We love corner bakery but this locations SUCKS they are always behind on the orders and always messed up the order specially today I saw 2 big groups leave because of it they never got they're food . Update: Revisited Corner Bakery and this time the experience was so great that it's turned my opinion around! I came in close to closing time to grab take out. I expected the typical poor attitude from the cashier especially since I expected them to be eager to close. But the cashier was patient in helping me figure out something healthy to order and also was helpful when I changed my mind last minute after the order had been rang up (basically I was the one being a pain in the butt and they were accommodating). Then the manager came out to start closing and saw me waiting for my order and struck up a conversation. He knew I had a long day and offered me extra bread and a free cookie! I know this is not typical dining experience behavior but it really showed me that they cared about their customers even when they just want to go home. I'm hoping my last bad experience was just a fluke and this is the true standards they strive for here. But regardless, 5 stars for the excellent turnaround. read more

Been several times with the hope it will get better. Even when it's not crowded the wait for your food is ridiculous. We're talking about a party of 2. I really wanted to like this place. The service is HORRIBLE and the food isn't worth what it costs.

I have been to this place twice in total and the first time was better than the second. I normally stick with something once I find my favorite and don't try anything new. This time I strayed and regretted it, but none the less it was ok. I have tried the Chopped Salad & the Caesar Salad. Both were HUGE portions for 1/2 salads!!! The Ceaser Salad was really good!!! I'm a fan of the Caesar dressing same with the Chopped Salad!!! I also tried the Shrimp Scampi Linguine and it was not very good. It was watery and bland and the shrimp didn't taste fresh at all. That one is defiantly not something I would recommend. I tried the Asparagus Pasta Primavera and oh wow was this delicious!!! I absolutely loved it!!! It was creamy and cheesy!!! I'm not a huge fan of meat with pasta so all the veggies on this was perfect!!! I tried their Cinnamon Roll as well and that was fantastic!!! Gooey, sweet, and warm!!! Croissant was flakey and buttery and they warm up most of their pastries a little which I love!!! I will defiantly keep going and trying more as I go!!! read more

Trying to make healthier food choices and this place trumps Kneaders. I tried the hummus, quinoa and pico, the sriracha bean soup, the avocado salad, the 3 cheese mac and cheese, the spinach grilled flat and the southwest flat. This was one of the worst experiences I had at a restaurant. Small things to complain about are Sunday afternoon went in half the tables were dirty. I'm not sure if the staff thought they were clean or what was wrong. I got the steak arugula sandwich and it was chewy and bland overpowered by the horseradish. I took it apart to try each piece. The Swiss tasted old and stale. Steak chewy and flavorless. I took the meal up to complain which I've never done but it was that bad. The manager just replied that they buy the steak this way... no apologies no compensation and felt like she was aggressive about it. Other things to complain was the soup was about 15 minutes late and they left it up front for you to grab instead of dropping it off. Will NEVER come here again. The whole staff just seemed like they didn't know what was left and right (there were only 4-5 tables actually sat in so not busy.) read more

This place is clean and friendly. BUT, the imagery and guise of healthy, fresh eating is all a front. It is extremely overpriced for the quality and amount of food. I got their 'most popular' salad, according to the manager when I returned my meal. It was a cheap bowl of wilting chopped lettuce that you would find at Taco Bell. Topped with Small portions of Cheap ingredients. Dry chicken, a few avocado bits, prepackaged bacon, etc. the photos are very deceiving. Almost $10 for about $2 of food. Ripoff. Worst experience EVER!!!! If I could leave less than one star, I would. I am so shocked at the level of incompetence. Ordered a simple coffee and a scrambler, our food came out cold, and basically crumbs. The server was unwilling to correct our food after it came out wrong. Our potatoes were cooked and a day old, almost broke my tooth trying to chew it. Finally had to go up at get our watered down, what was supposed to be coffee. After being ignored while clearly needing some assistance I had to interrupt to simply get it. We thought we would order a sweet treat to help clear out the bad taste and the cinnamon roll was hard and cold. We spent $30 only to be left still hungry and unsatisfied and getting another breakfast elsewhere. Definitely will not be returning. read more

I called ahead to order four dinners for pick up--Caesar salad with grilled chicken; chopped salad with chicken, avocado, tomato, bleu cheese crumbles and vinaigrette dressing; macaroni and cheese; macaroni and cheese with bacon; then three soups (chicken noodle, loaded baked potato, broccoli and cheese). The pasta and soups came with garlic and French bread slices. Everything was ready on time. They repeated my order back to me on the phone then again when I arrived. The pesto cavatappi is seriously amazing! I would get this rather than going to an Italian restaurant where I would pay way more. The dish had plenty of deliciously moist chicken, and pasta. I love Corner Bakery but I was very disappointed when I got my online order. I got the Uptown Turkey and I literally only had two slices of avocado on my whole sandwich. One side of the sandwich did not even have any avocado. This is not the first time this has occurred at this restaurant and I was just very upset. Avocado is always extra or the sandwich is more expensive so I expect that if I am paying for avocado that I am actually getting a good amount of avocado. read more

They were out of one cookie and wanted to substitute for another but the dasher left too soon. Third time here and I have really enjoyed it. Their food has been great each time. The first time I order Steele cut oats and really liked it. The second and third time I order the Anaheim Scrambler. It was very good both times. I've tried their buttermilk pancakes and liked them as well. Their service has always been outstanding. I really would recommend this to any one, and their food is yet to disappoint. The one weird down side is the kids drinks are refrigerated with the pickle so they always smell like pickles. Not a fan and my kids can't stand it either. Haha but that's it. I lowered my review because I feel like the quality went down real fast, or I have just had bad luck the last two times I went.
