I recently had a " deep cleaning " at my home which was supposed to include cleaning the ceiling fans. I didn't have this done, and tried to reach out several times by phone and email to see if I could have this service done or discounted and nobody returned my calls or emails. I liked the online easy booking but was dubious about putting my credit card in without talking to a person to be sure it was legit. Left a voice message but call was not returned. Appt was confirmed via email, and the next day I got a text from the cleaning team before they arrived. They did a great job and quickly. Card was billed after the service and that was that. A one time clean. Left them a list of things to be sure to clean. They did a beautiful job. I was surprised at the price. I am from Central Florida. For a 1800 sq ft house they charged $240. Which is higher than Florida. But the quote was over phone, so I guess they had to make sure they covered their time. Very nice ladies and very helpful. I recommend! read more

I hired them for a deep-clean for an end of lease move-out of my 3-bedroom house in Marana. A team of 4 cleaners showed up at my house on time and immediately got to work cleaning the entire house. I left them alone for several hours and when I came back, they had departed and the house was completely clean. They did everything I asked for and all the items on my landlord's move-out checklist was done, including shelves, baseboards, windows, blinds and appliances. The landlord finished his walk-through the next day and commented that the house was very clean and that I should expect a full refund of my security deposit. I recommend Tucson Maids. We hired Tucson Maids in September 2020, and in a sense, they've become part of the family. My dad is elderly and I work nonstop and we really needed help. They do a fantastic job. They're very efficient because it's a crew of three, they're in and out quickly. But it's also because they've been doing this so long. They're meticulous and use great products. Our granite countertops always look so shiny. When I've asked to have our fridge cleaned, they need no direction - I don't need to tell them what should stay and what should go. They even take on tasks they're not asked to in large part because they know us and have grown to know what we need help with. The biggest thing for me, though, is that not only are they exceptionally polite, they really look after my dad (and me) and that's truly appreciated. Booked for a move out clean only 2 days in advance for a client about to list her home and Alma's team did a fantastic job. Every one of them introduced themselves and shook my hand and then they called me to make sure I was happy with their service before they left. The home smells amazing and they didn't skip a single step. I will definitely use them in the future! I was apprehensive the website asked for a tip BEFORE they showed up because I wanted to make sure my tip went directly to the team that did my job, but I asked one of the ladies on the team and she assured me they do receive our tip. I had never hired anyone to clean my house before hiring Tucson Maids. I paid extra for deep cleaning and to have some if the walls cleaned. The obvious dirty areas. We do have 2 dogs and 2 cats but with work, we are both essential workers and could never get caught up. They were punctual and 2 if them arrived and I was told 1 more person was coming. Which did happen. First she said their vacuum broke at the previous customers and could the use ours. Good thing we have a Dyson. I expected maybe a heavy duty vacuuming with a commercial grade vacuum. but obviously that only happend with our vacuum. They didn't even empty it before they left. I mentioned the walls and she seemed surprised. Things they didn't do that were part of the regular cleaning; take out trash, clean the patio door track, put the laid out clean linen on the master bed. The bed had no linens on it to even change! At first I noticed little things but all of that adds up. That is why I don't have pictures of all it. I found our kitchen throw rug crumpled in the corner, a picture that had come off the wall in the hall, laying on a chair in the bedroom. They emptied their dirty mop water outside by our walk by the front door. Why not the street? Our garbage disposal drain plug for the sink is gone I am attaching pics, less than 24 hrs after they were here. I was in the backyard the entire time they were here if there were concerns or issues. I paid almost $300 for them to clean my previous rental. I communicated via email and was responded back with a confirmation not to do the windows. They did anyway, and then tried to charge me for it. Fast forward and I was charged $250 from my old landlord for a cleaning fee because the house was not to standard. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! It's a waste of money. I would of saved money if I just didn't clean in the first place. A total unprofessional scam. read more

We just hired them for a entire house wall and baseboard clean. Wow! We are having our house painted and didnt want the dust. They were thorough, friendly and didnt cut corners. We have a large house so I was worried they would rush. Every shelf, nook, door were all wiped down. (there were A LOT of them) They even did our plantation shutters.The ladies made excellent suggestions for future services. I am a RN and kinda picky. They did not disappoint. The cleaners were kind and scheduled in a really timely fashion despite it being a holiday weekend. We had hired them to clean the house we just bought, a 3-bed 2-bath place. We were hoping for a deep clean, and they did a fantastic job with the toilets, sinks, and floors (especially since the floors had gotten quite dusty during a wall sanding). However, we had been hoping for the kitchen cabinets to be deep cleaned (part of my initial request), but there was still a pile of dirt under the lazy susan in the cabinet, and gunk on the edges of the counters that I will have to remove with a bit of scrubbing. So overall they did a good job in some areas, but not as much of a deep clean as I was hoping for the $270 price, especially after I'd expressed the cabinets as part of my main concern. read more
