I have started using Tucson's Finest Cleaners for my Airbnb Rentals Homes and I have nothing but excellent compliments for them. They are very professional, thorough, and they finish the job on time. I havent had any issues with the cleaning and - especially for my Airbnb's I need them cleaned and turned around asap - and they haven't let me down. Their scheduling system is very efficient and for clients like me who have Airbnb - it is the best - i can update my cleaning schedules as needed per check out - and they make sure that my homes are cleaned before next guests checks in. Also their before and after pictures system helps a lot if you are not physically there. Good job and I highly recommend them. read more

We have an Airbnb in Tucson and hired Tucson's Finest over a year ago to manage cleanings in between guests. We've had nothing but great experiences and have received consistent feedback from our guests regarding the cleanliness of our home. Yvonne and Kevin have always responded in a timely manner and we've appreciated their thoroughness. They always send before and after photos and we consider them our "eyes on the ground" as we're managing this property from out of state. I would highly recommend this company. read more

They just came by for a pre cleaning quote. First, they were both a day early, but even if they had the day right, they were 45 min late. Second, for cleaning a small kitchen and 1.5 baths. Im precleaning the oven and toilets. They wanted $260. For that, there two workers could clean, and then go out to the fanciest restaurant in Tucson. I was flaberghasted. No oven clean, ok. worse, had they showed up on the right date, they would have seen the cleaning I did. I wouldnt waste my time. My guess is the market is such that they dont want the business. Having to clean in advance, so they can inspect and wont overcharge.....Thats a real racket they are running. They want uber simple jobs for which they overcharge, and go for volume, I can tell as an investor. What did PT Barnum say? There is a sucker born every minute. read more

I have to say i was pleasantly surprised by this company. First, Kevin responded to me right away after requesting a quote on Yelp. He was extremely professional, and was able to accommodate my request in the timeframe that i needed it. I own a rental property in Tucson but am from San Diego. I was going out there for a few days, and he was able to work his schedule to first meet with me on Friday to view the job and give me a quote. They also do outside cleanup, so they were able to do both my back and front yard, there was quite a bit of clean up and trimming to do there. The house cleaning was great, they did the baseboards, cleaned out the fridge and the oven, etc. I had one issue with the counter tops, but as soon as i told them they fixed it. Their prices were about what i found with other companies. They were on time, communicated with me through the entire process, and were just really nice people too! If i lived there, i would definitely hire them to do regular cleaning. I highly recommend these guys. read more

Yvonne and crew are wonderful, thorough and professional and do an excellent job. They send pictures before and after job is complete.

Wow, just wow! I'm so impressed with how thorough the cleaning was. From windows, to ceiling fans, to the toothbrush holder in my bathroom. Working with this company was easy too - I got speedy responses, and I think I got an in-home estimate the day I requested one, and my home was cleaned within a few days. I'm super impressed! read more

The owner worked with me to give a competitive price. I have repeats booked with them, very very pleased!

After I gave a detailed explanation of my cleaning needs with a request for quotes, she never responded.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS!!! I called to get a quote, I just moved so I currently only have Apple Pay. My first question was do you take Apple Pay. He said no, and I politely suggested to get on board cause he would get a lot more business. Unfortunately before I could even finish. He HUNG UP ON ME! That's right, someone taking taking calls and placing orders at a business hung up on a potential client... trash! Hope you go out of business, cause last time I checked.... you're not supposed to treat customers like that. read more
