While there I chatted with the owner and his assistants who were friendly, extremely knowledgeable and clearly in tune with musicians. They will find it a good home. Eli, who answered my questions over the phone, was kind and helpful and told me that the Instrumental Music Center performs free assessments. So, I drove the 50 minutes to meet Amber, another kind and helpful employee, and James Gunn, the flute technician. James listened to my concerns and went above and beyond explaining pads, oiling, adjusting, time frame, cost, etc. to me.
