Really pleased with the quality of the work. I've used them twice for a deep clean of my own home before guests as well as a move out clean for my mom's condo. I love being able to book on line (I was a little nervous about giving my credit card but they didn't charge it until after the cleaning was complete) and promptly received confirmation and reminder texts before the scheduled arrival times. The crews were on time, fast and very very detail oriented. Both times the house was spotless! Highly recommend. read more

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with your service. I was unable to get my dog, Murphy, into the car to leave the house, which caused a 15-minute delay for the cleaning crew. As a result, I was charged an extra $100 for those 15 minutes. While I understand that business is business, a little understanding regarding the situation would have gone a long way. Due to this lack of flexibility, I will not be using your services again. Connie Arnett Connie Arnett Nala, mix died 4 days ago and our other dog, Murphy, has been out of sorts. When the maids showed up to clean I couldn't get Murphy to get in the car. He wouldn't leave the house. I tried for 15 minutes and the maids had to wait to get started. I was charged an extra $100 for those 15 minutes. I understand that business is business, however, a little understanding would have gone a long way. As a result I WILL NOT be using them AGAIN. read more

Needed next day maid service for our rental property and other services were booked out for weeks. I liked the online easy booking but was dubious about putting my credit card in without talking to a person to be sure it was legit. Left a voice message but call was not returned. Appt was confirmed via email, and the next day I got a text from the cleaning team before they arrived. They did a great job and quickly. Card was billed after the service and that was that. Never did speak to an office person, but this all worked for us. read more

I called in and requested a one-time deep clean, about 5 days before I needed it, for our living room/kitchen/den & 2 bathrooms. They came within 15 minutes of their arrival window and verified the services they were to provide and got to work right away! I am very happy with the work they did and would definitely contact this company again for their services. read more

Tucson maids did great move out work! They brought a team of 4 and quickly and effectively cleaned my 2 bedroom apartment in 2 hours for less than $300! The staff were all friendly and made sure everything was up to my standard. Their team is very communicative. I wasn't sure if my online booking went through and emailed and they quickly responded. When I called the day of they called me back and gave me their ETA. I will definitely use them again! read more

I use them for regular house cleaning and my house is beautiful and spotless every time. They are so friendly and thoughtful of the fact that they are in my home. Every cleaning is started on time and finished quickly. read more

A one time clean. Left them a list of things to be sure to clean. They did a beautiful job. I was surprised at the price. I am from Central Florida. For a 1800 sq ft house they charged $240. Which is higher than Florida. But the quote was over phone, so I guess they had to make sure they covered their time. Very nice ladies and very helpful. I recommend! read more

This is a great service with caring people. They made my house look amazing. They made my home look better then anything I could do. I will definitely recommend them and definitely will do use in the future. read more

move out service was excellent, got my full deposit back. all i had to do was be there to let them in and they took care of the rest.

I hired them for a deep-clean for an end of lease move-out of my 3-bedroom house in Marana. A team of 4 cleaners showed up at my house on time and immediately got to work cleaning the entire house. I left them alone for several hours and when I came back, they had departed and the house was completely clean. They did everything I asked for and all the items on my landlord's move-out checklist was done, including shelves, baseboards, windows, blinds and appliances. The landlord finished his walk-through the next day and commented that the house was very clean and that I should expect a full refund of my security deposit. I recommend Tucson Maids. They do a quality job. read more

I have had Tucson Maids clean my house on a monthly basis for several months now. The cleaners always do an excellent job, but this month was superb. I just want to call out Francesca and her colleague for giving my house the most thorough cleaning it has ever had. I could not be happier. read more

I was quoted a price and charged a hundred dollars extra because they wiped out four narrow refrigerator shelves and I had two dogs. They did not even vacuum off the dog bed! insane! cost me $290.00 for a two bed two bath house. read more

I booked with Tucson Maids after seeing what a great job they did with two of my friend's homes. I have a three bedroom, two bath and requested a one time service with deep clean. I'm so pleased with the work that was performed! Price was fantastic. They arrived on time. The folks were all incredibly friendly. The house looks AWESOME. It was a nice treat to myself. I'll definitely be booking again! read more

We hired Tucson Maids in September 2020, and in a sense, they've become part of the family. My dad is elderly and I work nonstop and we really needed help. They do a fantastic job. They're very efficient because it's a crew of three, they're in and out quickly. But it's also because they've been doing this so long. They're meticulous and use great products. Our granite countertops always look so shiny. When I've asked to have our fridge cleaned, they need no direction - I don't need to tell them what should stay and what should go. They even take on tasks they're not asked to in large part because they know us and have grown to know what we need help with. The biggest thing for me, though, is that not only are they exceptionally polite, they really look after my dad (and me) and that's truly appreciated. I feel very fortunate to have found them. read more

Booked for a move out clean only 2 days in advance for a client about to list her home and Alma's team did a fantastic job. Every one of them introduced themselves and shook my hand and then they called me to make sure I was happy with their service before they left. The home smells amazing and they didn't skip a single step. I will definitely use them in the future! I was apprehensive the website asked for a tip BEFORE they showed up because I wanted to make sure my tip went directly to the team that did my job, but I asked one of the ladies on the team and she assured me they do receive our tip. I'd prefer to tip after in the future but that was my ONLY hesitation. Alma's team is great and I would highly recommend them. read more

They were professional, responsive, and very accommodating. Had to clean a house before Friday night. They arrived at 5:00 AM in the morning, and were done within a couple hours. Very impressive - thorough with much attention to detail. read more

I have been using Tucson maids for over a year! I have to say I am so impressed by their work ethic, punctuality, positive attitude, and willingness to be available even at odd times. I am a single man living a bachelor style life and I am a total slob and they completely keep my house in order! I would recommend their services to anyone to be honest! also they have been really honest with me when they found money in my pockets or stashed in hiding spots which I thought was really awesome!! read more

I had never hired anyone to clean my house before hiring Tucson Maids. I paid extra for deep cleaning and to have some if the walls cleaned. The obvious dirty areas. We do have 2 dogs and 2 cats but with work, we are both essential workers and could never get caught up. They were punctual and 2 if them arrived and I was told 1 more person was coming. Which did happen. First she said their vacuum broke at the previous customers and could the use ours. Good thing we have a Dyson. I expected maybe a heavy duty vacuuming with a commercial grade vacuum. but obviously that only happend with our vacuum. They didn't even empty it before they left. I mentioned the walls and she seemed surprised. Things they didn't do that were part of the regular cleaning; take out trash, clean the patio door track, put the laid out clean linen on the master bed. The bed had no linens on it to even change! At first I noticed little things but all of that adds up. That is why I don't have pictures of all it. I found our kitchen throw rug crumpled in the corner, a picture that had come off the wall in the hall, laying on a chair in the bedroom. They emptied their dirty mop water outside by our walk by the front door. Why not the street? Our garbage disposal drain plug for the sink is gone I am attaching pics, less than 24 hrs after they were here. I was in the backyard the entire time they were here if there were concerns or issues. No one said anything.Very disappointing! read more

Tucson maids did a fabulous job cleaning my father's apartment. They were punctual and communicated well. I was able to schedule a next day cleaning which was helpful. I can't say enough positive things about the service they provided and I would highly recommend them. read more

I paid almost $300 for them to clean my previous rental. I communicated via email and was responded back with a confirmation not to do the windows. They did anyway, and then tried to charge me for it. Fast forward and I was charged $250 from my old landlord for a cleaning fee because the house was not to standard. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! It's a waste of money. I would of saved money if I just didn't clean in the first place. A total unprofessional scam. read more

Expensive like all the cleaning services. Very clean though. Can't make a bed correctly however- minor issue

We just hired them for a entire house wall and baseboard clean. Wow! We are having our house painted and didnt want the dust. They were thorough, friendly and didnt cut corners. We have a large house so I was worried they would rush. Every shelf, nook, door were all wiped down. (there were A LOT of them) They even did our plantation shutters. The ladies made excellent suggestions for future services. I am a RN and kinda picky. They did not disappoint. Will definitely use again. read more

The cleaners were kind and scheduled in a really timely fashion despite it being a holiday weekend. We had hired them to clean the house we just bought, a 3-bed 2-bath place. We were hoping for a deep clean, and they did a fantastic job with the toilets, sinks, and floors (especially since the floors had gotten quite dusty during a wall sanding). However, we had been hoping for the kitchen cabinets to be deep cleaned (part of my initial request), but there was still a pile of dirt under the lazy susan in the cabinet, and gunk on the edges of the counters that I will have to remove with a bit of scrubbing. So overall they did a good job in some areas, but not as much of a deep clean as I was hoping for the $270 price, especially after I'd expressed the cabinets as part of my main concern. read more

Gave me a ridiculously high and insulting quote. I have been using Thumbtack cleaners for years and never once did I get such a jacked up quote for standard cleaning every 2 weeks for a 1 bedroom. read more
