Between the billing issues and the pick up issues I am telling all not to use this business. I've sent several emails do you think they would take the time to email back, absolutely not. I have called I spoke to one nice person who told me they were getting the services canceled will get the containers picked up. Then 10 days later I called back and speak to a nasty rotten person who tells me oh that nice person never did anything for me. Really? So I am limited on one of my areas to have the container picked up. We don't have people in the office sitting around waiting on shred it. So with that said I will load up the container in my car and take it to them. And mine you the container is one of those big trash cans huge. This should be an interesting part of my day. When I told the rep, being a smart ass, but I would load the container up he seem to be perfectly fine with that. So I think I will issue them a bill for doing their job.
