EEL Economic Restaurant Equipment - Condenser corroding into dust

We recently bought a used walk-in cooler/freezer combo from EEL. While all the employees I dealt…read morewith were professional and helpful, that is where the positive experience ends. We were assured that the walk-in, while used, was in working condition when it was disassembled. When it arrived it was obvious that this was not the case. The issues are almost too numerous to mention in their entirety. They include: - The copper tubing on the compressors had been clipped off and pinched shut instead of cleanly cut and capped - All the mechanical units were leaking serious amounts of oil and one of the compressor fans was almost seized up - The condenser for the freezer was so corroded it was turning to dust - The wiring had all been redone by a total amateur and inside the cooler compressor the insulation had melted from extreme heat - Mechanical components were clearly damaged and in some cases not even attached to the casing - The doors and thresholds on the box were so rusted they were turning to dust - The freezer floor had been sloppily cut in two pieces for transport - Most of the panels were damaged, had rusted out cam locks, and/or were growing black mold on the insulation I had two independent HVAC techs each with over 20 years experience tell me that they would never agree to work on any of the equipment, and that in their professional opinion the entire unit was junk. When I brought these issues and more to the attention of EEL I was told that all equipment was sold as is and they did not offer refunds. Finally, after dealing with a few employees, explaining at great length that the unit was advertised as functional when it was clearly not, and that despite later claims that with a little refurbishment it could be restored when it clearly could not, they reluctantly agreed to a partial refund. The refund did not include the cost of shipping and did include a 30% restocking fee even though they did not want the equipment back. All throughout they never admitted to the obvious poor quality of what they sent me, and continued to insist that this is how business is done in the industry. We only chose to do business with EEL based on a number of positive reviews, but in our case we have no option but to conclude that EEL scammed us out of a significant amount of money. Buyer Beware!

$3.06 yesterday, $3.16 today. Where to next government and business kings?Good gas. Good prices…read more I have a guy story from Costco Gas, March 4, 2026. The weather, as we know is unseasonably warm. Twenty F above average temps. I am converting to Summer Schedule. Knobby knees and pale leg sticks showing below carpenter shorts. The dog's wading pool is full for the first time since October. The same for his secondary water pot. His 3 water sources also rovide water for many birds, maybe a sneaky cat or two. The rowdy neighborhood chihuahuas are fenced out. I drink more water too. If you want a hint about your hydration, search "Fire Fighter Pee Chart." Clear means excellent. Yellow, drink more. Orange Brown - kidneys at risk. I drink lots more water too. What does this have to do with Costco Gasoline? My bladder, and all it's connections lapped the sun 74 times. Well over 50% of men will have swollen or cancerous prostate glands, or both. When many elder men hear water flowing, the bladder shouts, "Empty, Empty, now now now, Find a toilet, Boy And How! Yelp*, post check in, asked if a restroom is nearby. No Yelp, not for 200 yards. I have a Hualapai Tribal friend. A few of his grandchildren grew up on Navy bases and big cities. They do not know the cultural tradition of finding a discreet shrub to experience bladder relief. I was raised in that culture as was my child. Pumping gas can sound like a fountain or water hose. I had plenty of water this morning, gas at Costco was in the center of my errand list. The urethra twins began barking orders to the brain. Costco Fuel is a very public place, especially as the public lines up like it is October, 1973. Waits are long. Shrubs are low and trimmed perfectly. The pump stopped, focus shufted from my bladder to my heart. I saw the price I just paid. I nearly shouted for the Automated External Defibrillator; there is one here. But I survived the COVID Bread and bird flu egg crises. I got in the car, drove home fast, glad to get my has at the Costco Business Center, 33rd and Grand Avenues.

On a Wednesday close to the noon hour. Seems like this…read moreCostco gets more and more busy as business owners become more aware of this Business Costco. We only come here for the essentials and sometimes we have to travel further to the other Costco stores for things they don't have at this Business Costco. I do have to admit this Costco has the best gas prices in the Valley. For some you that have a need to save on office supplies you might want to take a trip here. The parking is kind of needs some improvement.
