My seldom used Hobart Cable baby grand piano needed some attention. I consider myself very lucky when I found Isaac of Arollo Piano Company. He responded quickly to my inquiry and his website made it easy to schedule an appointment. On the day of his visit and after taking the time to thoroughly examine my piano, he set to work with the tuning. He discovered some issues that had been troubling me when I played. Once the piano was tuned properly it sounded great. However, the area that was causing some problems was in need of additional work. Isaac thoroughly explained and demonstrated where and why the sticking (my word, not his) keys were occurring. He clearly answered all my questions in a manner that I could understand. The additional work will be done soon. Based on the work he has already completed I feel that I'm getting a great value for the cost. Thank you Arolla Piano Company. read more

I contacted Isaac Wynn/Arolla Piano Co. based upon the positive reviews I'd seen online. Scheduling an appointment was super easy and convenient using the online scheduler. I received an email appointment reminder and full instructions on what to expect. Isaac arrived at my home right on time, provided friendly and courteous service and spent two hours caring for a long-neglected 1930's baby grand piano. Issac did a superb job tuning the piano and explained some of the issues with the instrument such as some cracks in the soundboard that could not be addressed with tuning. The piano sounds as nice as it possibly could and I am back to practicing and enjoying a return to piano after decades away from it. I will have Issac back soon to give the instrument a much needed cleaning. I highly recommend Issac and Arolla Piano Co. for professional and courteous service! read more

I am so pleased and happy to have Arolla Piano Company here in Tucson. The high quality of work done in tuning pianos is extraordinary, the care, precision and knowledge of EVERYTHING having to do with pianos is more than above average. Isak is a professional in every sense of the word- his training is mind boggling (in a great sense), his dedication to his clients, their pianos and everyone's well being is note worthy. I recommend Arolla Piano Company to all of my students, to Riverton Piano store locations in Scottsdale and Peoria Arizona, and to anyone who happens to ask. The same response is heard again and again, WOW. My piano has never sounded or responded as it does now after it has been worked on by Arolla Piano Company. Plus one can arrange the tuning and all online, an extra bonus. Nancy Ostromencki Premiere Piano, LLC Tucson Arizona read more

Orpheus came and tuned my piano and now it sounds much better than before. It is an ordinary spinet piano, nothing special. I told him I thought it sounded too loud, and he worked on it and made it so that it can play softly if I want to. I am very impressed. He did a super job. I was also impressed with the business-like approach Orpheus uses. He sent me a confirmation email after I made the tuning appointment, and a reminder email a day before the appointment. Plus, his charge was quite reasonable. Yes, it takes close to two hours to tune a piano properly, but I was prepared for that and made sure to have no other sounds going on in the house. Before he left he set up an appointment for a tuning a year from now. Good. Now my piano will always sound as good as I can play it, and I am only an average player. read more

I inherited an upright piano from the 1920's, it was in great condition overall but was SEVERELY out of tune and clearly not something I could re-tune on my own. I looked for professional piano tuning services and chose this company at random, but I am very pleased that I did. Isaac from Arolla was very punctual, courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable (which was great because I had a lot of questions). He quickly tuned my piano, without breaking a single string (all of which were likely 100 years old), to concert pitch and the difference was astounding. Overall I am extremely satisfied with their service and I highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance with anything piano related. read more

After five years of full-time RVing we settled down in Green Valley, Arizona. I promised my wife she would get her Kawai K-500 in the new house. We investigated how to properly humidify our house in a desert climate before getting the piano. We also decided to add a Dampp-Chaser (DC) system to our upright piano for further security. Isaac Wynn of Arolla Piano Company was highly recommended as a DC installer within the greater Tucson area. It was a breeze to schedule an appointment for an install. Everything was completed to our satisfaction. More importantly, we are fortunate to have found "OUR" registered piano technician to perform service regularly for years to come. read more

I was very happy with Isaac and Arolla Piano. I have an old Baldwin Acrosonic, but it was the piano my kids played on, the piano I used to play to them on: now that they're all grown up, I moved it over to my house here in Tucson from California and it required about a 1/4 step tune across the board. Isaac explained what was needed, showed me some of the reasons the instrument had built-in dysfunctionality (e.g. the strings were of different length for the same note), and other information that made the service much more than just a tuning of an old piano. I highly recommend him and am looking forward to seeing him in 6 months for a follow-up. read more

I have a baby grand piano that had not been tuned in many years, so I contacted Isaac at Arolla Piano Co. I found his company through Google, read other reviews and felt confident he would be a reputable business person. The reviews are correct--Isaac is very professional and knowledgeable, and my piano sounds like new again! His business website is especially customer-friendly, as you can make an appointment directly on the site. Isaac is prompt to respond via email and/or cell, and he was very helpful in my decision to schedule quarterly tune-ups. I highly recommend his business:) read more

I have Isaac come to tune and whatever else needs to be done every 3 months. When he finished, after about 2 hours, the piano sounds just great as usual. I had a specific request to try to make one of the top notes sound in perfect tune and maintain it--- this had been a problem with this piano ever since I've had it. So he came up with a unique solution--- to revoice just one of the 3 strings for that note. Now, for the 1st time, this note is on perfect pitch because of his unique approach. There's no doubt in my mind he can solve any other unusual problems that may pop up. read more

Scheduling was easy. Was able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. I have an old upright piano that my parents bought for me 58 years ago and it has gone everywhere with me. However I had not had it tuned in many years. I am pleased to say it sounds sweet and clear again. Matt was polite and professional. He explained everything to me and gave me options. There was no high pressure sales pitch. I would definately recommend this company. I got exactly what I was looking for and nothing extra. I will be callng them again for the next tuning. read more

This year my daughters gave me my Christmas present early....a piano tuning by Isaac!! It was the perfect gift and one that was greatly needed since I haven't had my piano tuned for at least 10 years. Isaac arrived on schedule and did a wonderful job! He was polite and neat. He explained to me the things that needed to be done and he even fixed my piano bench all on his own. I would highly recommend Isaac to anyone who is in search of a good piano tuner. He was professional and very polite in every way. read more

I bought a Yamaha B3 piano recently as a gift to myself. When I discovered Isaac, I knew he could be trusted with this beautiful instrument. He seems to know everything about pianos, loves music and has a deep appreciation of beauty that somehow comes through in his technical work. The Yamaha sounds great and I love knowing that Isaac will help me take care of it. And his prices are very reasonable, especially when taking into consideration his expertise and experience. read more

Isaac was awesome! I have a very unique piano/organ combo that needed more than a little TLC. Isaac was able to troubleshoot and repair multiple issues with my instrument in addition to making it sound incredible. He was very professional and courteous, and followed all COVID protocols. Isaac did an amazing job tuning my piano. I bought an old piano off Craigslist not knowing the overall condition. It is easy to schedule an appointment online, and the follow up was superb. I will recommend Orpheus to anyone who asks. read more

First time using Arolla Piano company. Isaac was exceptional. He had not seen a piano like ours before as it came from Canada, and it's 100 years old. He was very quick to get to work on it. Tuning it and some other fixes to get it working better. He's very knowledgeable in his field. I have to say a nice Gentleman. I will be using him again and highly recommend Isaac. P.S. The price is right! Thank you so much. read more

The service was done promptly and communication was excellent. The technician was very thorough. Our piano had not been tuned for many years, so it took quite a bit of time to get it right, but the technician was not satisfied until it was perfect, and the cost was very reasonable. Technician was very friendly and helpful, and very detailed in his work. Our piano sounds great now. Would absolutely recommend! read more
