Cleaning crew. I called and left a message yesterday. Colleen returned my phone call right away. She was able to get me in next day due to some cancelations. Her crew Gabriella and company were very professional. They were on time and did a wonderful job. They completed the job in less time then quoted. I asked for some specific areas that needed some specific attention. They really delivered. I don't hesitate to recommend this business. My experience with them has been very positive. read more

The cleaners were not as thorough as they should've been. But more importantly, when speaking with the owner, Coleen, she was very rude, dismissive, had no problem interrupting me while I tried to speak and proceeded to hang up on me. Her customer service sucks! read more

Colleen rescheduled our first appointment several times. Not at all professional. Finally, she made an appointment to come to our home 4PM on Tuesday, May 30th. By 5PM she had not shown up. And she hadn't called to say she was running an hour behind. I told her not to bother coming. Lousy way to run a business! By yesterday afternoon I had hired an extremely reliable service. Stay away from Colleen at Happy Home Cleaners! read more

Wow! There aren't enough words to describe how amazing Coleen and her crew are. I've been working long hours and my home was being neglected. I don't usually write reviews but my home was just cleaned by Coleen and her team and I have to say I'm very impressed with their service! I requested a deep clean and they did a wonderful job! I just don't have the time to clean things like blinds and fans and I feel so happy and less stressed that I now have help with those things. I've requested a monthly maintenance clean and am very happy I found an agency that will do a great job! read more

I hired HomeHappy to clean my house because I just couldn't handle working full time as well as trying to keep my house clean. I was a little hesitant to hire someone but I've been very happy with them. They show up on time every time and consistently do a great job. My house looks and feels so clean and I'm a lot less stressed. It is also much more affordable than I had thought! I highly recommend this cleaning company! read more

Coleen and her team are just amazing! I have used her service two times a month for over a year and I don't think I could live without them. They are detailed, reliable, and a pleasure to know. We have had Coleen and her staff clean our house for years. They do a great job, are dependable and trustworthy and very efficient. Coleen has an easy-going style and is very responsive to requests. Her prices are very reasonable too. We have recommended them to family and friends who also have been pleased with their work. Highly recommended. read more

Coleen and crew came to my rescue! On very short notice she was able to fit me in her busy schedule the day before Thanksgiving. I work full time, take care of five acres and livestock, leaving no time for deep cleaning. I have never had the house professionally cleaned, so the challenge I presented her was daunting. Nevertheless, she took on my two bathrooms and kitchen and did an amazing job! She is punctual, has reasonable rates, and knows how to clean! I have looked into other cleaning companies and they don't want anything to do with you if you are not going to be a regular customer and many require a minimum number of hours each visit. They charge higher rates and you don't see the same person every visit. Coleen wants to be of service to her customers and wants them to be happy with her service. I have already shared her business card with my neighbor!! read more

I have been using HomeHappy as my cleaning service for a little over year and have always been impressed by how my home looks! The cleaners are always on time, courteous and friendly. I also really like the natural products they use. Highly recommend! read more

I've been using HomeHappy for about three months now and have been very satisfied with all three of the ladies that have cleaned my house. However, I am especially thrilled with the work of Tiffany. She is extremely thorough and efficient and is happy to do whatever I ask, and she even does things that I have never had a cleaning person just go ahead and do without being asked. Once I told Coleen how much I liked Tiffany, she has gone out of her way to assign her to my job, which I really appreciate. I'm not a very messy person and I'm very picky about the cleanliness of my house, and I can say that I've never been happier with a cleaning service than I am with Coleen, Tiffany and HomeHappy! read more

I just moved from Hoboken, NJ to Tucson, AZ into my boyfriend's house, and I needed the house cleaned before I arrived. I asked for a deep cleaning, along the lines of a move-in cleaning, despite there being furniture and belongings already inside. There was a communication mixup in the beginning, which sent the cleaning team to the house 1 day earlier than my boyfriend was expecting, but the mixup was understandable and nobody's fault, and not likely to happen ever again. Despite that, Coleen kept calm and a great attitude, and managed to find a cleaning crew to come on the day I originally wanted. These guys did a truly phenomenal job. The job took around 11 hours for an 1800 sq. ft. mess of a house. They do offer to cap the cleaning at a certain time or budget, but I asked that they take whatever time necessary to do the full job. I'm going to set up bi-weekly cleanings with this company moving forward. read more

Rip off alert. Happy home cleaners come out twice for a "deep clean' to the tune of 470 dollars. When i booked them i told Colleen that I have cats and dogs so do not send anyone who is allergic. After the 2 expensive cleans i was suppossed to have bi-weekly cleans that were to be between 105-125. Well, guess what? colleen never responded to my emails. I was wondering why no one was calling to schedule the next cleaning.she sure was able to reach me when she was getting 300 for the job, but now that it was at the regular rate, for some reason she couldnt contact me.i finally called her and she told me the 2 girls that cleaned were allergic to cats.REALLY? these lazy people only want to clean a very clean house...or else Colleen pays them minimum wage while charging 40 per hour..and by the way ,when you first call her she says 'we dont charge by the hour" . But at first visit the cleaners told me how many man hours they were told to do. so theyll get you for the big bucks then the bait and switch begins......this business is a SCAM!!!!!!!! read more
