I dislike leaving bad reviews but would dislike more for anyone to think SOR is a legit business. There were some nice teachers working for SOR, but in the brief period I paid willingly for lessons from them the business was a mess. No website, no email, occasional and sometimes incomprehensible phone communication and texting. I want to be sure to keep this piano is good shape, since it's been in my family for generations. I know that it needed a new humidifying system. Isaac was clear in his email communication and clear in explaining how the new system works, and some important pointers about the piano. I appreciate the education! Then, in a confident manner, he removed the old system and installed the new one. Now, I'll wait about 3 weeks for the piano to acclimate to the new system and will invite him back to tune it.
