Time maid and their team did a wonderful job with a deep clean at my parents' home. The cleaners were punctual and arrived on time, they were kind, and were very hard working. Melinda, Crystal, Nicole, and Alyss did an excellent job and were very thorough with their cleaning! They were also flexible with using different cleaning products that we preferred. To add to that, their supervisor, Scott, came by to ensure that the cleaning was up to standard and even jumped in to help clean as well. The only issue I had was the initial estimate I received wasn't accurate as the house needed more time than expected and the job had to get split up into two days. However, I'd like to add that I was able to discuss this issue with time maid customer service, specifically with Prachi, who was very understanding of the situation, and came up with a resolution that ultimately worked out. Positives: Friendly and timely service. Use of eco-friendly cleaning products. Negatives: Overpriced. Use of eco-friendly cleaning products. Yes, you read that twice. Eco friendly products are great if they do the job. In this case, they did not. Our shower tile grout was "cleaned" and looked about 20% better than before the cleaning. Scott came the next day to fix the job. After he left, it was about 50% cleaner, still having discoloring and stains. Overall, if you want a friendly service to do a fair job of cleaning your house at a high price, Time Maid Cleaning will meet your needs. read more

Called your office on the 20th to request the proposal. Was informed I would have something sent to me by the end of the day. Never received a call / email or text. I called again on Tues., 10/21, but no one answered the phone. It's clear you don't want my business and you certainly do NOT honor your core values of integrity and reliability. When I first started using TMC they were great and detail oriented. This was around 2021-2022. I hired them for a short term rental for over a year. I believe they went under new management and the service started to decline. They ended up causing damage in my driveway that was never resolved. They kept saying they would have someone come out to fix it. Had someone come out once with no resolution. I just gave up on trying to reach out and haven't rehired them since. read more

I needed my newly built home cleaned before moving in. It had quite a bit of construction dust. They sent two cleaners on a Saturday, although they don't generally work on Saturdays. I had just moved into my new house, and no cleaning was done. So when I moved in, along with all of my household goods, everything was dusty/dirty. Also, given my location, there is hard water and it made its presence felt in my toilets and in the shower. It was not possible to clearly see through the glass. Time-Maid Cleaning (TMC) fixed all that. They were a team of 3 young ladies, got to my place first thing in the morning, cleaned like crazy, and about 2 hours later, my house was spotless! There was no way I could've done what they did, especially with my back issues. If you didn't know, TMC is veteran owned/operated. As a veteran myself, this meant a lot to me. I have been using Time Maid Cleaning for a few months now to do cleaning and management of my Airbnb. They do an amazing job - not only with cleaning but they are also super easy to work with. Wow! That's all I could say as I walked around our house after our first visit from TIme-Maid. I had initially contacted them and was just interested in getting someone to clean our floors and our bathrooms--the parts of the house I hate cleaning the most. Mae at Time-Maid talked me into doing a deep clean of the whole house. I am glad she did, because it was worth EVERY PENNY. I think of myself as a fairly detail oriented when it comes to cleaning, but even I couldn't believe the lengths they went to. I have since had them in for regular cleanings every six weeks or so, and we have continued to receive the same great service. We are getting ready to move into a new house, and I can't wait for them to do our move-in and move-out cleans. You can't help it if you've used one of these services and you just didn't get what you wanted. But, if you use this service prepare to be amazed. Penny, Ashley and Virginia were right on time and after a quick tour of the house they went right to work. And boy did they work. There was no chatting or horsing around. They showed up at the correct time, and immediately set to work...after checking with me on sensitive areas. They cleaned everything..including sensitive area, I have a large guitar humidity chamber/display case, and it was dusty..now clean as a whistle, and the guitars were not disturbed.
