Also tried to test clean in the middle of a chair cushion instead of a hidden area--had to correct him. Not confidence-inspiring. When I pushed back, he got argumentative, refused the job, flipped me off, and left. Office said they'd call right back. They didn't. Late, non-transparent pricing, and unprofessional. Avoid.

After I shared that, the company reached out and made it right. They refunded the full $195, came back and cleaned a couch at no charge, and sent the same tech we liked from our first visit. A lot of companies would have let it go. Steamy Concepts owned it and went out of their way to fix it. Our first experience with them was great, and the way they handled this tells me they care about their customers. I would recommend them. For transparency, nobody asked me to change this review. I'm updating it on my own because I think how a business responds to a mistake matters.
