They are very professional, thorough, and they finish the job on time. I havent had any issues with the cleaning and - especially for my Airbnb's I need them cleaned and turned around asap - and they haven't let me down. Their scheduling system is very efficient and for clients like me who have Airbnb - it is the best - i can update my cleaning schedules as needed per check out - and they make sure that my homes are cleaned before next guests checks in. Also their before and after pictures system helps a lot if you are not physically there. Good job and I highly recommend them.

DO NOT HIRE! Zero customer service and totally a rip off! I had my apartment cleaned for a…read more"move-out" clean on 22nd of July. Due to life and work conditions I wasn't able to check on the apartment until about a week later. There was almost no difference before and after! I paid $360 for them to clean, and showed the cleaner what exactly needed done. I was told no problem, and they were there for near 8 hours. When I tried to contact them, zero communication with management was allowed as they were "too busy", I sent pictures and talked several times with a scheduling rep who told me they were "investigating". He even tried to plead the company as veteran owned, as if that affects the quality of service and customer support (which even more of a joke as I am myself a veteran). The scheduling rep was continually changing what their so called policy is for refunds, even though the only thing on the website is "200% guaranteed" promising a refund. Walls, floors, windows, kitchen, bedrooms were all not cleaned. They said spent two hours on the bathroom and they looked as if maybe an hour total was done of work. Eventually I had to rush and spend more money to clean it myself before the end of my lease. I was told I could maybe receive a partial refund, and then radio silence. Completely joke of a company. Don't give them your business, they'll stiff you.

When I went to check on the unit, the cabinets and bathroom vanity had construction dust on them, the living room fan wasn't cleaned, I had to spend quite some time getting them cleaned and finally rent ready. I'm genuinely disappointed with the experience I had with this service. I hired Amie's Cleaning for…read morea standard cleaning and was promised that my floors, kitchen, and bathrooms would be thoroughly done. Unfortunately, when I got home, I found that the floors hadn't been vacuumed or mopped, and there was still dirt and gunk left in places like the refrigerator handle and backsplashes and cupboards (which they guarantee in the standard clean). It was easily the worst clean I've ever had, especially given that I paid $155. I had clearly communicated that the floors were my top priority. I was also told that if I didn't want a deep clean (which was $235 and not necessary because I had one done recently), they would still handle the basics thoroughly. Instead, I came home to half-done bathrooms, a kitchen where items were knocked over and not put back, and a generally careless job. To add to that, they advertise a $100 discount, but it turned out to be spread over multiple sessions as small increments, which felt misleading. And when I brought up my disappointment about the job not being finished, the owner basically blamed me for not choosing the more expensive option instead of addressing the poor quality of the clean I did pay for. I'm sharing this so others can be aware. I was willing to be flexible if the job had been done reasonably well, but this was a really disappointing and surprising experience. I trusted them too much. And now am cleaning today when I don't have the time during the holidays. And Amie did not honor the 100% guarantee, instead she offered to cancel my recurring subscription I had signed up for. Here's the thing I feel most burned by. I was very clear about the floors. I offered that they skip many things offered in the standard clean like the ceiling fans that I didn't need to put a focus on that. I asked, will I be mopping afterwards. She said NO. On this I agreed to the contract and went forward. Two women here for 2 hours and mostly 2 bathrooms and some kitchen done? I have seen cleaners do my whole place including mopping and more in 90 minutes. Something is wrong here. Services Standard cleaning
