BUYER BEWARE- I have been to Miller Toyota service centers total of 6 times. Beware. The front line customer service people are paid on commission. They will hawk you and mislead you for services you do not need. I have found the customer service people to be rude and indifferent. In my last experience( as in my last time I ever set foot in this dealership) the customer service rep. tried to overcharge me for a rear hatch door latch. I had already stopped by a Toyota dealership in another state while on business and they told me it would be $400. They did not have the part, so I waited till I returned home to Colorado. The Miller Toyota rep pulled $685 on me until I called her on it. She was embarrassed and claimed a mistake. By her body language and voice, I highly doubt this. When I went to pickup my vehicle ( After a day and a half) they claimed I had 3/32 of tread left on my tires. One word- bull. I had stopped by a Costco tire service center two weeks before and the guy carefully inspected my tires. He said they had 40% of the tread left and we both agreed that I could easily get another 10.000 miles out of these top of the line Michelins that had been faithfully rotated. The customer service rep thanked me for being "such a friendly customer" in a snarky way after I called her on both of these incidents. Bottom line- BE AWARE THAT ALL OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS AT MILLER TOYOTA ARE PAID COMMISSIONS/INCENTIVES TO SELL ADDITIONAL SERVICES. NEEDED OR NOT. There are plenty of service centers with integrity in the community that use the same parts and can provide the same or better quality of work without the bull. read more

Never received a call. Never received the photos I asked for showing the work was completed underneath my car. And when I brought it in for a service recently and found you hadn't replaced all of the parts you said you did, you said you checked the fluids for my service. You didn't however fill anything. I was alerted that the windshield wiper fluid was low and we used it twice. So I suspect you didn't do the service either. How would I know unless I checked every fluid including my oil and filter. Did you rotate my tires? Who knows. I suspect you did none of it. How would anyone know you completed any service? They wouldn't. We bring our cars in on faith and trust and in this case, I'm not sure if you did anything at all for the service. You run a very shady shop. And people should know about this. At the very least you should have called me back but you chose not to. There is a reason for that. You have zero customer service. read more

Had good experiences with this dealership in previous years, but have tried to book an oil change several times and they have told me they are booked or are booking well into the next month. Beware buying a used car from Larry H Miller Toyota (Boulder Toyota). They will tell you they will to a comprehensive inspection of the vehicle you are about to buy. Fact is they may or may not actually do the inspection. Either way, they will not advise you of all the things that are wrong with the vehicle you are about to buy. Tell them you you want to take the vehicle to your mechanic you trust for an inspection. If they refuse, walk! All my experiences with this dealer start okay. They are quick to return calls, easy to get in touch with, and happy to answer questions. The test drive is where things go down hill. One salesperson spent the whole ride talking crap about other customers they've worked with - leaving me wondering what this person will say about me after I leave. Another salesperson answered a personal call in the middle of the ride. Things get worse when you get to numbers. They're big fans of the hard sell. From doing the "let me talk to my manager" bit 5+ times in 30 min, to stating they'll let you predate a check and still take the car. Feels more like they're trying to trick you into buying a car than anything. Sale prices are often listed higher in store than they are online, so a $22k car will actually be $24.5k when you get there, and there are thousands of dollars in confusing fees (and I'm not talking standard state/title/dealer fees) tacked on to the purchase. I've visited this dealer multiple times for different reasons, and I always leave feeling gross and a bit baffled as to how I managed to make it out of there with my bank account still intact. read more

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I had my car towed there to get a key cut, which they quoted me $100 over the phone. Once I got there, they bait and switched me and tried to more than double the price. Then, when I asked to speak to a manager, they left me sitting on hold for over ten minutes before not even getting a manager. WOW. I have not received such incredibly poor customer service at a supposedly professional mechanic in years. I'll just hire a damn locksmith. Let me start by saying I've had some good experiences here before, but in the past year it seems to have gone downhill. I took my car in to have the smart key battery checked, among other things. They said they did a check but didn't see anything wrong. A week later I am in the mountains hen the car stops working altogether...with my two little kids in it packed and ready to go. I called the service department and was very disappointed at the reaction. They acted like it wasn't a big deal, I should just go pick up a new battery at Radio Shack (and how would I get there??), or bring my car in. Called back to find out the battery size an they wouldn't pick up the phone. How's that for service? I won't be bringing my car here agin given how they treat their customers. read more

It's Bad Karma to Scam an Educator: Don't Buy Your Next Car Here I am a female, and I am also a teacher. I also happen to be in an urgent situation trying to trade in my Jeep for a more reliable car that will take me down and back up the often precarious canyon as part of my 62 mile daily commute. I am this dealership's favorite victim. I may know very little about cars, but I know how to identify things that are unclear to me, and I know how to ask questions. These are skills which I impart on my students, and if I hadn't questioned, probed, or calculated the numbers myself, I would have been scammed into taking on an unnecessary car debt that could have seriously burdened me for several years. Wayne Lewis is an older salesman at the dealership who helped me test drive a couple cars and feel very confident about purchasing a lightly used 2010 Subaru. I was offered a fair price for the Subaru, and the monthly finance was what I had asked for. The payments, however, didn't seem to add up. Wayne kept delivering me different numbers very quickly, which did not allow me to think of the numbers logically. When I inquired about interest, Wayne's response was to leave the table and send John Neel, the finance manager, to speak with me. This is when things got weird. John had the audacity to sit across from me and tell me that he "didn't know" what my interest rate was because I was a first time buyer. He assured me that the rate was between 3% and 4%, and if I "just stepped into his office" and signed the papers, he would be able to determine my interest rate. Regardless of how disturbed I was by the number of times he used the words "step into my office," I knew he was evading my question. John already knew what the interest rate was. You ARE the finance director, right, John? I was then passed onto Scott Vanderschel, also known as "Vandy," who first tried to convince me to sign the papers again but seemed to reveal a microscopic glimpse of guilt. Had I blinked, I would have missed it. He realized my payments were a lot and then suggested that I look into leasing a car. I left the dealership feeling overwhelmed. The next day I received two voicemails from Wayne and "Vandy." Both said that they could take more money off the asking price. This sounded promising (?), and I wanted to have faith in their intention to help me (??), so I went back to the dealership. (We all do stupid things sometimes, right?) Although they had knocked off some of the asking price, the response to my inquiry about interest kept resulting in them passing me back to John Neel in finance (goddamnit), who, of course, really wanted to lure me into his den where, like a predator, he would ravenously devour years of my earned money. At this point I was beyond perturbed. I took the numbers and crunched them myself. The interest was not "between 3% and 4%" as John Neel, the finance director (this is where I would use italics for further emphasis), told me. The interest was between 8% and 9%. Moreover, with the longterm payment plan, the asking price of the Subaru nearly doubled. When I addressed this finding to John, his reply was rather defeated and ignominious: "Ok. Well, we already sold the car anyway." I don't even have an explanation for that response. At this point, I did what I should have done sooner and immediately stood up and walked out of the dealership. Hey. I went through this so you don't have to. Avoid this dealership at all costs. If you live in Boulder, you have to drive to Frederick or Denver to buy a Toyota or deal with Larry Miller Toyota. I wish I could rate these guys 0 stars. They are that bad. My wife and I bought a FFV Tundra. The engine takes synthetic oil and needs to have the oil changed every 5k miles. In sales they told us repeatedly that we only needed to change the oil every 10k and gave us a trifold brochure explaining the ToyotaCare program and the 10k oil change interval. The only reason I figured out this was absolutely wrong was that I received a direct mailer from Toyota on their ToyotaCare program and I did some research on the Toyota website. The trifold Larry Miller put together misrepresented the program to reduce their responsibility to service the vehicles. They also sold us a Totalcare extended warranty that both my wife and I understood as an extended ToyotaCare warranty and maintenance program. We got a refund coming from Larry Miller on that after I called Toyota and found we didn't have a ToyotaCare extended warranty. The F&I guy at Larry Miller is really good at his job and possibly a sociopath. He really doesn't realize that he is scumbag. Finally i go to the service department to confirm the 5k service interval and let them know that the sales department is handing out brochures that are giving Tundra and Sequoia owners bad information. The Service Manager could have cared less. Different department, not my problem and of course the service interval on a FFV Tundra is 5k, dumbass. Avoid these guys. I'm going to spend $400 bucks on my first two years of service so I don't have to deal with the attitude and incompetence. Also note they are using sock puppets to keep their ratings high on Yelp and GooglePlus. Almost all of the positive reviews come from "1 review users." This is for the service department only. 1) Brought it in for a recall notice. I was told to bring it in for 4 hours. Brought it in and was told that it would take 5 minutes to see if it requires the part. So I sent my ride home. They stated that it needed the replacement part. Then stated it would take 3 to 4 weeks to get. Fine. Called 4 weeks later. The Service Manager asked me if the part was in. Really? So I said yes. And then scheduled to have the part replaced. No communication within that organization. They fixed the recall part and did there free 14 point inspection. The mechanic stated on the inspection write up: - The cabin air filter was the wrong size and it needed to be replaced. Now, I have been using the Fram Fresh Breeze cabin filters for that car for some time. I basically told them that it was correct and did not think anything else about it. Then about 5K miles later I did the oil changes and filters. The Mechanic must had taken the filter out, and then jammed it in sideways and upside down. It was crushed and non-effective. So I replaced it with another of the filters I stock for that car. How can you screw that up? - The head light was crack and needed to be replaced: I had them show me the cracked headlight. Both were fine, so they crossed that one off. - One of the tires was damaged. Did not say which one, so we inspected all four. They all looked good. So they crossed that one off too. 2) Brought in a car for the 5K free oil change and to look at the back hatch door not closing all the way. When I called in for scheduling. They were going to put me with the quick lube team. I stated that I needed the back hatch door looked at too. So they put me with one of the service teams. When I showed up (9am). The Service Manager stated they were busy. I stated that sounds like a scheduling issue. He stated that he was going to move my order over the to quick lube team. I stated that I scheduled with the Service team due to the back hatch door not closing correctly. The Service Manager stated that the Quick lube team can do that too. So I walked over and stood in line. The Quick Lube lead stated that they would not be able to get me in today. I stated I had an appointment. He stated sorry. So I went back to the Service Manager and stated that the Quick lube team could not take me. So he walked over to them and stated I had an appointment and they needed to take me. So they did. They were going to call me when they were done. They call at 1pm and stated all was done. I confirmed that they looked at the back hatch door. They stated they can only due the oil change and not the mechanic stuff and that I needed to schedule an appointment. I did blow up. I told them they need to figure out how get the car done by the end of the day, or I will bring the title in to get my money back. By 4pm they called and stated that they had a mechanic look at the latch and the car was ready to pick up. I showed up at 4:30 to get the car. I asked what was the corrective action? They looked up the notes and the Mechanic wrote that the door was not shutting due to the Weather Tech mat in the back. I went nuts. The quick lube guy brought over the Service Manager in Charge. I showed him what the mechanic wrote and that the Weather Tech mat was at least 2 inches from the door when closed. So there was no way the mat created the issue. I told the Service Manager in Charge my previous poor experiences and told him he had a bunch of lazy mechanics. This started another conversation. He opened the back hatch door and stated that the latch was fixed and there was nothing you can do. I stated it can be moved 1/8 to 1/4 inch. He stated he would order another part and have me come back in for it to be replaced. After I got home, I adjusted the latch and the door closed fine. There have been other instances where the service was OK, but they would do stuff like leaving the protective paper on the floor. Or even taking out the Weather Tech mat in the drivers side and tossing it in the back. On the positive side. My last recall service was good. They stated it would take 3 hours. I dropped off the car, it was done in 3 hours. The 14 point check up looked good. The Service Manager stated that the tires probably have 4 to 5K miles left on them and would recommend to replace them prior to winter. That was great. So I gave them 1 star for that good experience. Now, the Sales team was extremely good to work with and that was a pleasant experience. read more

We had a great recent experience purchasing a new 4Runner with Rafael. The whole process was super quick- I filled out a preapproval online, he called me immediately, and I was at the dealership within a few hours. He has the exact car I wanted to see pulled up and ready. One quick test drive later, we were filling out paperwork and they were getting the car ready for me to take it home. That part always takes a bit of time because you have to sign your name 4,000 times, but it was totally painless and not stressful at all. This review is for their service department's pre-purchase inspection. . They have some very nice folks working here who definitely have their customer service skills fined tuned. I really appreciate that about them. . Unfortunately, they made a mistake. . I brought to them a used 2012 Toyota Rav4 from a different dealership (not Larry Miller Toyota) for a Toyota pre-purchase inspection. This inspection was to have included a check of the vehicle's history. After leaving the Rav4 with them for a few hours, a service advisor told me that he couldn't find a history of the vehicle being serviced at any Toyota dealerships in the county. Other than that, the only real problem their inspection found was a windshield wiper that needed to be replaced soon. . Based on that information, I went ahead and bought the Rav4. (To be clear, this Rav4 came from another, non-Toyota dealership). Well, only a couple days into driving to and from work, the check engine light came on. So, since the Rav4 was still covered under the 36,000 mile Toyota warranty, I took it back to Larry H. Miller for a look. . Amazingly, the service advisor (a different one this time) told me that he found a long history of this car being serviced by Toyota. Even more eye opening was that the check engine light has come on multiple times before for this exact same problem. Had I known that, I probably wouldn't have bothered buying this car. After all, isn't that what the pre-purchase inspection is for? . Anyway, on a positive note, they (Larry Miller Toyota) are working on the problem for me under the Toyota warranty and have made an additional appointment because the problem keeps recurring. . This dealership, Larry H. Miller Toyota Boulder, lies about being a part of the Costco Auto Buying Program. I award them zero stars for deceptive business practices. More detail: We inquired about a specific Certified Pre-Owned Toyota on the Larry H. Miller Toyota Boulder website and asked if they participated in the Costco Auto Buying Program. They enthusiastically said YES! and we went up for a test drive. First red flag was upon meeting our salesperson - the salesperson mentioned that the Costco Auto Buying program was only for new cars. A quick internet search on my phone while we were waiting determined that statement was false. After a test drive we sat in the salesperson's office, and that person told us the Costco Program was $250 off the retail price. We immediately became suspicious as we had spoken to several friends who went through Costco saved much MUCH more on both new and used cars. Additionally, they did not have a Costco Member-Only Price Sheet which is supposed to be a pre-arranged no-haggle pricing for Costco members. The salesperson tried to dismiss all of this by claiming, "Oh we are new to the program and are still figuring it out." We left without buying a car - we hypothesized that they were not being honest about their participation in the aforementioned program. The next day, I called the 800-number for the Costco program and they were able to confirm that this dealership is NOT a part of the Costco Auto Buying Program for the car we looked at. They also informed us that only one dealership per state is authorized for each Year/Make/Model. Be wary about trying to purchase a car here - who knows what else they're willing to lie about. read more

They couldn't manage to get us the emissions paperwork, couldn't manage to schedule a time for recall to be done and couldn't manage to sign the title so we could get plates. Every time we had to deal with them no one there could tell us who to talk to to solve our issues. The common theme was, "I don't know". The attitude I experienced was the view that this is Boulder and the car business so expect to pay more. Adding insult to injury, they had to go to another dealership to find the exact vehicle I requested only for me to discover that dealership would have offered a lower price, even after I had negotiated it down.... The plastic splash shield under my car came loose soon after purchasing the car in 2010. I brought the car in to get it repaired under warranty. Left the car there for several days. When I picked it up, they said there wasn't really anything wrong (the giant piece of plastic was in the back of my car for them to see). Later I found time in my schedule to try again. This time I called ahead, explained the problem, brought it by and showed them what I was talking about, scheduled service, left it for a couple of days. They did no work on it. I took it home again, un-repaired. They said they would order the part, but that it wasn't important to replace it anyway, so I decided not to bother as I didn't want to leave it again for several days and have no repair done. After the warranty expired they said it should be replaced and that it would cost about $1,000. Grrrrr. Take your car there to get something fixed and they likely won't fix it. But they will find 4 other high price items instead. The people are nice enough, but you will need a second job if you service your cars here. read more

Stay away. Their corporate culture was once good, but has degraded to one of deception and underhanded tactics. Use Mountain State Toyota in Denver instead. I bought an early Prius there in 2001 and was very happy with it, and with their service group. Later (2007) I upgraded to a then-new Prius and was surprised to find that their sales staff was more than a little deceptive, upping the price of the car once they found out I was paying cash (rather than financing). It was a smallish amount and I wanted my (pre-ordered) car, so I paid it -- but in retrospect that was a mistake. I have found their service department to be deceptive. Despite the awards on the wall, I have found a couple of times that (A) they have pushed services I don't need, or (B) they have billed me for work not done, including basic services like rotating tires. I stopped bringing my car there in 2007, instead working with a local garage who do good work and were cheerful about buying the extra equipment needed to work on the Prius. In 2010 I visited the Boulder Toyota lot once more to see about a Highlander Hybrid. My wife and I caught their salesman lying, and walked off the lot. We drove down to Mountain State. We got good, snappy service, honest answers, and a good price. We drive down there for warranty and routine service work on the Highlander, and I have only good things to say about them. The capstone on my LHM experience was finding that they had given my e-mail address to no fewer than four third-party direct-marketing companies. Somehow they got the list of locally registered Toyotas from the mothership, and now I get deceptive spam about both the Prius from them and the Highlander Hybrid from Mountain State. I have been going to Boulder for close to 4 years now for regular oil changes and any other issues I have had with my Prius. I started going here after, I went to Stapp Interstate Toyota and had a horrific experience (NEVER go here!).They tried to charge me $8,000 for a new part, I went to Boulder Toyota to get a second opinion and they fixed the problem, it was as simple as new battery for only $300! Needless to say, I was extremely happy with their service for years. The employees in the service department have always been very nice and I have always left feeling like I was getting the best honest service for my car I could get, that is until now... A few months ago I went in to get my regular oil change, when I got home my fiance asked me if I got my taillight fixed. I had totally forgotten, but told him it wasn't out, they checked and didn't mention it. We went outside and he showed me it was indeed out! I was a bit annoyed since they had checked on inspection sheet that all my lights were fine. I called and they said to stop in and they would fix it right away. Well, that week I forgot and next thing you know, it's time for my next oil change. So today when I went in I did not mention my light, I wanted to see if they would catch this time. Part way through, the woman helping me came out to inform me of some other issues. At this point I asked her about my taillights. She said "No, they are fine, they checked.They do a very good job here" but after I told her what happened last time, she said they would check again. A few minutes later she came back and let me know I was correct, they had found 2 lights out! I totally understand that this isn't anything major, but it's the simple fact is if they are saying they did something twice and missed it twice, what else aren't they doing? When it was time for me to pay my bill, I expressed that I was pretty pissed off and didn't want to return as customer. The woman helping me was apologetic and told me she had already spoken to the management team about the issue. I have already been burned by one Toyota dealer, so trust in my mechanics are huge for me, and as of today they haven't proved it. This really makes me wonder what else they aren't doing that they say they are. This is the most simple thing, you look at the car and see if the lights are on! The one thing that upset me the most, was while I was standing there, talking with her,very upset, she asked what she could do for me. I work in customer service, I would never ask customer what I can do for them, I would do what ever it takes to make that customer happy and offer them some solutions to make them happy and show them that their repeat business is important. The lights they missed twice were only $25 for both, she could have at least offered to take the lights and the labor off my bill, to try to show me that my years of giving them my business was important to them. She didn't, she didn't offer me anything. I don't want to go back there for service again, but a regular oil change there costs $65, but you can get 3 for $75, which is what I normally do there (I mean that is a really great deal!) with money being tight and just dropping over $300 on my car, I agreed to get the 3 pack. So she knew I would be back, so she wasn't really losing a customer, so I don't think she was really that concerned. Even after I told her, while sitting in waiting room, I over heard an issue an another customer had, that would have cost him over $100, it turns out it took a 2nd mechanic to come in and realize there was no issue, and the first mechanic just didn't know what he was doing! Which that concerns me even more, I know they are extremely busy, it can take well over a week to just get in for an oil change. I sort of feel that they just aren't handling the influx of customers as well as they used to and we the customers are paying the price for it with sub-par service. I will be going here for my final 2 oil changes and in the mean time,I will be looking for a new place to my car. Again, I totally know and understand that this wasn't the worse thing that could have happened, its the point. Mechanics need to keep you trusting them, that is how they get returning customers. I waited 5 days for my appointment, and when i arrived was quoted a price triple what it sould have been. I declined, and instead went to a reasonably priced local establishment which was actually honest. This world is far too full of takers like these people. Stay well clear. read more

after driving my poor little matrix up to colorado from texas, i was glad to see that there was a dealership really close to CU where i could continue getting my scheduled "car check-up's" done. their maintenance center is super organized and broken down into teams, so you always know where you are going. the guys are usually really helpful, which is nice, since i know nothing about cars. even though i am openly ignorant regarding auto-stuff, i dont feel like i have been taken advantage of monetarily. i show up about twice a year to get my oil sticker updated, and to have whatever their standard tune-up is. since i drive from boulder to houston twice a year, it is really important for my car not to explode 200 miles into kansas- because then i would probably have to kill myself on the side of the highway. seriously- have you ever spent more than a night outside of wichita? dont. this past winter, my matrix was subject to a recall and had to get a bunch of its engine stuff replaced. not 100% sure WHAT it was, exactly... but i know it involved the possibility of "falling the fuck out". thus i was pleased when they let me jump the queue and get the work done before my road trip home for christmas (i was supposed to wait until february). the only other major thing i have ever had done here was getting snow tires. i WISH WISH WISH WISH they had a body shop incorporated into their dealership. tejas toyota back in humble (texas) has one, and it really does make repair work much easier. their shuttle service is decent, and they will make some kind of an effort to pick you up if it is a little past their "closing time". read more

We've been watching Carfax for a Prius and saw this one appear tonight; JTDKN3DU0B0314534 priced at $10,425 which, at 29,563 miles, is a good price. We called Larry Miler Toyota and asked whether the car was available and whether we could look at it and were told that we could (it was a little late, ~5:30pm with a 30 mile drive. Since they assured us that vehicle was available we drove up to Boulder from Aurora and did a test drive. We liked the car and informed the salesman that we wanted to buy it, with $4k on a card, $6k from our checking account and the rest as a loan (since the final price was $11,024). The salesman "had to check with the finance department" for the $1,024 loan and left. After a good 15 minutes the manager appeared and he stated that "the price must be an error, I'm into it for $12,000 and have to charge at least that". At this point the term "Bait and Switch" popped up in my mind and we left so that we could drive another 30 miles back home. I pulled the advertisement when I got back to my computer from both Carfax and Larry H Miller's webpage showing the same price we called about and now, 3 hours later, it's still the same (I'd post the PDFs if I could). This was a bate and switch grift, I don't know why, possibly because we could pay for the car without paying their financing, I really have no idea but we're out a couple of hours, 60 miles of driving and all for an exceptionally lame bate and switch. I truly hope that anyone reading this avoids this dealership and purchases their vehicle elsewhere. read more

Service was twofold. Check-in was a nightmare! Nobody approached the vehicle. About a dozen associates walked pass my vehicle and nobody said a word. Waited 10 minutes before I asked the associates for which window to check-in at. Once the ball got rolling it was your usual service roundabout. Overall it was a really poor customer service experience. Not what I expect from a authorize Toyota dealership. read more

CONCERNED ABOUT PUSHY SALES PEOPLE? NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT HERE! These people don't even want to sell you a car. I've been scouting the RAV4 for months. I was ready to test drive one (as a final review) and meet the person who would have an easy sale. A friend and I went to the dealership. There was a sign on the door that said "We will be closing at 3 to spend time with our families." There was no date on the sign, and people were coming in an out. We figured it couldn't hurt to ask. We asked an employee if the dealership was open for test drives. Response: "Sure, go on in". Upon entry and an awkward silence 1 of the 15 employees greeted us with a terse, "How's it going?" From there it was clarified that I was interested in test driving a RAV4. (Read: Hi, I'd like to buy a car.) "We're closed. Didn't you read the sign" I told Mr. Helpful that we can read, we even went so far as to ask an employee. Backpedaling, Mr. Helpful decided maybe he could be bothered with a potential customer. I told him we were absolutely NOT interested in his help. In a matter of 90 seconds, Mr. Helpful had insulted our intelligence AND lost the slam dunk sale. Please choose your own funniest part. (a) My friend and I both happen to be talented sales reps in a much more challenging industry. (Thank God there isn't a reading test at our company!) (b) We showed up in a Toyota Prius. read more

I went to the Boulder Toyota dealership because of a high recommendation from a coworker. I have to admit I was in a pinch because my other car (a 2005 Honda Hybrid) was not driveable and needed over $4K in work done to it. I was honest with the salesman and told him (I'm felt that I had to explain my sour face) about the car. He checked into trade-in options, got me the current consumer reports and blue book values on the cars I was interested in. I felt like I got the best deal of the day. A used car that I was eyeing was $9,900 and I got it for $7,500 and a GREAT warranty and they will even cover the cost of my oil changes. Great service and highly recommended. Since my experience I've shared with a few people and everyone I have talked with has heard only great things about this dealership. read more

Bought a used car at the end of December with plans to buy a second for my girlfriend. Car was off the front lot. After getting to know the vehicle over the next few days there were some very pricey problems with the vehicle. They were generous in taking care of the problems. Received an extended warranty with the vehicle. Service is fine when you receive it. That being said having phone calls returned is next to impossible. Speaking with someone that can answer questions that you have seems to take months. Very 50/50 customer service. Not sure what to make of it. Very skeptical about buying the second car. I wanted to take a minute today to commend this wonderful establishment and one employee in particular. Richard Winbolt, service coordinator, whom helped my fiancé and I out this past weekend. We had thought we had a busted windshield wiper fluid motor but Richard quickly deduced from all the snow on our car that it was most likely just frozen. Instead of taking advantage of our lack of mechanical knowledge, Richard recommended we either garage the car or park it towards the sun for a few days before spending any money on diagnostics. They could have taken advantage of us and they didn't and I will always try to work with Larry H Miller Toyota in Boulder CO if I can!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks guys. My experience since I bought my car in 2013: After I bought the car, my registration info. was sent to Longmont even though I lived, worked, and was purchasing the car in Boulder. Hours on the phone and at the DMV to fix it. I bought additional warrantee- the kind that if you get a scratch less than 1", they'd fix it no charge. It happened, and was told that they didn't have a body shop & couldn't help me. After my first oil change, my car was leaking oil and I needed to bring it back. At my second service, they told me that my tires needed replacing. I questioned the guy when I picked up my car since it was only my second service. When he double-checked my tires in front of me, the tires were fine. Which means that there was probably someone out there they mixed my car up with who needed new tires. read more
