The same jam from the baked ricotta was used, so wasn't a big fan of it because again the overwhelmingly sweet didn't do much to elevate the burger. I also missed any flavor from the truffle cheese sauce. So it was a pretty average burger. My gnocchi definitely tasted better than it looked. Another friend also got the same dish and it looked like they just split our portions in half and served it on two separate plates. In general, I wasn't a big fan of this dish. The braised short rib was very tender, but the whole plate sat in a pool of salty sauce. I couldn't really make out any other flavors. The scoop of crème fraiche tasted exactly like sour cream and was not the consistency that I expected. The gnocchi's were made well, but I prefer mine a little firmer. However, this is complete personal preference. Overall, service was good, but food fell severely short of what I expected. I was so excited for all of these elevated flavors and ingredients, but, sadly, none of them came through.

You can also hike to the top to save some money as well. The chairlifts take about 45 minutes to get up. There's both inside and outside seating here. Highly recommend the outdoor seating for the views of the weather is good. Are the nachos the best nachos I've ever had? No. Is it the best view I've ever had while eating nachos? Yes. I appreciated the layers of chips and cheese - some spots miss that and just put cheese on the top and not the middle layers. The nachos with tip/tax are upwards of almost $30. They were a good size for the 3 of us to share. It's order at the counter and they give you a number to deliver the food/drinks. They do have beer and wine up here as well!

Why a roll or rolls can't be offered as part of the meal seems to be a cheap way to add to its price. Surely bread service could be a basket of assorted rolls, crispy cracker sticks, or the like.
